First off I want to say I call for a appointment at 4 oclock the day of my son went in for the appointment and no one knew what he was talking about and had theNerve to ask what time did you call like hello I just called 2 hours ago very unprofessional like what u guys doing here theyre establishments looks more like a bar than a barbershop

Upon entering the establishment and letting them know we were there for an appointment, the Barbers all looked at each other asking who took the appointment. Three of them were hanging out in the back while two were with clients. We waited a little over 30 minutes. When my son was finally seen, he showed the barber a picture of what he wanted. I understand my sons hair is not textured and that it will not be exactly as the picture. However, the barber cut it way too short, not even close to what my son asked for. I had high hopes to finally find a place where we could go regularly but I was very disappointed. And as noted in other comments, the atmosphere is not very welcoming or customer service oriented.on a positive note I will say the location appeared clean and sanitary.

I told the barber i wanted a line up which is $15 and they usually ask do i want a light fade,and every time i said yes i never gotten charged because i specifically tell them i want a line up,but this barber charged me $35 for a line up...i didnt say anything to him about it because i didnt want to cause a scene but i was highly upset about that ...think the barber name was Abe....but if i ask for something specific dont give me no extras....i even tipped him still and i didnt want to cuz he didnt give me what i asked for...... hopefully i can get that issue resolved next time i go....

Im a Vegas native of 20+ years and havent had my haircut in the last 5 years and today I went to Icon Barber Shop and they went above and beyond what I imagined. Pablo and the rest of the staff were amazing. If you need a haircut, this is the place to go. Best bang for your buck and the best haircut you can get. I highly recommend going here.

I have 2 young boys. Went there once, the 1st guy did a great job. Tried to make another appt, he said he’d be outta town, recommend me to another guy within the shop. He gave me the excuse when I called that he didn’t have his “appt book” and to call the next day. Well my husband calls and what do you know, he gets an appt for the next day only to go in for the appt and he tells my husband he made the appt for Sat. I definitely will NOT take my boys there again.

Awsome staff fresh cuts

For a repeat customer, today they made me feel unwanted as all barbers were too busy playing pool. Waited patiently yet no acknowledgment from staff. Ended up walking out and taking my business to a barbershop who appreciates all guests the moment they walk in and not make them feel a burden.

Danny is hands down the best! Booked my appointment & not only was he on time but also very professional during the entire haircut process, his work is amazing, detailed and fast. My son is very good during haircuts but Danny definitely went out of his way to make this an even more comfortable experience for him. I absolutely love coming to this barbershop. I love the atmosphere and vibe that this shop has. Prices are on the high end but Ive never walked out of there and thinking it wasnt worth it. I took my son with me today to get ourselves a high quality cut and I was extremely happy with his cut. He got many compliments at the play center today.I usually schedule my appointments online with Francisco for over 6 years and I can only say hes getting better. Every barber there can honestly cut. You wont regret coming here. Trust me

Just moved to the area and I found this shop while heading to the the nail salon. Very clean, reasonable prices, the guys are very welcoming. This is a very dope shop and Marcos did a very good job cutting my boys hair. We will definitely be returning.

They guys know their trade...Great cuts and are up to date on everything! The talks weve had are hilarious and down to earth. I recommend then to everyone.

Guy did a horrible cut on my sons hair he practically left him bold I told him a 4 on top and a 2 on the sides he went all 0 around his head my son was so angry he wore a hat for a week.

I came in half hour before close and my guy frank took care of me. Atmosphere was good came in with my daughter and they had some nice lowrider music playing. Will be back furshure drove across town for a quality cut thanks.

Its 11/25/17. Called at 9 a.m. to get an appointment in for a hair cut. Was told no-one had shown up yet to cut hair... Called back at 10, same thing was told to call back at 11. Called at 11 was told some guys might be in around 12 or 1... how does the owner make any money with a crew that doesnt show up for work?

Barber felt like he was aggresively cutting my hair and when he saw new costumers go in he started to rush, and he lined the front up and didnt do nothin for the back, charged me 35 still even thoe it was worse then a regular cut.

I agree with all the coments this is definitely the best barbershop. My son loves it. But I have to say that I seriously HATE HATE HATE how they dont accept walk ins I know theyre busy but not everyone has a set schedule to make an appointment. It would be nice if they would have at least one guy per day just for walk ins.

Showed up at 5:00pm and apperantly its by appointment only even thought there was 4 people ahead of me and 8 barbers working. First time stopping by no a very welcoming experience. On a note it would be convenient if they state online or in the tires usiness location that walk ins are not welcomed.

Was given a haircut by Henry as a walk in and was not charged an extra $10 for not having an appointment like other shops Ive previously gone to. The entire staff was friendly and greeted everyone who came in. Pricing is perfect and the quality is even greater, I will definitely return.

Call for hair cut .Ask for any recommendations for a barber and didnt get any good feed back was looking for an experience barbar and didnt get any response im sure thiers good barbers thier but as far the customer service. Poor you would think a barber would be like sure you would think a new barber shop would want to accept any type of business im glad i call before went good luck

Really cleaned. really professional. and i really like it that once you walk in, they dont just stare at you like as if your some type of alien. they actually ask you right away if you have an appointment or check if someone has time to cut you, so you dont look stupid just sitting there for hours like many other barbershops be doing. but the ONLY thing i really dislike now... Pablo, why did you hire that lame ol Cesar from Aztec barbershop???!!! get his ass outta there. ugh so unprofessional, he dont deserve to be there honestly.... really dislike that dude, had thee worst expirence with him and my son when he used to be over at aztec.... other then that, really good place. my 6yr old lovesss getting his haircut with these boys! hands down, best in east side las vegas. keep it up!
