Don’t think you’re going to drive in and get the speed wash and be out in 10 minutes. The wait is well worth it. No brushes all hand wash, hand dried, immaculate job inside and out.

Fast service and they did a good job on the truck. I did notice some things around the building that needs repairs or upgraded. I suggest Freedom Renovation for help getting the place fixed up.

This the worst detail I have ever seen. I even explained to them the trouble spots I wanted clean. Nothing to bad at all. Not only did they over look the worst spots. They never waxed the car that they charged a great deal for. This is the worst place in Vegas. Don’t waste your time or money here. After two and a half hours and a great deal of money my car is just as nasty as when it was pulled in.

Dont go here if you are in a hurry. These guys arent focused on getting you back to Starbucks as soon as possible. They are focused on getting your vehicle clean and they will take as long as they need to get it looking nice. There is a nice outdoor patio to relax and have a smoke or a nice place inside if you are the indoors type. $14.99 got my truck vacuumed, washed, dried, and windows. Only $12.99 for cars. They will expect a tip but, in my opinion, they earn them. So, bring some cash for these hard workers.Super old school car wash design needs to be supported. You dont find places like this anymore. They work well with Reds smog joint (same parking lot) and they give discounts for each others customers. You dont find that anymore either.

I refuse to have the brushes of a drive-thru touch my cars. Ive been going here for over 15 years and will continue to do so as long as I can. The owner always comes out and greets me. We talk while my car is getting done and it feels like family is taking care of me.

I drive here even though I live a little far, the guy who manage is very friendly and always accommodating every time I visit. I was there for spa special and he even suggested to fix the scratches on the side of my car and the tuner.. they got both fixed. I was so glad. They would go extra mile to help out. This my to go place, they work fast since 3-4 guys are working in one car. Then on the waiting area they have the massage chair and goodies to buy while you’re waiting or just enjoy the patio seating. Located just in the corner of Desert Inn/Boulder next to Boulder Station. I waited around for my car to finish up. No one informed me it was done until I asked. And upon seating I noticed my rosary was broken. The floors were full of dirt still. The guy who wiped it down had the audacity to ask for a tip after I told him about the rosary. His reply that the sun hit it. This place is a disgrace. I will never wash my car there again!

My car was filthy. You could barely see out the windows and there was a spilled soda all over the passenger side of the car. Went to the Auto Spa and he made me a deal that I couldnt refuse. Hand washed and waxed the outside. Then buffed it and did the head lights too. Shampooed the interior, door panels mats and carpet. Also Armoraled the outside and inside and sprayed some nice smells in it. My car looks brand new. No more oxidized paint or headlights. My car is 17 years old and looks that good! You can bet that I will be back!

I absolutely love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do such an amazing job with my jeep Cherokee. Customer service is awesome and they always recognize me when I get there. I got a wash today and my daughter left her backpack there. When I called to ask if they had it they lady at the counter said yes we got it. She put it behind the counter until I was able to come back and get it. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and dont forget to tip!! Thanks!!!!

This place is awesome. The workers really get your vehicle clean. The owner is friendly and.recognizes us every time we bring in a vehicle for a full detail. He knows we are headed to sell it right after they finish. They are fast but get it done right the first time.

First time and last time. Went today and got the $25 wash. There were obvious streaks on my car. When I got to my car after cashier walked me out, the workers asked for my receipt and tried to hustle me for a tip. I said I left a tip inside in the bucket. They said those tips were for the cashier. What?! I said they need to take that up with her and one of the men replied they worked hard for me cleaning my car and still asked for a tip. They even asked me to go back inside and take it out of the bucket. How uncomfortable! Also, when I got further down the road, I noticed my amethyst crystal was taken that I have had on my dashboard for over a year. Im going back to the hand car wash on MLK & Carey where I have had all of my belongings in my car every single time. Very disappointed...

First and last visit.I opted for the $16 car wash to get my tires done. When I went to pay it all of a sudden was a $18 car was because $2 more for trucks (no signage to indicate that).When my truck was done they had not even cleaned the back window. Did not vacuum the rear seats. Did not wipe down the interior as described. Did not clean my windshield properly. Did not even touch the inside of the sunroof. There were still a few twigs in my bed. Did not lift the floor mats up front to vacuum.When I went to complain the angry ticket writer guy wouldnt let me finish a sentence he keep cutting me off. I was trying to explain I wasnt upset, just had a few things that they missed. But he had to do it his way I guess.I have been using Oasis (Flamingo and Pecos) for several years, but they were slammed today and needed to get the wash done. Boy what a mistake, I should have just stuck with the old reliable Oasis and had the job done right the first time, with no hassle, no angry people and a cheaper price.

Mgr. Runs out and tries to talk you into a 30/40.00 package. Dont do it. On back of your Smiths food receipts are great coupons 4 a special inside and out cleaning w vacuum for$10.99. This guy must be on commission. Workers do a great job!

I brought my Honda Ridgeline in with light brush scratches. The first time I went I was told by Darren that it would cost $80. I went back two days later and the owner was there, said it was $100. I told him the price Darren gave me and he said, dont worry, we will take care of it, clay it, wash inside and out, and buff out the scratches. I guarantee you will be happy. They did the job, looked great, all but one scratch was gone. Then it rained off and on for the next two days. I looked at the truck the 3rd day and all of the scratches were back. I went back to the shop. Darren told me that his boss was bot in, come back tomorrow, I asked if he would call him, he said he is in L.A. I asked him to call him. Long story short, all they were willing to do was rebuff it. I explained if it didnt work the first time the way they did it why would I think it would work the 2nd time. I asked for the money back minus the price of the car wash. Darren would not do it, his boss only said to redo it. I come to Vegas often, and will NEVER use this company again.

Theyve gone downhill. They seem to be cutting corners when it comes to fully washing even our little car, but not when it comes to the pricetag; they charge us SUV price. We pay extra for the ArmorAll, and they went cheap on us. You cant even tell that they put any on, in fact, it looks like they just got a wet rag and wiped everything with it, even the interior felt like it was water.We gave them two more chances and they blew it.Never coming back to this place.

My husband took our Benz in for a wash, they messed up the driver seat, they pushed it forward all the way, and when my husband got in to put it back, it will not go back, it’s stuck. We asked them to fix the damage, but denied it and did nothing. Now we’re stuck with having to drive with our seat all the way forward until we get it fixed.

The owner is a damn CROOK!!! He charges people to park overnight in the south end of the parking lot THE COMPANY DOESNT EVEN USE!!! Never ever are there cars used or parked there for the business (facing Boulder highway) only bums and drug addicts use this part of the parking lot. A big group of buses checked into motel 6 next door and he wanted to charge $100 per bus (10 buses) but settled on $50 per bus. HES A DIRTY CROOK DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased the $18 wash. Vaccum wasnt good, looks as if they barely did anything at all to my car but just threw fragrance strips in the inside. My rims were quickly whipped down with black oil smudge very visible. I said nothing, I just left and vowed to never return. But nice massage chairs for only $1. I have paid $6 in at a different car wash thrn just whipped down my rims real quick myself for a better outcome.

Came in on 8/7/18 at 3:30 and all my quarters I had been saving up that were on my drivers side were stolen was gonna take them out but the employee I bald guy told me no it’s ok that they had people working there for 17 years.This place has thieves working here.Dont come here

Cleaned my seats for $25 . they were a year old but smelled like smoke. One had a small stain. They said it wouldnt come out and gave me the car back. I would of paid extra if they had asked me, inorder to remove the stain. $45 clean car half ass seats

I dont think I would take my car here again, I usually go to the self service car wash down on DI and Nellis but since I had a lot of bugs from a trip to Cali i decided to give this place a try and they failed miserably. Overall very poor job.

Waste of $16. Bird crap on the car was still visible. Windows and mirrors a smeared mess. Crumbs in the cup holder. Wont be going back.
