We had a great experience with this company. From start to finish, (and it was a long process) their professionalism was top notch. We started with Kelly and her responsiveness to any call we made was exceptional. No matter what time of the day or evening I would call her, she would answer or call right back. I cant remember all the names, but every last one was professional and timely and the completed project exceeded our expectations. Moises Gomez is the project manager and I cant say enough about his leadership. Whenever we had a concern or question, he was there and his follow up is the best weve ever dealt with. Even while he took vacation, he would still text or email us just to make sure everything was okay. I am a very picky person and weve dealt with several contractors over the years, by far they are the best!

Hired them to repair my floor and wall after a water leak. Absolutely the worst! The floor tile was installed crooked and not level at all. They were even installing damaged pieces and leaving them. If I wouldnt have complained they would have just left them. When installing the baseboards they damaged the walls in several places and just left that as well. The damage wasnt dixed until I asked for the owners number and complained to him about the walls and also several places throughout the house that were left ungrouted and completely visible. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! Completely unprofessional!!!

I hired this company to come in and replace drywall, texture and paint it along with installing wood flooring I provided after the water heater (which is located on the second floor due to it being a townhouse) had ruptured. Their remediation and dry out was already done. I could have done this myself but did not have the time. The drywall was done correctly but this is where it ended. They initially installed the wood flooring in pieces around the water heater instead of detaching and reattaching it (which they charged me $500 to do). Rick, being a project manager did not schedule the plumber to remove the heater for his crew to install the floor. Thats what a PM does! They spent 8 hours doing hardwood upstairs but didnt install pad that was removed from the bedroom. They had to come back do the job again, which they finally fixed the floor in the closet for the water heater.The end caps from hardwood to carpet was backwards. Door casing was marred and not correct. They mismeasured a stair nose and wanted to just piece it together instead of correctly measuring and installing a single piece. Face plates werent replaced and some werent removed and instead they painted right over them. There was paint on the floor and my renters belongings. Did not clean up or even prep to make the job clean. I subsequently had to fire them and properly finish the job myself. In the end I have no idea how these guys are still in business. If want a repair done correctly, avoid this company like the plague

I met Hector many years ago when I was a inspector for the school teacher next door program which helped get our school teachers affordable housing. Most of the homes needed work. I was looking for a honest, hard working, affordable general contractor who would help take care of them. I had used H&M unlimited on my own home and his work was good and prices fair. I approached him about helping and working with the teachers that were on a budget to make their homes safe and liveable. He agreed. I want to thank Hector for him and his crew for doing a great job and he has been working in our community for many years now taking care of us Las Vegas folks with honest hard work and fair prices. I would definitely recommend H&M unlimited.

Spoke to Hector last week. Had an appointment for him to come out Friday. Spoke to him that he would be on time. He never showed up and never bothered to call to cancel. Wasted most of my day waiting. So rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t use this untrustworthy guy or company. I took my business elsewhere.

Tremendous company! I have used them several times-most recently to redo a floor. The 2 workmen were timely, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It is a pleasure doing business with them nad I will use them every time I need work on the house.

Mr. Rick was quick, thorough, and very professional in his estimate. Promote! Good people are hard to find, and we both know its easier to retain than acquire new folks. Mr. Hector, Ill have to call you soon! Thanks H & M!

Set an appointment with Hector and he never showed up. I Called Hector and he stated he was delayed with another customer and stated that he would meet with me in 20 minutes then never showed. Twice he failed to call or make the appointment. I will take my 20 grand to someone else now.

Awesome company, so far Rick and his team have bent over backwards to help get our house secure and on the path to recovery after a car literally destroyed the whole front of my house !
