Didnt properly fix then Wants to be rude about us leaving the car because they still havent fixed it but then theyre trying to say they dont have the space for but yet they didnt fix it properly and then theyre trying to tell us pretty much it is what it is and deal with it horrible customer service the lady was arguing with us. Had an incredible attitude would not recommend to anyone.

Had my car repaired at carls auto body/ app, very friendly, very willing to help .I was so happy when I picked up my car, before I brought it in it was pretty banged up from an accident..when I got it back it was like new!! Best auto body paint shop in Las Vegas hands down. When youre in a car accident one of your biggest concerns with your car is will it ever look the same. Well Im here to tell you because this is my second time going to Carls and the reason why I went back is because you couldnt tell that my 1st car had ever been in an accident. Once again Carls body shop did not disappointment. What car accident!?

The staff at Carl’s are very professional, and pleasant to work with. Mark handled the insurance company and the repair of our Freightliner Sprinter Van for our business. The van looked amazing and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Carl’s and would use them again if needed.

I was told to bring my car in and it would take 2 days....brought my car in on the agreed date and was told they couldnt work on it for at least a week. Rearranged my work schedule and had a rental....my experience was very unprofessional.

The bodywork on my car was completed in the amount of time that was originally promised and I received updates throughout the process. My car looks brand new again, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

Waited for over 2 months for them to begin painting.Upon completion:- wrong color- paint runs- orange peel- bubbling after a year (the car is garaged 100% of the time!)Stay away!
