They advertise their liquid membrane to have a 5 year warranty. The product failed within days of application. Their promo videos are deceiving and have nothing to do with reality. Waste of time and money. Customer support never bothered to reply and after confronting them a week later they just said it was my fault as it takes a week for the product to cure and some other irrelevant nonsense.

This company is no good on any aspect. They sold me a product that failed 5 times. They randomly charged my credit card months later to see if I would notice. They quote shipping then charge exorbitantly more when its time to order. The sales rep is more interested in talking about camping and how much pot they smoke instead of the product they are actually selling. Stay away. There is a reason local stores dont carry their product.

Very poor service, lost my order several times, each replacement, no glue where product went, tracking # never existed, even those they said there was one. Never received it. After two weeks I received my order. Will not be a return customer.

Terrible experience with this company. They said the material they used in our shower wasnt porous, but it was (and also very expensive)! When we asked them to come and resurface, it was a mess and done very poorly. You have to use special cleaner on the surface that they only provide. Will not use again.

The company is a mess, they dont know what they are selling and have real problems shipping whats ordered and to a correct address, then they dont return calls. Ive found less expensive options for a largely misdescribed products -as some one mentioned, the surface is porous unless you use polyurethane on top, might as well just use speed-set mortar...

Very bad floor. Scratches very easy, finish does not hold at all. Dirt gets stuck to the floor. I will give it 2 stars because when its new its looks good.

This was a waste of money. They sell it as a commercial grade type floor. This was after a few months, is it not durable at all. Very easy to scratch, they dont tell you, you have to keep applying finish material to keep a nice look on it. It absorbs liquids, staining the floor making it almost impossible to clean. As you can see in these pictures the dirt gets trapped in the texture of the floor and there is no way to get it out, maybe if you scrub the floor you get lucky, but then the more you scrub, the less the finish will last. I can see why this floor was used in commercial places, because they have people cleaning and taking care of the floor every single day. The company has very very bad service, they dont provide installation so they dont offer warranty, Ive tried to talk to someone here in Las Vegas and no answer yet. I would never recommend this product to anyone for a residential use.

Bought their Liquid Membrane for my pool beginning of last year. It is still holding up great and the color is wonderful. It was easy to apply as well. My neighbours ended buy using it for their koi pond which they have redone this spring. They re also very happy with it!
