We use these guys whenever we have drywall to repair around an attic access. Or if a tile gets damaged, basically for whatever our team is responsible to repair after an install where an AC or furnace was replaced. They always leave our homeowners with a good feeling, a clean house and the customer is happy with me at the end. And, thats what really counts to me, happy clients. It is very unfortunate they business like Builders United doesn’t pay their subcontractor small businesses their money after job has been successfully completed and turned over to the owner. They all my company $7383 and her telling me I was a change order. I’ve done many final clean jobs with them and they are Claiming we are a Change order, unless we do something extra we are never a change order. Shame on Builders United for not paying their subs
