So I have been coming here for the last Year. Old owners where nice. So they sold to a new owner, they raised all there prices. So when we went through the car wash they did not put any of the blue, pink and yellow soap and wax on the car. I asked why and he said they do not do that anymore. I paid $45 and I always have gotten that soap and wax when I only paid $25. Manger was very rude and un professional. I will not come here ever again. I suggest everyone do not and I repeat do not give these rude and disrespectful people your business…

Main employee that charges you for a wash tried to fight a customer. The white boy was flipping out making fight gestures. Screaming at him, I will knock you out and I already have battery charges to the customer. Multiple customers also witnessed and heard it all. No staff inside. No managers there to tell or complain to. This is who they hire to handle situations and greet you? Wow. Guy needs to be fired asap. Not going back to this dump.

Took almost 2 hours to perform a wash on my truck. When I went to inspect it dirt spots everywhere. Tire dressing caked on the paint. None of the seats or center console were cleaned. Complained to manager who is owners son and was told next time do it myself. Absolutely worst customer service and worst wash I’ve ever received. It’s a shame, this place used to do quality wash’s.In response to the owner.. your company refused to fix the issues prior to me telling you that “this was the worst effing establishment”I said nothing derogatory nor demeaning. Simply stating the fact that absolutely the worst car wash I ever received at this establishment and I have been getting my vehicles washed there for over 8 years. I’ll admit I probably shouldn’t have cussed at you, can you admit that the way my truck was washed is not the standard at which you would accept for your own vehicle? I spent 30 minutes when I got home wiping all the tire dressing off my paint, wiping off all the dirt and water spots that was missed on the outside, as well as wiping all the seats and center console dirt that your employees didn’t wipe down. Tell me that is the standard your company strives for and I’ll gladly delete the review. As a business owner you should be embarrassed by the lack luster performance your employees are doing on people’s vehicles. 2 hours and they couldn’t even wipe the seats down!

It took way to long for them to detail the car. I originally thought they were doing a good job. That was no the case. There was still stuff on the floor where they vacuumed they put the floor mats back bunched up. They didnt wipe the the dash off there was still dust on the radio and console. Some how they managed to blow dust and stuff up on the hood.

The service is horrible. They broke a piece on my tow mirrors and denied it, manager was standing next to me and employee while he kept on disrespecting me and did nothing about it. It was my favorite was until today.$55.00 bucks for hand wash and they left it dirty with bugs all over the front end on top of that the damaged to my vehicle. Not coming back again even if it was free !!!

Attention to detail does not exist here. The detailers do not tend the cars in orderly fashion. Depending on the type of vehicle you drive is what gets you service. And the $35 car washes look more like $10 value.

Firsr and foremost...the detailing for my vehicle is awesome!!! Pro service all the way. I travel tons and more prone to chips on my windshield than most. I have had ShowPlace (Richard) fix all cracks and not ever once did I feel pressured (other detail places have high pressure fixes for this). The fixes are clean and service excellent. Ive said no on a couple occasions only to come back and have them done. Excellent service!!!

I came here often then stopped because of the windshield guy Carlos.. he is gone. There is a new one who is so awesome! Anthony thank you for helping me. I can come here regularly again. They do a great job!! ( i just stopped only because Carlos was so terrible)

The detailing process is lazy-lackluster.The owners children was in-charge on this day. Brought this to their attention and the teenage son cried and stormed off about what’s acceptable and considered clean. I also left a tip that wasn’t earned nor appreciated.

I had the windshield on my Subaru replaced by Clear Quality Auto glass at ShowPlace Auto. I had to pay a deposit to secure the glass so I wasnt sure if I was paying a finding fee to ShowPlace or not. Markos from Clear Quality arrived on time and replaced the glass quickly and professionally the next day at a price I was comfortable with. They should offer a discount detail service while are you are replacing the auto glass

Best car wash by far in the valley. The staff is always so professional and courteous. Sherwin does an amazing job detailing my car inside and out. I try to always have him clean my car but there are times when he’s not available so another one of their staff takes good care of my car also. Prices aren’t bad and the quality is top notch. Highly recommend this place for a detail needs. Ask for Sherwin as he in my opinion is great

Richard does an exceptional job on fixing chips and cracks for windshields. Highly recommend him as he has done 3 cars of ours that we had shipped from the east coast. Very informative on windshield care and has a lifeline customer in me. thanks again, bro!

By far THE best customer service in Las Vegas. And that’s no easy feat around here. I got the VIP treatment from day 1 over a year ago and get the same great level of service every time. The place is neat and clean with the added bonus that they show off in their showroom some of the prettiest cars I’ve seen. Richard, my windshield guy, is a rock star!

Had a couple of cars done by showplace auto boutique family. Every time I come in Savannah gives really good prices, very professional and is very polite. Feels nice to talk to someone in this type of service without a snobby attitude. Place is really nice they got tv, massage chairs, and cool place to wait while car is being worked on. Its a distance for me to come get my car washed but I will be coming every time. The level of quality is worth the travel. Thank you so much see you guys soon.

Recently came to showplace auto boutique after having trouble finding a good place to wash my car heard great things from friends this place is awesome. One of the nicest cleanest car washes in Las Vegas and I have been living here all my life. I got a buff and wax special for 60$ they removed scratches out my car that other places tried to charge me 300$ to remove 👍 also they have a on site certified auto glass technician who fixed a big crack in my glass saved me 500$. All this was done in under and hour great place . Finally found a great honest car wash with great service definitely recommend this to all my friends thank you showplace

The absolute rudest people on the planet... do not go here for any reason... the owners are very rude, dismissive, and frankly dont care about your business.Oh and by the way while Im getting my car worked on at 1:30, they close at 6, they permanently close the bathrooms. I am told to go across the street to use the bathroom lol... these people DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!They have 2 mangy dogs running around and barking all the time.. enjoy this while you wait for your car.There is no hand sanitizer in the place and appears that no Covid-19 business practices are in place. VERY DIRTY. Where is the owners mask?After leaving said review I was verbal abused and made to wait outside for my car. I guess it was accurate!

Richard the windshield dude, and John who is a wiper took care of me. Richard spotted a bunch of little cracks that were about to splinter and he gave me a hell of a deal. And John made sure to point out a couple water spots he couldnt get out, and asked if it was OK that he took a little extra time to make sure he got all of em. He did. Great service!

Please BEWARE! This place offers to repair minor glass repairs for free. They seat you with an employee and have you contact your insurance company for a glass claim. When my car wash was finished, the chip was still there! There was no glass repair done on my vehicle. Its a scam!!! Although its free of cost, why have a claim on your insurance that isnt valid? Just so your business can make extra money. I contacted my insurance to ensure they no longer receive compensation for these supposed repairs at ShowPlace Auto Boutique.

I drive a bmw 3 series and although its an older model. Everytime i come here my car looks like it just rilled off the lot. Sherwin really knows what hes doing when it comes to detailing. When I come in town, this where I take my Turo rental car to be cleaned before returning it to the owners. They do a exceptional job cleaning the vehicle as well as getting me in and out in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and professional in conducting business.

Best place in town to get your car wash done for reasonable price, they are fast and offer great quality service, waiting area is very nice and with having massage chairs and snacks and tv plus free wifi there is no more to ask, i would give 10 star if i could, thank you.

I get my car washed here at least once a month. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable they also run a great special Monday -Friday 8am-11am.

They did a great job on the car. The television is on a cult channel (CBN) begging for money. They need To change the channel. People get ripped off by these grifters. It’s really a problem.

I go to this car wash every week and every time they try to charge my insurance company for a glass repair which I have no issues with my windshield how do I know I’m a retired glass shop owner of 30 years I’ve been replacing windshields all my life also when you go pay the girl never gives you your coin change she looks at you and says you want your nickel I look at her and say it’s not yours is it and she gets a attitude of course it’s a good gig for her 50 customers a day 7 days a week not a bad little hustle for doing nothing

So $45 chip fix on my glass cracked my windshield and will cost me $200+. Good wash, dont do the chip service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!! I called to ask if I can make an appointment with them and the lady who answer the phone was so rude; she yelled on me saying I would have to wait and hung up. I called back and requested to speak with a manager who did the exact same thing. Unacceptable!

So disappointed havent been here in yrs and have to say this place looked old & dingy. The wash drive thru didnt shoot hardly any foam chemicals on car just water with brushes . When got car from wipe down there were water spots on car . Price for wash was $11.95 today when i was here last it was $9.99 . Wont use this wash again unfortunately .
