Disappointing.My car was sitting under a pine tree for a few days and needed the sap cleaned off. They did alright on the inside of the car but only did about 70% on the outside, when I pointed out that the car is still not clean the guy just shrugged it off. I won’t be returning or recommending this business to anyone due to their lack of attention to detail or professional integrity.

It’s my first car wash for my new car and they scratched it. I always go here even for my previous car. I didn’t notice it until I got bright lighting. I never wiped this w/ anything since I bought it. And I double-check it it’s a real scratch. Plus I always tip the cleaners. So disappointed .

We have a 90 lb Anatolian Shepard, that sheeds like crazy and we just returned from a cross country trip. They exceeded my expectation. NOT a bug on outside and no fur on inside. Always do a good job, but I was worried about this time...but they are good.

Excellent handwash and guys did a tremendous job detailing all six of our vehicles. Took the time to thoroughly clean our wheels (which is no joke!), clean the exhaust tips and professionally do the vehicles from front to back.Next time we have our vehicles in Vegas, certainly bringing them here!And very reasonable prices too!

They always do a good job, just go around the car and have them touch up anything that they miss. Cheaper than other places that charge over $60 for hand wash.

Took my car there Saturday September 18th and noticed when I got home they damaged the right side of my bumper. I might have to get a lawyer involved.

The guys here always do an excellent job, every time I go here I never leave disappointed. They clean the inside and wash/dry the outside all by hand leaving your ride looking fresh. Definitely recommend this place if you want a quality wash and cleaning of your car.

Paid for VIP did a great job but missed a couple spots.

For the cost these guys do the best job out of any car wash Ive been to in Vegas. Most car washes skip corners and leave a mess under or on the sides of the seats. Vents completely cleaned, a really good cleaning of the interior where others run a towel and dont bother to clean. I cant say enough about this place.

This was by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. The guy asked me for a tip. I couldnt believe it. He said money for me. I didnt respond. My back seat was dirty. I asked him to clean it and he said No speak english I wont be back.

This was my first time there, I would go to Freddys but I will not go back there. Flamingo Hand Car Wash is the best. I do a lot of detail on my car myself but at Flamingo I can throw my car cleaning stuff away. I will go back to Flamingo and make it my regular place to go. Its the best everyone should go there. Try it.

They did a great job on my car! This was my first time at this car wash. I chose the VIP wash and it was well worth it! Only downside is they are taking cash only right now, I was lucky enough to have the cash on me. Will definitely be back!

Im very satisfied with this car wash they really do wash the cars by hand but if they do miss a spot there more than happy to fix it for you with no attitude every time I go there my car looks and smells great and they wont stop until youre satisfied and you think your car is perfect like it should be so far Ive had nothing but great experiences and never any attitude all the guys that work there are professional and friendly and hard-working and most of all trustworthy they take their time and do it right which I do not have a problem if it takes a little longer to wash my car as long as its done right...

After driving 3500 miles from Alaska to Las Vegas.. we needed a good wash. These guys did a great job getting all the grime off our truck and making it look like new. There were several workers all working together to wash our truck and they made sure to get every inch. Thanks for your hard work Flamingo!

Great place. My F150 was dirty as heck (mud, dust and sand after a 2,500 mile road trip including beaches and Death Valley). Got an exterior only wash. They sure used a lot of elbow grease to get the muck off the car (even using pressure hoses they still had 4 guys soaping up the car and drying it down, that’s how bad it was). They did a great job on the roof of the car, standing on stools and using brushes to clean, and they didn’t skimp on the tires; the treads were clean, so were the wheel wells and they managed to get most of the brake dust off the rims. They got SO much dust and grime out of the mirrors and windows. For only $21...This is one of the best value for money car wash places ever.

Flamingo hand car wash is by far the best in town. I have been to many of the Hans car washes in Las Vegas and Henderson and the staff here does a better job than any others. Thank you to all the staff at this place!

I really like this car wash, I think they have a real passion for cars...,the way they lovingly dry off all the nooks and crannies of my car is something you just dont see these days. Im not risking that big wing on my car to any old automated destruction derby of a carwash!

I never got a chance to get my car washed and experience there work because I had to back up and pull out, after waiting 30min for a simple in and out hand wash I told myself I cant wait another 30min because there were 4 more cars ahead of me, so I left and will try back another time if I go through the same experience Ill just find another hand wash spot.

We got the VIP car wash thinking if we give extra money will get a good car wash One hour they said Will be the Wait Wait One hour later They didn’t even wipe down the cupholders SO What took one hour terrible car wash do not take your car here

Worst experience, I felt that my car was not given the attention and detail like other cars I saw there. This is after the “VIP” cleaning. I don’t recommend, go somewhere else.

I never knew car washes could be so different. This one takes great care of my car and is amazing. And not really expensive either. They detail it every time I go without charging extra. I highly recommend you drive over and get a car wash by this place. Also its hand washed, never a scratch or swirly on my paint.

I used to go to Alamo car wash, but my friend told me about this place. Not what a expected for 35 bucks tip included. Lots of water spots left on my car. Disappointed 🙁

We took our lift a truck here to get hand washed. We were told they could not wash it because it would not fit through the tunnel!!!! We knew it would not fit through car wash which is why we specifically took it to a hand wash place only. This is obviously not 100% hand wash like advertised!!!

I called to have my truck ( tundra with ladder tack ) clean by “ hand wash “ and when I drive 30 min to there location he said that’s my truck not fit in the tunnel and cannot be wash with the sprinklers .. now this is WRONG !!!This place should be called “50% hand car wash ...The employee was very rude ! Take your business to real local hand car wash business.

Used to be top notch. I would always get the VIP wash and it would be spotless.. Shinny and new. I went yesterday and.. My VIP wash I purchased feels like they just do a half job on it. My trunk wasnt vacuumed well... Also my middle console still have dirt because they didnt care to check out my middle console. My rims were still dirty.... They dont pay attention to detail as much anymore...

I really wanted to like them, but they quoted me the wrong price. If youre going to charge a $1 credit/debit fee, you should tell your customers when they call you asking for pricing. Theres no indoor A/C waiting area, no chairs for the customers to sit in and no public restrooms. They damaged my door trim, did terrible work on my windows inside and outside. They completely forgot to do my 3rd row seat and trunk area. How do you charge extra for a large vehicle if you arent going to clean the whole vehicle? Needless to say, I wont ever go back!

Were from out of town, so we asked some locals. Took the recommendation, and very glad we did. The attention to detail was amazing. The car looked better than the day we picked it up at the dealer! When I come back to Las Vegas, this is where Ill get my car cared for and refreshed. No question!

We go there a couple times a month I have a big truck and a small sedan. Always good clean job And the prices are great. Dont be fooled by the looks its great.

Good place to have a car washed

Everything you could expect from a self serve car wash at a reasonable price.

These guys damaged my carbon fiber spoiler and pretended they didn’t. They couldn’t explain why in their possession this residue developed on the wing. So here I am spending more time and money than the car wash cost.

I called them and scheduled a car wash with detailing, I got there on time and they told me they can’t detail my car cause they are busy. They lie to you about the price on the phone and when you get there they change it. Worst customer service with bunch of people that don’t speak English

Great place with a lot of attention to detail especially the drying process. They use air compressors to get in the cracks to get out all the excess water. They also do a great job on my chrome wheels. They are always friendly and respectful. You must be patient as there can be a wait sometimes but I rarely have anything not done right. And when I do they are quick to make it right, I would Highly recommend this place. This is the only place I wash my car in Las Vegas.

This place is bomb! Great service and attention to detail. They even use compressed air to dry the nooks and crannies before the hand polishing! Definitely a well prepared outfit! Recommended and a returning customer! All for just 50 bucks!

Wasnt too happy with the level of service they gave. Had many little issues with the cleanliness and detail was overseen. Would have expected more for the time I had to wait for it to be completed, considering it was a truck. The person in charge didnt have much to say after I pointed out the flaws.

Wow they work hardddd! $16 for wash or total $20 for wash n vacuum. Its worth the price for the wash these guys break their backs getting every spec of dirt off your truck by hand. I stayed in my truck while they worked i was amazed at their efforts. Make sure to tip $$$.
