Luise (I hope I spelled his name right) just came to my house and fixed my windshield and he was quick and did a really good job!I also got my car washed here a few days ago which is where I met Robert who is the one who set it all up for me through my insurance these guys are awesome! First time coming here, Im still new to Nevada area, so I thought Id try it out and I was definitely satisfied with their job, they dont hassle you for a more expensive wash and they show they care about keeping your vehicle in good condition. They noticed my car was low and took the extra steps to complete the hand wash and treated it no different than they would a nore expensive car. I will be back with my wifes car and for my future washes.

They do dont treat vets with respect the owner does not care who you are he thinks hes better than anybody else do not go here if you are vet they will treat you like dirt

Its a shame. Will not go here again. Yesterday was the 2nd bad experience in a row with the car wash. There is no pride in workmanship there. The clerks in the small store that take the money for the washes are very rude and unprofessional. The clean up job done on the outside after going through the wash was marginal at best. Definitely not worth the money or the aggravation to go here anymore after having been a 10 year customer.

Was busy as it just rained so everyone wanted their car washed … got the pet hair removal service and it was great! Those guys work really hard and do a really good job. Only problem I had was with the wait time. They were busy and my car was a special service but it took them three and a half hours. They did tell me it would be two hours but I wasn’t updated. Other than that when I’m not washing it myself this is my place.

Come here monthly. $20 for a typical (outside wash, vacuum inside, inside/outside windows) but excellent car wash. Couple of diners and a Little Caesars if you need a bite while waiting.

I always get the Works Wash and leave with my car shining like new money! They always pay close attention to detail and do a GREAT job every time!

If you are looking to spend $30.00 (The Works) and well Over 1 hour for a half done job, this place is for you. Ive been coming to Oasis for years and never have I been this disappointed. The outstanding job done in previous years was well worth the long wait. Maybe I am crazy but I assume paying the highest available package would warrant the best job? In the past the answer was yes. This time I was shocked when Only the dash and drivers side was wiped down. I have a truck with the back seat folded up so it would have taken minimal effort to wipe down the back and passenger. The back interior doors were given a once over with a dry cloth at best. Still tons of dirt everywhere. I filled 3 rags with dirt afterwards. Service all around is curt a cold. Based on other reviews, it seems a new management has been the crux of these problems. Take your money AND TIME elsewhere. I will be doing just that.

Manager is a bit rude. Threatened to have my car removed from the wash rotation unless I put on a mask. I wasnt disagreeing but I got my 2 cents in regarding thinking for herself because she obviously was a bit vain and not up on current events. The guys outside did a great job. Been going there for 30 years and Im sure I will go back mask or not.

Been going here for a year they spend a lot of time on the vehicle and do a great job. All the bells and whistles for $30 for a truck.

For those who dont want to read my full review: after a wash I found the broken tab to my a/c vent with my spare change, management is non-existent on the property and will not return my calls. They do great work as far as washing. However, dishonesty and poor management is where I draw the line.I went in for a wash on 4/29/2021 at 9:53am. After I got home roughly 45 minutes later I found the broken piece to my a/c vent with my spare change. I called immediately and asked for the manager but they were unavailable. I left a message but no call back. The very next day I returned to the car wash to see the manager. But! It seems 10am is the time management takes a 30-60 minute break and I was asked to wait! I left my name and number AGAIN with an employee of the wash, who assured me management would call me back... that was last week.Its a 22 mile round trip for me to get my car wash at Oasis. I had 0 problem (until now) driving the extra distance because they were friendly and did great work. I chose Oasis over the similarly priced hand wash which is less than a mile from my driveway because service means something to me.I already replaced the part (roughly $16) as seen in the picture I provided. If someone simply pointed out or acknowledged the broken part I could have easily looked past this. But the fact no one at Oasis seems to care means Ill take my business elsewhere.

Not supporting owner of this place anymore.I’ve been bringing my 5 cars here for 20+ years for the great detailing work that the guys do here but today in just 20 min I saw the owner belittle the cash register employee right in front of me for letting someone use the restroom. She also yelled at an elder customer loudly in front of everyone.I was told that she’s the owner and she’s known for disrespecting customers & employees.Taking my 5 car business someplace else. I feel bad for the hard working staff there.

They sprayed some kind of bug cleaner on my black Corvette in 110° weather and they must have let it bake on because it chemically ruined the vinyl wrap that I have on the car havent been able to get ahold of the owner they keep trying to dodge me and my friend that was there whos trying to help me ridiculous youd think theyd have better customer service than to ruin somebodys car

Beware, Stop, Don’t Go. To Oasis Car Wash at 3425 E. Flamingo Road especially DO NOT use the windshield repair at the car wash. This is why: After a road trip to Wyoming I ended up with a small chip in my front windshield. I immediately took my new vehicle to a windshield repair facility that I have used for years. The technician there told me that it had not “spidered” and didn’t need to be repaired. A few day later I took it to Oasis Car Wash for cleaning. I explained to the high-pressure rock repair place that I did not need the windshield repaired. Later that day when driving into the sun I noticed scratches in my front windshield (see photos). I went back to Oasis talk to the supervisor on duty who immediately got the glass technician with all of three years of experience. As you can see this technician tried to polish out the scratches and insisted that someone had taken a razor blade to the chip. OF COURSE, it wasn’t any of his guys. I explained that it was a brand-new car and that the only place that had access to the windshield was at Oasis Car Wash. The Oasis supervisor just stood there and made no effort to intervene. I gave up and will never utilize or recommend Oasis Hand Car Wash again.

Visiting a friend in Las Vegas, I asked my phone is there a car wash near my location and it brought up several. I chose Oasis Hand Car wash, and Im glad I did. Pulling in I could not believe how busy they were lol. After being greeted and checked in with several choices of a wash plus a scent, another employee started cleaning the windshield and noticed a few damaged areas in the glass and offered to fix them. Wow what a service. Stepping out at the vacuum area, I then went inside to pay, and then went outside to wait for my truck. In and out of the wash then I watched a man dry it. He dried it as if it was his own lol. Even removing a spot that would not come off. After tipping him, I did a walk around and could not believe how beautiful and spot free it was. Oasis Hand Car wash ROCKS! The next time I go to Vegas Ill be back!

I love Oasis Hand Carwash. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. They even have onsite windshield chip/crack repair that works with your insurance. Theres a convenience store/gas station, a Mexican restaurant, and a bridge with an overhead view of the carwash, so you can watch your baby getting all cleaned up. Dont forget to tip the carwash attendants!

The only problem I have with Oasis car wash is there wash system has a problem with pressure on the left side, it doesnt spray properly at all. Otherwise, fantastic cat wash.

Detail crew did not vacuum my Jeep Compass.. did not even remove the mats to attempt a vacuum. Also they did a marginal cleaning job outside and it felt as if the inside wasnt cleaned or touched.Then when this was brought to their attention he told me I needed to pay $3 a mat, which wasnt stated before I paid. Then he callously instructed me to bring it back around for another vacuum which we declined because my children and I had been there over an hour. Wont be a returning customer here😒

I live in Las Vegas,NV and I am a customer at one of the shell gas station located at 3425 E flamingo road Las Vegas, nv 89121... I was completely disrespected by their employees and attached business company called Oasis hand car wash... as a black female military veteran.... i asked the management (I was told his name was Rafael by a shell gas station worker inside) Why is he treating me like Im nothing, disrespecting me? I then was disregarded like I was a peace of nothing ( wanted to use an uglier word). I told him... I didnt serve my country be treated any kind of way. Just to receive horrible customer service and car wash And I was requesting the highest costing service available for the best outcome of my car! On my little car (Mini Cooper). On top of it all.. why would you put hand wax liquid on top of a still dirty car? And then tell me its a scratch. If it was a scratch it wouldnt be able to rub off with a rag! As a fellow business owner the management was over the top rude and made me felt like it was a race thing or female thing or English thing or all of the above thing! Never again will I go here for a car wash! And its not how many cars they go threw a week! Its the quality of work I was looking for and willing to pay for at the end of the day. Great Customer Service is so important! He brushed me off like I wasnt nothing! If this is the kind of people Darren the Owner put in charge of his company? Then it shows bad on him!

Super disappointed. Ive been coming to this place for years. I always loved the quality of the carwash and would drive from Henderson just to get my car washed. Recently on my last visit my flashlight and knife came up missing. I left it in the center console and forgot to remove it before going there. I didnt notice until days later. Wish I would have removed them. Sad that we cant trust anyone. Enjoy my Christmas presents from someone special to me. Im truly hurt and disappointed.

You no longer can get cash back for tips. You have to use their fee-based ATM. So now the owner is going to cheat his workers out of tips. Ive been a customer for years. I wont be back. Theres a brand new car wash on Desert Inn thats just as good and just as convenient.

This is the first time that I had my car washed here today.Im very disappointed.After the car went through the wash and was taken to the area to be dried, it sat there in the sun, drying out, without anyone wiping it.After they were finished, the car still had dirt spots on it and the windows and the mirrors were still dirty.I would have complained, but I didnt have time for them to wash it again.As it is, I will not be going back again.

Ive been a fairly regular customer at this car wash but sadly will not be returning. In all my past experiences theyve been decent enough but today, just ridiculous. Today I brought them my lifted white 2500 gmc sierra, an easy truck to wash. Being that I was really only interested in the interior being cleaned, I brought it in on a day when rain is all around but not hitting us. My thought was, it wouldnt be to busy and they would have the opportunity to spend a little more time with my truck. My assumption was correct, only 3 other cars were at the wash, 2 in front of me and 1 behind.I made it abundantly clear I wanted more attention to the interior than the exterior due to the forthcoming rain. The attendant said they would do an extra wipe down and intensive vacuum. I told him I had some dog hair Id like removed to which he replied that dog hair and sand are too difficult to remove. While I agree dog hair is a pain to remove, mine was very minimal and only at the doorjamb on the rear driver side door. Again, I wasnt expecting showroom perfection, just a little extra attention.Ok, lets get to the finished product. Im almost certain they spent no time on a wipe down and Id be surprised if they vacuumed anything. I have rubber floor mats, still full of dirt. I dont think they even removed the mats for vacuuming, under the mats are still just as dirty as they were when I brought them the truck. As for the wipe down a simple wet cloth would have removed every little spot from the dash and the seats, I know this because I did it myself after returning home. The center console was not even touched, not by a vacuum or a cloth, just ridiculous.As for the basic wash with wheel dressing, total amateur hour. Again, Im not expecting perfection but when you have so few customers, Id expect just a little more attention to detail. The windows were ok, a few spots missed on the exterior of the windshield but overall not horrible. Most of the body was ok but a few very easy and key spots were missed due to a lack of caring. All things I expect from a quick wash but still disappointing. The wheels were washed but again, not real attention to detail here either. The worst part was the wheel dressing. They applied so much dressing to each wheel, by the time I got home my truck looked like a damn zebra. I think I have more dressing on the truck than I do on the tires at this point. I had to completely wipe down the truck again and again to get it all off. I might be able to accept this if the dressing had actually covered the entire sidewall but, again, the lack of attention to detail left some of the tires only partially covered. Totally unacceptable.Ive now wiped the truck down 3 times and still Im getting dressing splatter all over the mirrors and sides. I know I could have taken a rag to the tires and soaked up most of the dressing overflow but I wanted to see how many miles it would take to clear the excess. So far, 22 miles of driving with wipe downs every 5 or so miles, still a mess.This place was the best I had found for years but clearly has fallen in quality and I will not be returning. For my money, a mobile detailer is cheaper and better. Im actually so disappointed, my wife and I just had a discussion about purchasing a car car wash so the people of Las Vegas will have a great place to take their vehicles and leave satisfied every time. Well see.

I get the most expensive service $26.99 for nothing. I am so disappointed with the service. The service didnt even take 30mins and looks like nothing. The paper mat that I have they didnt even change and supposedly give you the new car fresheners which I didnt get. The same hang tag was the one inside. And there is a lot of spot that is not clean. And there is water inside!!! My daughter fall inside I didnt even see that not till we get home. So disappointed. Paid for the whole service for $45 and for nothing. I drive far just to do it to their place. Looks like I did a mistake choosing this place.I ask to clean the back specifically because of this milk stain that my baby made. And I didnt even see this not till I get home since Im rushing home dont get enough time to check all of this. This is what you called clean.

I guess that the old owner Darren sold this business or gave it away, because the new owner is not putting out the best of vibes. I think the new owners name is Karen. Maybe somebody was saying Darren, and I could swear that I heard Karen, I dont know. But anyways, it seems that this new ownership has a lot to realize when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Being able to understand that the customer is not always right, also means that the car wash is not always right. It works both ways. Mistakes mean that we are human. How you correct your mistakes shows how youre trying to change for the better. I would like to see this new leadership make changes for the betterment of the people theyre serving.

This place needs some healthy competition in the area. A customer was made to feel guilty for complaining, saying that they needed to give the finishers a break because of the mask. ...The individual said, I understand, but I’m paying full price, the smug attitude of the individual behind the counter, “and the prices are going to go up so you know “I’m so glad that I watched this...Because I will never be back and I will tell all my friends in this area never to come here. You’re much better off hiring a service to come to your house and saving yourself from the incredible misery

DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. They ruined my windshield, leaving 5+ scratches. They said there were little scratches there already and they tried to fix it. They even called my insurance to charge them and never game me a quote.If you like your car and dont want to ruin it, skip this place.

We went today to get my husbands truck and my SUV washed and waxed. My husband gave the guy who vacuums a good tip to vacuum the bed of the truck because it has carpet. The guy said yes of course and didnt even vacuum it at all. My windows looked horrible on one side. I have never had a problem like this but when you pay what we did I was a little disappointed. Dont tip until you see they really did what you requested. I am not sure if this place changed owners but this place has changed.

The car wash process here was smooth, with minimal wait. The person that dried my car did an awesome job! The cost was very reasonable as well.

Great place to have your car washed. They offer a choice of basic exterior cleaning by hand to a full detail job. My car had been driven on dirt roads and was extremely dusty. In under 15 minutes they had it back to like new! The employees were very helpful and friendly.

I called them to see what time is for the last cars to be washed was at 4:45 pm! Drove all the way there from Henderson and got there at 4:45 pm! The guy told me that the car wash was closed! I explained the situation and again said sorry the car was closed! I told him i called and just drove all the way there! His name was Juan, and there was another guy named Alex! I asked for a manager they said there would be one the following morning . I asked what time and they didnt answer! Then I asked for corporates number and they said there wasnt one! Then i asked for a number for someome I could talk to! They refused to give me a name or phone number for upper management! They are very arrogant and rude! They tell you one thing then treat you like your wrong! Does anyone have a number for their corporate or upper management?

This was my first time going to the oasis car wash.. I paid $22 dollars and the inside of my car was still not as clean as it should have been.. The cup holders were not cleaned out, the runber mat on the passenger floor was still dirty and corners of the carpet still have stuff in them.. My window where is use to have a phome holder the spot was still there and was not wiped clean.. I will never go back..

If I could upload a picture of the damage I would. I went in to get my car detailed and washed. I purposely had my dog hair all over my car to see how good they work. After I paid $27.99 my console was still dirty. They did not vacuum my car. They also scratch TF outta my car with the towels that they use. Terrible business.

I recently went for a car wash and while waiting for it to get done, I decided to eat at the Mexican restaurant they have inside.While sitting at my table I saw another guy just sitting at his table and drinking his fountain drink waiting for his order like I was. No more than two seconds after he put his drink down, an old haggard-looking blonde lady came over to him and demanded, YOU MUST WEAR YOUR MASK! The patron responded by telling her he was drinking from his drink (which he was) she told him he couldnt and had to have food at his table.The guy then told her again he was drinking [his] drink and waiting and that he didnt have to wear a mask if he is at his own table waiting on his food. The lady then began to yell at him and told her co-worker in a very loud voice that she wanted him to be kicked out of the restaurant.I have never seen such horrible behavior by a business owner in my life. I personally will not be returning to this business as I dont support an employee/owner accosting any patron who was following local directives already in place regarding COVID-19 restrictions.

Super good service and prices. My van was destroyed with road grime and bugs and they made it look new. This is a hand carwash that applies water and cleaning products automatically. Very efficient and quick!

Seriously the second time Ive gone there and my car is still filthy on the inside and the windshield is still dirty! The only reason I come here is because its a hand car wash and theres a cool place to wait inside. But forget it! Id rather sit in the heat at a mobile car wash than get my car washed at this place again

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!. I’ve been a customer for 25 years and noticed a steady decline in service, but my last experience motivated me to write my first review ever. They did not vacuum the rear of my suv, didn’t touch the inside of the windows or the passenger mirror, didn’t clean the cup holders and all this took almost 2 hours and the manager couldn’t care less. He could have easily resolved the issue but chose to lose a 25 year customer.

This guys are awesome! I am greeted with a smile and a great helpfulness every time I come. They do a wonderful job. There is a car wash closer to where i live but the service is worth the extra 15 minute drive. Thanks Oasis :-)

Worst service ever. First they did not vacuum the entire vehicle. Second, its not a hand wash. They run the vehicle through an automatic wash then hand dry. The wash does not clean well and the guys wiping the car down dont seem to care about any dirt still on the vehicle. I walked around the car after reading other reviews and used the hem of my shirt to clean 5 or 6 dirty spots they missed. Then I find a plastic piece that came off the car. I asked the guy who was detailing the interior where it came from. He had no clue. Needless to say I will NOT BE RETURNING.
