Please be careful with this company; they seem to lack integrity. If you call this company, please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. I literally never write reviews, but I chose to do so for this company because they were trying to charge me 3x more than what the typical price was. The price they gave me was 3x higher than 3 other companies. Thank God I decided to do some research before going with pro restoration. My 2-star is simply for the lack of dishonesty, Im not rating them on their work because I ended up going with a different company.

This review has been way overdue . Had flood damage in the laundry room on the second story of my house due to the washing machine. My home owners insurance called Pro Restoration and they came out the same day to give me a quote and started work the following day. The workers arrived on time and were very nice and professional. Everyone from the owner to the workers were nice and professional. They got my house to look like how it did before the water damage. Because of Pro Restoration I was able to sell my house.Thank You Nick😊

Absolutely wonderful crew Daniel George and Mike. You would never know that our floors were flooded and that they had to take out 2 of dry wall it was so perfect when they left. I would recommend them in a minute.

They got 2 stars (insted of 1star) because Daniel was professional and did good demo work and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the house after a water leak. However my problem with them is; they wanted to charge me $9200 to repair the drywall they had to demo. Well I think they saw a women and figured they would take advantage. I got estimates from 4 other companies... $1800, $1900, $2400 and $2700... Beware of the crazy charges this company quotes.

I called in for mold testing and the sweet lady that answered my call explained they dont do testing rather then removing and remediation after test confirms as a black mold. But she did guide me to a company that was able to come out and do the test and then god we had no mold in the house.My point is that this company does not chase you or try to sell you something that they dont do. And honesty can bring a lot of business and fortune to their business.

My toilet upstairs was leaking while I was out of town and when I got home, half of my upstairs and my whole gsrage was flooded. Pro Restoration came out in less than an hour, they assisted me with the whole claims process from A-Z and helped restore my house as if it never happened

No call back. Desperate for help with a flood. Not reliable.
