A good barbershop go long ways and hard to find them. Nice and clean haircuts

This is one of the best places to get your haircut. Kinda like cheers. Everyone knows your name. Very respectful and fun group of people. They always have movies and music for entertainment.

Really great Barbershop, friendly laid back atmosphere with a diverse group of highly skilled Barbers. Owners are actively involved licensed Barbers themselves. They get you in fast,, and the do a great job. They take care of walk ins as well.. Been going here for a while and its my favorite shop in town so far!

I have used this place 4 times and got my hair cut from the owner sorry to say i think he was having a bad day but it just cost him a bad review and a customer. Seems like he doesnt care the way he runs his business because of the way he talks. Just because your in business cutting hair for 13 years or so doesnt matter. Just told him to fix my beard just a little bit and started being more angry telling me that he knows what his doing and he doesnt like his client telling him to fix this and that. I am not that picky type of guy but i do want a good services and i line my own shelf up. Just want to say you cut good hair but your attitude was not okay, What ever you were going through you should leave it at the door as a owner you should set a example. Seems like the owner needs to learn more about customer service then his feelings.

15 mins late to start my haircut, based on the appointment that I had set up. The two previous times I tried to come in they wouldnt take me at all because there was no availability.Overcharged me $5 when online shows a haircut is $25 they charged me $30.I also had to rush them through the haircut because they had to get started late so the quality wasnt as on point as I would have normally expected.Probably the last time Ill go to this barber...

This place is legit! I’ve been looking for a new barber on my side of town and I found him for sure. Darren does an awesome fade and straight razor part and finish. Cool atmosphere and good people with great customer service. Made me feel welcome from the second I walked in.

First time going here, and a walk in, and they were very welcoming and were able to take my 2 boys almost immediately. Darren was amazing and had my oldest sons mohawk looking better than any barber out in Nevada has cut his hair before. Aside from another barber nicking my 4 year golds ear with the shears, I definitely recommend this place. Go in and ask for Darren. I will definitely be returning for future cuts!

My best friend put me on to The Mane Barbershop and I can finally say I found my spot! Rob, the owner, is one of the nicest and most talented barbers Ive come across. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

I have been coming to this barbershop for about 3 years. Most of the time I would have to drive across town just to get my hair cut, here. Unfortunately this barbershop has taken a turn for the worst. It started with the fact that every barber that was actually good at cutting hair would leave within months, so if you find a good barber here - your better off getting their personal number because its guaranteed that they wont be working here for long. Which brings me to my next point, the owner has anger issues and a clear problem with running a business. Since their isnt any good barbers, along with the fact that Ive had a bad experience with plenty of employees here - from a bad hair cut to a bad attitude. I will no longer spend my money at this establishment and I wouldnt recommend you wasting your time either.

I went to these guys because one of my friends referred me here and was told to ask for Roberto. Let me tell you I was very impressed with the welcome into the place and all the guys in the place are all very friendly and keep a conversation going and was a cool time in there while getting my haircut and lined up. The only complaint on this review site seems to be the wait... I didnt have that problem. I asked for a very specific design with picture in hand, and I wasnt listened to at all. The barber just went ahead and did what he wanted to do instead of what I asked for.... like, youre not my designer. Im not hiring you for your tastes. We may shop at different stores. I dont like what you like, so you cant take the initiative when things are communicated clearly. Theres super thick lines vs super thin. Theres very clear curves and shading. Theres a picture. To give the complete opposite of the picture because thats your taste or preference is unprofessional and inappropriate. Did I still tip 6 dollars on this over priced design / fade that I went home to shave right off? Yeah, I did. And maybe its my fault for being too nice in person. Its like how many times do I have to repeat myself tho? My communication was clear. It was a false promise made. You say ok, but do what youre used to doing instead of what you said youd do. My tastes are on a higher level to me. Dont compromise me... I consider it a fare well tip on your overpriced cut. Heres the money and I wont be back.

I went here today, at about 4 oclock, and I gotta say that the wait was well worth it for the quality haircut that I got. Plus, they got two big screen TVs to keep you occupied for the wait. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and calming. The barbers somewhat quiet, but they still chat as they work on their masterpieces. At the time, there was three barbers, and I was extremely lucky to get Brad, whom gave me an excellent haircut that greatly satisfied me. All in all, money well spent. Thank you Brad, and thank you The Mane Barber Shop! Ill definitely be returning.

Great place if you need a cut and dont have time to make an appointment. I get my haircut by a guy whos always booked two weeks ahead and Mane Barber Shop came through so clutch one day with Brad! Very personable, did a great job, and the prices were cheap compared to what I usually pay! Get there early though or else be prepared to wait a while!

This place is amazing to get a haircut, it may be 25 dollars, but they have good barbers. I recommend Alma, she does my hair perfectly, the other guys are good. The waits are ok, and you get to listen to music and watch television as you wait for your turn. They offer pomade or gel if you want any. If you want a lollipop, you can grab one.

I recently moved to Las Vegas and looked around for a good barber. I took the chance and had my hair done by Rob who is actually the owner.He is by far the best barber to ever touch my hair!! Second time round today and i am very happy. Great shop, great barbers! 5 stars all day long.

Ive never had a bad hair cut here. I get a different barber each time but they all cut and shave great.Some times the wait can be a bit long and the waitlist seems a little less then organized.They only take cash which makes me feel like Im back in the dark ages. Come on guys get Square or something. At least they have an ATM handy.I love that they play older music, like Motown etc.Prices are a tiny bit high for my taste but I keep going back so it must not be that bad.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I used to get my haircut here, but stopped after they caused me to wait an hour longer than they quoted me (more than once), which was a huge inconvenience. I had previously asked to make an appointment, and they told me they didnt do appointments. The final time I went in for a haircut, I waited over 90 minutes, and just when I was next on the list, they took someone else because they had an appointment. ????I decided to try going there a couple more times just to buy hair product. Last time I went in, I tried paying with a credit card, and was told they dont accept cards, even though I can see the card reader on the counter, right there. Today, I went in again to buy hair product, and paid with a credit card. They said it would be $24. This time, a lady came to the front with the product, took my card, walked away and handed it to some other guy who was cutting hair. He took my card from her, turned his back to me and was doing something with it on his phone, which I could not see. He handed it back to the lady, she handed it back to me and walked away. Nobody said ANYTHING to me about my purchase during this time. I was never asked to sign anything, or given a receipt. I stand there alone at the front counter for another minute, and the guy who took my card on his phone looks to me and tells me Im all done. I asked for a receipt, and he just says well I could have given you one... as if I was supposed to ask for it. I told him Id like a receipt because nobody even showed me how much I was being charged, and he asked for my phone number. I declined because I dont want to have to give more personal info out to a place like this. I asked him to print a receipt, and he says I cant print a receipt bro, I dont have a printer, as if I was inconveniencing by asking. I guess if I see any weird charges on my card now, I know where they came from.Communication skills in this place need to improve big time. Shady business practices and disappointing customer service.My response to the owners response: Well, one of you is lying. I was told by someone in your shop that the people who cut ahead of me in line had an appointment. Your communication skills and customer service skills are severely lacking. Very disappointing. Just look at how many people are saying the same thing about your shop on here. Youve lost my business and many others it would appear due to how you conduct yourselves.

Open hours are not good for the regular person who works 9-5. Not open Sundays. Can spend half my Saturday sitting here waiting Especially if you don’t have an appointment . They take foreeevvveerrr to cut and it’s never that great I always have to fix.

Received a sub standard hair cut about 5 days ago. I went there today, to have it re-done. This was the first day I was available to return due to work schedule. I felt that my explanation did not mean anything, and was still charged full price for the repair. The barber even went outside to talk to someone for about 3-5 minutes after the haircut was started. Its disappointing because I have been going there for some time. The customer service is lacking now. I will be looking for another barber.Thank you Alex, for the quick and appropriate resolution to this. I will return.

The Mane is a very good barber shop, actually the best barber shop in Las Vegas. There is a family and friendly environment unlike any other and everyone is treated with respect. The shop itself is clean and maintained. Robert is a great barber, as is everyone else and I will continue to go there and when my kids get older I will be taking them there as well.

Honestly if you cherish your precious time & hair, DO NOT COME HERE. No communication with customers nor their fellow barbers about sign in sheet. ROB & a couple other babers just seem to rush through haircuts to get an early out ! Like what the heck!their suppose to make their customers look Great, hard to achieve that with rushed job. You guys are rude and the shop is weird. well not everyone, but a couple barbers are. you guys dont even greet your customers and then act like were supposed to know what to do. say hello instead of did you sign in? like youre mad. you guys were barely talking to each other or the clients, its like you didnt want to be there. made me feel weird. left after an hour and wont be back. the barbershop at cosmo is way better and give free drinks.

Always top notch service, very knowledgeable staff. They really take pride in what they do. Alex has done my haircuts for about two years...never one single issue, and he remembers how I like it cut!! Has a bit of old sckool feel to it but a modern shop.

Just left this so called barber shop, after sitting there for over 20 minutes and watching 2 out of the three barbers cut hair and leave. The last guy greeted me and asked if I was a walk in, that was it. Still with the same customer after no more communication and 15 minutes later I left.I was they only customer in there with white skin.I get it. Racist.

A friend and me both did walk-ins, my name being right after him. After a 45 minute wait my friend was called and in that time a couple more people came in after us. While waiting to be next a barber noticed a familiar customer that was after me and took him back and crossed him off name being below me. Awesome I thought hoping to get our haircuts done around the same time. While waiting another 10 minutes THE SAME THING HAPPENS! I get skipped twice spent an hour in this place for them to cater to friends. My friend was done 10 minutes later and needless to say I told them Ill be going else where and they didnt seem to care. So here I am. Thanks

Update: Have been coming to this shop for over 2 years and now the wait time is completely ridiculous. Ive waited over 3.5 hours before and have been skipped, at least, 3 times due to their friends coming in to get cut (and this is a supposed NO APPT shop). They dont even greet you when you walk in, half of the time. Wish they appreciated their long time clients more. I no longer go here to get cut.Best Barber Shop Ive been to! This has been my barbershop for the last year and a half. Although all the stuff has great skills. My son and I are always willing to wait for our regular barber Alex. The stuff always lets customers know when its best to sign in and come back later as they do stay really busy.

Me and my father were being accused of being accusatory and lack of professionalism from the owner Rob. Not notified of their being appointments set after being there, a valued customer for 2 years. Uncivilized responses from the owner and others around. Example: “What am I supposed to do, call everyone here?!” Claimed that we always had one or another problem when we don’t even if we do its minor very and gives a very bad tone in saying so accusing us being the problem.

I sat there for about 40 minutes waiting to be called, and when I decided to check and see what was going on, they had crossed my name of the list for no reason. No one ever called me. I was literally waiting for absolutely nothing. Ended up just leaving and going somewhere else.

Been going here for the last 6 months or so. Always a HELLO when I walk in and a goodbye when I leave. Always good customer service and great haircuts. Even started taking my two boys to get their cuts here. Ive had many different barbors here and Ive always been satisfied with their work.

My barber is the best LONDON make sure you ask for him!!! When I first went into the barbershop I wasnt to sure about there cutting skills. But once I set down and relaxed It was a true experience too remember also I was balding LONDON stop the balding I was truly impressed I found a barber for life now!!!

While they do great work on hair here, I have had them cut people in front of me several times. You cant make an appointment so waiting is guaranteed. Im ok with waiting, until I get there before you open and am the second name, but instead of waiting for one guy, I wait through 4.

This is a nice and professional looking place. Though their barbers shows you why they dropped out of school to do a trade that they arent even good at. Apparently saying keep 3 inches on the top means having 1 inches at the top once their done. How do you not know measurements in this trade? Fade wasnt even a fade either, looked like you just used one guard the whole time. Prices are high if you dont have a high maintenance cut. I beleive I got a cut from Alex. Absoulte trash.

DONT GO UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW THE BARBER. No customer service. I guess you have to be a regular to be greeted when you come in. Called before I went to make an appointment. Was told they ONLY DO WALKINS. Should have known then but went anyways. Hari cut was literally getting chopped off. You know when the scissors are pulling your hair while getting cut. Trimmed my beard and no hot shave... She rushed through the entire thing. Should have wrote a random guys name since shes the only female in the shop. Oh and the barbers all sae the final terrible result and none said anything. I could have done better with a 5 dollar cut.

Waited 2:30 hours for a hair cut and beard line up just for it to be a bad hair cut that cost me $55 dollars without tip... This place has become a joke!! Its more of a salon rather then a barbershop they raised the prices a shaves cost $30 dollars and a hair cut $25. Id take my money to another barbershop if I were you.
