Thank you for helping make our wedding everything we could have hoped for. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic night with our family and friends.
Bookers beware!! Full deposits were kept without mercy during COVID…they’re more interested in making money off people than coming up with win-win solutions! ☹️
After booking with another venue and I wasnt satisfied with the packages they offered I came across the Grove I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the venue looked I immediately called them confirm that they had availability for September 26,2021 available so I secured the venue with a deposit. And began planning for our upcoming wedding. I spoke with the Hannah and I was told that my wedding is The ladt for the day and that I would have access to grounds for photos I was never advised that it was a time frame to use the grounds fast forward to the venue booked another event for the grand Ball room and I was advised that my wedding party would be confined to one location with no access to the grounds, after requesting for management to call me Im still waiting the staff is poor and communication is zero, if I could give them a zero I would. Now the wedding was absolutely amazing the food was good I overall cant complain my only wish was that I would have booked the grand room so brides if you want access to the grounds booked the largest room they will get your money and you wont hear from them again brides be ware the wedding coordinator who was assigned to me was extremely timid therest other staff threw her out there by herself and they were unapologetic they will verbally say things and then hide behind the contract brides be aware get everything I writing
Absolutely adore this venue! As a Las Vegas Wedding Photographer its always such a relief to find venues that will let me come and shoot without charging my couples hundreds of dollars! Its one of the greenest and most modern venues in Vegas and is PERFECT for weddings of all sizes. Will always highly recommend this place to my couples, and cant wait to photograph more weddings here.
I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to Hugo and I did not catch the man from the office’s name, but what a amazing staff you have. I attended a wedding this week there, lost my phone and they went above and beyond to help me. I seriously can’t thank them enough. A+ in service. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
My niece had beautiful wedding. In my opinion it was too short. It was so much fun. To be with family and friends, old and new, in times when sunshine fills the heart its moments like these you want hang on to. Good food, beautiful garden and a gorgeous set up.
The Grove is a beautiful venue, who takes care of mostly everything so that couples can enjoy a stress free wedding! The venue and setup of the venue is so, so beautiful, especially with the different lightening packages offered. They make things so simple so that you really just have to show up! Food was yummy, I ordered the roast beef and pork loin and my guests loved it! I also loved how quick they were to respond, I am from out of town and they made it simple for me.There were a few minor things that I was upset about:1. The DJ- I sent a playlist of 20 song requests that had heavy meaning to my family. I sent the list 6 months prior, again 2 months prior, printed it out and brought it with me, reminded DJ again after my grand entrance and she didnt play them! They were foreign songs, however all popular and available on spotify and apple music. She said they were hard to find and she uses spotify which I replied me too. So my wedding had majority songs that didnt represent my family. If you have family from overseas, I would double, triple check the dj can find those songs ( even though I checked in 4 times and this should have been an issue).2. I bought additional apps and dropped them off the day before for the Grove to set out and they forgot.
Very unhappy these people DO NOT return calls leave it till the last minute after calling and emailing a few times to inform me the coordinates that have been assigned to me are no longer with them scramble to get me a new one a week away from the wedding and has 0 time to be considerate to reach out and call or see me face to face so I may feel comfortable! I feel like our wedding will be or is already ruined 😡Update the wedding day was beautiful and went off without a hitch ... I was very relaxed and happyThe planning process was extremely painful and stress full, there was a new girl who they hired she helped Nancy .... she needs to work on her tactfullness she was rude and made our rehearsal a very bad experience NANCY thank god was at my wedding and was amazing
We had to move my daughters wedding from California to Las Vegas. Jacqueline ..the wedding coordinator is amazing. My daughters wedding was absolutely beautiful, The grounds are so beautiful..the food was delicious, ..the DJ was amazing, flowers were gorgeous and the cake was amazing. Everything went perfect not one hiccup. Destination weddings are difficult but they made it so easy for me. Everyone had a great time. I recommend this place highly.
The venue was beautiful but the wedding coordination was not all that great. Tables were not set up right. Missing chairs/food. Food was set out really early and got cold. Food was not very good. Very salty. Bar was great. Fast and friendly. DJ and photographer were good!
The venue is beautiful and the value is decent. But service from the venue coordinator was terrible. My husband and I were told multiple times that we could not access the venue until 5:30pm on our wedding day, per the contract, which we respected. I would assume this would also mean that all previous events would be cleared from the space by the time our event started. One of the top selling points to The Grove is that events are staggered and only one event will take place at the venue at a time without overlap. Unfortunately, this was not the case for our wedding as I could clearly see the bride and groom from the previous event from the parking lot when I arrived after our start time on our wedding day. They were still taking pictures and we couldnt start our photos until they left. It might seem like a small thing but it threw off our whole schedule, which like most weddings was already tight. The coordinator we were assigned was just plain rude. We got different answers to basic questions from the first tour we took to the day before the wedding. Multiple times the coordinator expressed that by accommodating our requests, she was somehow doing us a favor. I find it hard to believe that we are the first couple ever to have last minute table changes, or who would need extra time finalizing our guest count with less than 30 days out - especially during the pandemic.I completely understand how coordinating a wedding can be a high stress profession, but our requests were not unreasonable. The coordinator was not doing us any favors, we hired The Grove as a vendor and there is a reasonable expectation that the event would be customizable to our liking, as we were told when we booked. We appreciate that most of our requests were eventually honored, but it was unnecessary for the coordinator to declare she were doing us a favor every time we had a request.Overall our wedding was beautiful and once we could get started, our event went off without incident. But the planning process was painful.
This venue was the most amazing venue in Vegas! It was the most affordable and it came with so much and the best thing it came with was a day of coordinator. She made our life so much easier on such a stressful day 10/10 recommend.
Excellent Location for a special event. Feels like an oasis in the Desert. The grounds are nicely maintained and manicured and enables really good social distancing for the ceremony. Reception buildings probably needs better ventilation or a good air filtration system. Staff lacks communication and food quality can be improved. However, the Venue is still one of the better ones in town!
The Grove Wedding Venue is a nice wedding venue a little bit outside away from the strip. It has a nice outdoor setting for a beautiful wedding ceremony. The reception area was nicely decorated and very pretty. They have different packages to choose from and can work with any budget. My friends had their wedding at this venue and the food was good it was buffet style, the ceremony space was sweet and humbly decorated. The reception hall was so lovely and nice.
This was a very beautiful venue. Highly recommend it.
It was lovely here. Love the areas to take pictures. Food is good. Staff is friendly.
The Grove was the most perfect venue we could have ever imagined. We had the absolute best experience from the moment we booked with Jacquelyn to the last minute of our wedding. Jacquelyn (coordinator), Madison (DJ), Doug (minister) and many others provided the best service and did whatever they could possibly do to make our wedding amazing and make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. This venue is beautiful, accommodating, organized, clean, affordable and so much more. If you want to have a stunning outdoor wedding with all inclusive packages available, I cannot recommend The Grove enough. Thank you to The Grove for contributing to the best day of our lives! -Jordan and Taylor Green
The only good thing I can say, is that we are married. We had our wedding there in May of 2021, and if I would have know now, what I didn’t know then, I would have not used this place to get married. The place is beautiful, but the staff were very unprofessional. The food was dry and not edible. We had the tri-tip and pecan chicken, neither of them were edible. The only thing that was half decent was the cream cheese wrapped in Salami.Let’s talk about the wait staff, very unprofessional and we were not given a choice in what kind of cake we wanted. I paid the extra money for the third tier, so everyone could have a choice in flavors. I, as the bride was not even given a choice. Not only was the cake dry, but when asked if they could have a different flavor, staff told them to get it from a different guest.DO NOT USE THE VENDORS THEY RECOMMEND!! “Couture cakes”, “M Productions’s “ and “Wild Meadow Flowers”.M Productions promised us a photographer who had experience. Our photographer was so inexperienced, that her shadow was in all of our photos while we were in the reception room. Our pictures were so bad, that we asked for all of pictures because we need to hire someone to edit them so we have some pictures from our special day. Our guests took better pictures then the company we actually paid good money for.Next is the flowers, I should have known something was wrong when I contacted Ashley and she hadn’t ordered my flowers yet, 2 weeks before our wedding. She assumed that we were one of the couples that rescheduled it. Flowers were one of the main things that I needed to be perfect. I love flowers and I met with the florist 3 time’s and talked to her many other times, sending pictures and making sure she had my vision. One very important point was my bouquet, because I wanted to save it after. My bouquet was so supposed to be cascading with white lilies, white roses, hydrangeas, baby’s breath and the handle tied with a ivory satin knot. This was very important because it was symbolic of lasting unity with an unbreakable knot. Not only was my bouquet not cascading, but it was as done with half dead white roses(only) and a plastic handle. My MOH noticed it, when she handed it to me. We actually looked at each other and asked about my satin ribbon knot. She said she forgot and went and cut a piece of lace and tied it around the handle of my bouquet. My bouquet was so bad, that when I tried drying it out. My bouquet smelled so bad, that I was not able to save any of my flowers. I can’t explain how upsetting that was.But last but not least, my honeymoon fund. We didn’t have a “Dollar” dance, because of Covid-19, so we had a “Honeymoon “ “fund shadow box. As we saw through out the night, that our guests had been placing money in it. My brother for one, put in $40.00 just himself. When we retrieved it from the end of the night, the money was gone, all that was in it was $45.00. Our wedding was a small one, with only our closest friend and family. Everyone we knew, were either related or very close to us, so it had to have been taken by the Grove Staff. When I called to talk to owner about all of this, the manager took my message and the owner responded with an email and excuses. He never reached out to me personally.I am not one that does “Yelp” reviews, but I don’t want any other couple to go through this. This is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your life. Because I married my best friend it was, but with no help from “the Grove”.
We had our vow renewal here. Staff was super nice, however the bartender was a little rude. The dj waited until guests were leaving to do any group dances, the food could have been alot better. By the time we got to eat (the head table) it was cold. But overall it was a special night with special people!
They did an excellent job hosting my daughters wedding. Everything went smooth as planned:)
My nephew got married there, was a beautiful place for that to be!
Very pretty. My nieces wedding was in mid November and we had snow, unbelievable. So we moved it inside.
Our wedding was June 14, 2017, The Grove is a beautiful wedding venue! We had the wedding of our dreams! I basically told them what I wanted and they made it reality. I was nervous because we are from Houston, TX and I was afraid to have miss communication. Our wedding planner did everything we asked for and more. They took great care of us during the wedding and our guest loved it! The food was great, the DJ was on point, open bar was the best, and beautiful views. The whole wedding process and planning was so smooth and zero stress. They definitely know what they’re doing and will take great care of you!
We decided to get married in Vegas, to make it easier for people to travel to join us. We wanted a place that could fit more than 30 people, but was still within our budget. We are also outdoor people, so we wanted to have the wedding outside, plus in March it would be green and warm.We got engaged on Christmas Eve, and wanted to have our wedding in March (So about 3 months to plan). We contacted the Grove around New Years and they were quick to get back to us.In about a week, We got our packet for our wedding. In there was the menu, prestige DJs that would be doing the music, our officiant, how to get your marriage license before hand, flowers, cake-everything we needed to set up our wedding long distance.Zina was out wedding Event Coordinator, Bud was the Officiant, Luke did the Prestige DJ part which covered my music down the aisle and the reception. For photography, they give you a couple vendor options ( not included in the package) or you can totally pick your own person. We decided to go with Vegas Lights Photography who they suggested. Shannah was our photographer, and I havent seen the photos yet, but her personality and ability to keep all those wayward people together and focused was amazing. The food was great. I liked their selection, being that Im a vegetarian, and my husband is an elk hunter. There were good things for both of us, and I got several compliments later about how good the food was.I never got to the bar, but I know several of our guests were very excited about the open bar, and I never heard any complaints, so Im going to say that was excellent as well. Im not sure how many Brides can say this but the wedding was PERFECT. And most of that come from the Grove, their beautiful facility and the people who ran it. The only critique I have is they had chairs set for 65 people and we have only 45 guests. I would have liked the extra chairs to be taken away so photos didnt show empty seats at the Ceremony. The reception was set for 48 which was perfect. The cake was yummy too! I stuck with cream cheese icing even though they couldnt do a lot of decorating with it.
What a great experience! The venue was Beautiful The wedding was excellent and service was great . Thank you for all the great memories ❤
DO NOT BOOK..... My fiancee and i were scheduled to get married last August but due to the pandemic we were not able to proceed with the plans. My fiancee called and tried to get a refund months before our wedding as we were in constant contact with the Grove trying to work around the pandemic and all. The Grove would not work with us as we even asked if we could get a smaller package and they told us we would have to do another security deposit, even though we had already given them a deposit of $1500.00. The management and the people of this company have no heart. I even had one employee told us the Grove is not in the deposit business, well neither am I. We lost our whole deposit and the grove never called and try to work with us or anything. Save yourself heart pains and find yourself another venue.
The staff was very rude and non professional. Asked for 3 more chairs so the brides parents could sit down. Told i had to pay for them. Asked for manager i was told no. They put out food prior to the ceremony was over. I think i have food poison. Besides the food sucked the meat was so thin you could see through it. All though everyone was not wearing a mask but had to wear one to order at bar??
Im going with 3.5 stars rounded down. I was a guest at a wedding held here, the couple was pleased so I want that noted. However, I want to provide an opinion from a guests perspective (which is irrelevant on a wedding day if the bride is happy so take this for what it is, an opinion)Inside, the reception food was great. The DJ was decent but the acoustics in the hall are terrible. Oddly enough, there were power cords hanging from lights to outlets, non hidden coax wiring, blue Ethernet lines on walls and burnt out lights (this is a low budget look for what Im told this place costs), the feel and presentation inside seemed dated.Outside, the yard and trees are well kept and the foliage blocks most bad angles and is a great sound barrier. There is a lot of browns used for structures and the color scheme is not entirely welcoming with the selection. In the gazebo area over the water, they could have a dream photo spot but it is to dark and unwelcoming. Maybe use softer lighter colors that would compliment the natural look of the surrounding and some changing of the gazebo floor from dark Trex to some thing clear to show the pool underneath. One other complaint, its strange but it smelled like the fishing bait red salmon eggs outside. Dont know what to make of it, just an observation. Hope if you pick this place you have a memorable event and a happy future.
Beautiful venue. I would marry here if I werent already married. The food was good as well. The staff were VERY ACCOMODATING & nice!
Worth the money. If u want a amazing wedding that fits your budget then this is for you. Not only is The Grove affordable, you can do your own centerpieces among other things if u desire. The CeremonyAmazing greenery. The ceremony is outdoors so my wedding was beautiful. I got married here May 3rd 2018 Which was yesterday lol. They provide a lounge area for the bride and bridesmaids also the groom and groomsmen get a lounge area as well. The ReceptionNot only is the reception area beautiful, its extremely spacious. I had the 75 guest package which is reasonably priced. . Literally did not feel robbed with my package choice. They have two reception areas for people with a smaller guest count. The DjPerfect! Perfect! Perfect! He was great. He played all my song choices. He had all my guests out there seats. He was so helpful for all my guests that wanted to use the mic to say kind words to myself and the groom. Kept the party going. The FoodThey do invite you to come and try the MEAT choices. So you have a idea of what the food will taste like. I had the roast beef and bruschetta chicken for my wedding. My favorite was the bruschetta chicken. The ceasar salad is amazing. They have it setup Buffett style. They also have the option for the waiters to serve the food. But i preferred buffet style. The CoordinatorZENA my coordinator was extremely helpful. Everything was on time. Anything i needed she was on top of things. She even helped me make last minute party favorites right at the venue.I cant put into words how amazing my wedding was. You had to be there.
Amber is #1 Coordinator, You are 💯% awesome!!!! Yesterday was just an amazing night, the grove las vegas is so beautiful, everything was PERFECT! Thanks again amber and staff for everything ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful venue! Not great food but more than enough to eat. I felt bad about how much food was wasted.
After searching for a year and a half in my own city (San Diego) for a wedding venue, my mom had suggested that I should try Vegas. When she mentioned that, I immediately thought “typical Vegas wedding” on the strip, in a little chapel.. mmm, no thanks. But upon further research, I came across the Grove, and I’m so incredibly glad I found this hidden gem! This venue is the complete opposite of your typical Vegas strip wedding! They have an almond orchard! Yes, an almond orchard! A couple days prior to our wedding, the trees were in full bloom with pretty white flowers! I was elated!! The Grove, their entire staff, the venue itself.. AMAZING!! MY husband and I were orginally supposed to get married here April 2020, but unfortunately a month prior, COVID hit and we had to postpone our wedding to Feb 2021. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, that planning it during a pandemic was on another level! Our guest count went from 62 down to 32, (due to people not feeling comfortable to travel at that time, which was completely understandable). The Grove had spaced out the tables by household so that families were socially distanced. Even my sister who is a nurse that was feeling uneasy about traveling and being in a room with other people felt more than comfortable with the way everything was set up. They even had hand sanitizer everywhere! Throughout the entire process everyone at the Grove ENSURED us that we would have our dream wedding, and in all honestly, they went above and beyond in more ways than 1! They exceeded our expectations 10-fold!! They were VERY ACCOMODATING, I mean VERY!!!! They worked tirelessly to make sure such an important day for us went smoothly. Jacquelyn our coordinator was always quick to respond to my emails with any questions or concerns that we had. She was such a delight to work with and I know I couldn’t have done it without her! She handled all of the revisions on her end, which helped me out so much so that it allowed me to focus on things that I needed to take care of on my end. Doug, our minister was wonderful! Luke with lighting and I believe Prestige DJ was INCREDIBLE! The cake that we had chose with Ariel was beautiful and delicious, not to mention I’m glad I decided to do the overlay at the arch! Since this in an all-inclusive venue, it made planning a wedding (from out of town) much more easier. Their entire staff communicated so well with us! Our guests were absolutely blown away with the venue, the Grand Garden Room, the food, open bar?! Uh.. yes please! How could you not choose this place for your wedding?!!!! Because of how beautiful and magical everything was, at the reception, and even afterwards, family members from San Diego were already making plans to have their events at the Grove! Lol! The entire wedding from the ceremony to the reception was small and intimate, but filled with SO MUCH love, laughter and joy we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Real talk, had we not been forced to postpone our wedding due to Covid, we truly believe that our wedding wouldn’t have turned out as wonderful as it did if we had it back in April 2020.. period. Again, we cannot express how grateful we are to the entire staff at this amazing venue, and I will continue to refer this place to anyone asking for venue suggestions!! Thank you thank you!
This is a beautiful and intimate location for a good wedding! It’s a bit of a drive from the Vegas strip though, we Uber’d there and it costs us $24 one way 😱 from the Linq right off the strip. We enjoyed ourselves and the wedding. If you’re looking for a little more bang for your wedding budget, and you’re looking to do it in Vegas, I would recommend checking this place out
My niece was married there. It was a beautiful wedding and the Grove grounds are beautiful.
Had a pleasant experience here The staff was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here
I had my baby shower here and it was nothing short of perfect! We had it in the middle of July so there were some COVID rules we had to follow but we knew that and were just so happy to be able to have our event. Nancy was the most amazing coordinator, couldnt have asked for anyone better! Ariel was so sweet and helped a ton as well. Our date did get moved once, but what could they do to control that? We loved every bit of The Grove, from the beautiful scenery to the most amazing staff. Such an amazing and accommodating place!
Cant wait to get married here this is such a magical place I cried (no I mean Literally cried) walking into someone elses wedding when we did our consultation I was so excited before but now Im elated 2/14/2022
Beauty. Serene. Spacious
I have absolutely nothing good to say about this venue! My daughter & fiance put a $1500 deposit down a year ago to have their wedding here in Feb this year. If times were normal, this would still be happening but obviously we are still in the middle of a pandemic and there are restrictions in place that prevent them from having the wedding my daughter has dreamed of. They reached out to the Grove early in December to see if they could change the date to later in the year & were told they would have to put down an ADDITIONAL $1500 deposit to do this, which is ridiculous, but were considering as the money would still go towards the total. Unfortunately in December my mother -in -law (daughters grandmother) passed away and with all the deaths due to COVID, we are unable to put her to rest until Feb. Understandably my daughter did not want to have the wedding at this time. She again reached out to The Grove the end of December and requested to cancel the date they had booked and get a refund. They still had every intention of still having their wedding here, but did not want to lock into another date at this time and risk losing not only the original $1500 but the additional $1500 they would have to put down to move date. The Grove would not budge on refunding the deposit!! I have never met anyone in such a business that are so uncompassionate, this is supposed to be the happiest time of their lives and they have received nothing but grief from the employees at The Grove, not to mention that they had to lose their $1500 deposit because they did not want to have a wedding the same time she would be burying her grandmother!! Also, due to the pandemic, The Grove is also not able to hold up their end of the contract by not being able to provide them what was agreed upon when the contract was signed.
Nice spot even during a pandemic they did a good job ensuring our party had a good time.
The venue was beautiful the staff were extremely helpful they took care of my needs thanks again and Happy New Year
Beautiful venue for a nice outdoor wedding. Was there for my nephews wedding. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious. All the guests had a good time at the reception.
The Grove was way more beautiful and intimate than we anticipated. The staff were excellent. The wedding was very intimate and timely. The reception was stunning and simple yet classy. The Grove offered everything one would desire from a larger wedding venue. In Las Vegas there1 are many wedding venues that would not stand a chance being compared to The Grove. It was so tranquil, peaceful and yet elegant my wife left wanting us to do a bow renewal at The Grove.
Let me start off by saying, I was SO excited at the opportunity to have my wedding here. The venue was the best Id seen (for what i was looking for) in Las Vegas and the staff was great at communicating with me, on all my questions before making my final decision to actually book with them.My wedding was scheduled for 3.28.21 in their grand room for 75+ people and my deposit was $1,500. Full disclaimer, I completely understood the deposit was non-refundable at the time of signing and paying and was ok with that!Fast forward, our world is hit with a global pandemic thats taken thousands of lives and put a record millions out of work - including my fiancé and I with a brand new baby. While I tried to stay optimistic about everything. Truth was, my family and friends were cancelling on me quicker than i could blink, as everyone was fearful of traveling due to sickness, old age, or just fear in general. This brought my list down to not even 20 people, from 75 plus!! No longer able to meet my guest count, or afford a $10k wedding anymore i called the Grove at the end of June to cancel. They seemed very understanding when telling them my reasons to needing to cancel. Although every vendor I worked with (all very small, less than 10 people businesses), i wasnt expecting a refund per the contract. To my surprise they offered to refund me, BUT only if someone booked my same date and size party. Then theyd refund me my $1,500 (less $100) AFTER the event date of 3.28.21. However, during this time Las Vegas Governor put a restriction of no more than 50 people at an event, until further notice. So how are you trying to rebook my date/ event for 75 plus people? Seems completely fair right (sarcasm)? I reach out via email for an update and am literally told i need to reach back out AFTER the date of 3.28.21. Pretty much then telling me Im bothering them! I refuse and tell them Id appreciate staying up to date with whats going on with my refund and not wait Im limbo. So after months of still not hearing anything, I reach out again and am told they still have not found anyone to book my date/package, that theyre now going to open it up for a smaller package thats SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than mine and if someone books that one my refund would be much much less than what i paid. Our Governor didntlift the mandate of no public gatherings of more than 50 people, until September 29th, which would have actually ONLY allowed 37 days (as of today) for someone to re-book my package. Again... seems fair right? I told them they were better off telling me i couldnt have a refund, then giving me all the back and forth and literally making it IMPOSSIBLE to get anything back.I asked to speak with management on 11.5.2020 and as of today 11.13.2020, i still have not heard from anyone. When i email the coordinators again, they tell me their Management doesnt work in the office, which apparently is a good enough reason for not calling a customer back in a timely fashion?Id highly suggest anyone looking into this venue PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!
It was beautiful. Everything was fabulous. I would recommend it to people.
I attended a wedding here with my boyfriend for a friend of his in Las Vegas in October 2019. Although this venue seemed cozy and dainty, I was not impressed with its overall decor. The wedding was scheduled near sunset and I didnt feel like the ceremonial area was well lit. I believe a photographer would have to be even more creative with lighting here. I saw a few spots for professional photos to be taken, but those areas were too dark for my taste. The rest of the ceremonial area looked cheap and not put together all too well. As we made our way into the reception hall and found our seats, I noticed that we had to walk clear across the room to the buffet. Not very convenient if you ask me. To top it off, the dance floor was way too small. I think this venue needs to do better with their presentation. The one thing I did like was the projection screens where you can display a digital video collage of the bride and groom. Overall, if you want this space to look like your dream wedding, Id suggest hiring your own wedding planner and an actual florist to make this place look memorable because this venue will not be pleasing on its own (unless thats what you want).
The hall was amazing. I only have 1 complaint. It was entirely way to hot in there. There was no ac on. And all the wedding guest felt the same way.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our wedding was schedule for June 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic changes had too be made. At this time it is unknown when venues or entertainment will be reopening and per contract deposit are non-refundable.We began to reach out to them as soon as we realized the shut down was going to effect our wedding. We attempted to reach out to them by phone but no answer. We attempted to reach out to them by e-mail and all we got was automated e-mails. They claimed that they attempted to reach out to us ONCE but because we didn’t respond they assumed we were weighing our options and pursed no further action or attempt to reach out to us; however, I have NO evidence that they attempted to reach out to us and I never received that e-mail they claimed to have sent us.Not only was I told that my statement of “no attempt to reach out to us” was false, they are pocketing 100% of the deposit and expect us to be understanding. If I could leave NO STARS I would for their LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE during difficult times.
What a Beautiful place to get married
I fell in love with The Groves Almond Orchard almost instantly. As a bride on a budget, I was looking for something beautiful that needed minimum décor and The Grove delivered in spades. Their all-inclusive packages are a bit more expensive than what you find in a Vegas chapel, but trust me, its SO WORTH IT. Our ceremony was about 30 minutes long and we got to say our vows and do a unity candle ceremony too (we opted for this instead of a quickie 10 min Vegas chapel ceremony) For a little over $4,000, you get an officiant, appetizer and entrée, a two-tiered cake, an open bar, a dj and a beautiful space with centerpieces and linens for an event for 50 people. Our wedding weekend was M-A-G-I-C-A-L. The staff was amazing and super responsive. All our guests gushed about the food and the cake. You are required to wear masks when not in your table (six people per table for social distancing) plus they throw in hand sanitizing station too. Honestly it couldnt had gone any better. We got to have our dream wedding during the covid-19 pandemic in 2020... we will be forever grateful to the people at The Grove, and I will never ever shut up about how gorgeous the space is. Look no more, youve found a venue!!
Buyer Beware! We had booked our wedding last fall for a July 10 date. Two weeks prior to the wedding we were told we couldnt have more than 50 people, which is less than half our final wedding guest count. The only thing we were offered was to pick a left over date, since pretty much everything was picked over. We did not get any of our deposit back. Instead The Grove gets to pocket $1500 for not doing any work. Very disappointing.
Beautiful grounds, ample parking, very professional staff
The best decision we have ever made was having our wedding at The Grove. We had the most amazing time and our guests still rave about their experience months removed from the big day! The price for all that is included blew me away and the grounds were breathtaking. With lush green grass and all the mature almond trees it does not feel like you are in Las Vegas. The entire staff is incredible, kind and detail oriented to ensure the whole day went off without a hitch as well. I couldn’t have been a happier bride!
Beutiful
Got married here 10 years ago, came to visit for our anniversary, still looks beautiful.
I wish I could say we had the wedding of our dreams at the Grove, but because of Covid-19 we had to cancel our wedding. We tried to work with the staff at the Grove to get our deposit back, but they were not issuing any refunds. They closed their offices, and didnt answer any phone calls for weeks referring everyone to email. We did try to email, but they were doing everything in their power to keep our deposit, and we kept getting vague responses from their managers. Long story short, they took advantage of the little guy in a time of need - I feel like they kicked us while we we down.
This is a great place to have a wedding in Las Vegas! We had a good time as guest!
My husband and I had our wedding at the Grove Dec. 14, 2018. We were extremely happy from the day we toured the property until our wedding day. The venue is beautiful all times of the year. We were there in March, June and our wedding was in December and the grounds were lush each and every time. The ceremony sites were so beautiful at night. Having a destination wedding I wasnt sure what to expect the day of the event seeing I had not met our coordinator until that day but she was great. She was attentive, made sure that we kept to a schedule and ensured all the details we had discussed on the phone or by email were happening the way we wanted them to. All the staff from the Officiant, JD, Bartenders and Wait staff were also great. The food was amazing. In fact we received many compliments from our family and friends on how great the food was. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. This venue cares about you and making sure that your big day goes exactly as planned.
Meet w/Nancy Wick. Nancy is the ying to my yang, I totally adore her. She is wonderful, articulate, insightful, thoughtful, passionate, oh my goodness, Shes The Top! Terry, is youre reading this she deserves a raise!
Gorgeous Garden for weddings. Big ballroom, Clean restroom and the food was ok.
Waiting to see how many people have been stepped on by this company because covid has forced their wedding to be canceled. They are not willing to even hint at returning deposits for us and others it seems. Adding stress to an already stressful situation! Sad that the Federal government has set up money for small businesses FOR THIS EXACT REASON, do right by the customer, your employees, and stay open with the paycheck protection program and Small Business Administration loans. I sure hope they havent recieved any federal funding AND feel it is right to keep peoples money who are devastated by this situation and have no choice but to cancel.Quick side note; funny all the recent 5 star reviews with no context between the angry non-deposit people. Most people who are excited about being married or engaged want to word vomit all about it.
Brides, do not book your wedding until you have visited The Grove. The Grove should be renamed to THE PERFECT PLACE TO START YOUR LIFE TOGETHER! The grounds are gorgeous; the food is super delicious; my daughter’s coordinator Ariel was extraordinary! The staff made sure everything was perfect and I mean perfect: flowers, cake, music, bartenders, wait staff, the grounds, the officiant, the hall, etc. The groom was just as involved in the details as the bride. Ariel made sure of that.I highly recommend The Grove to every bride and groom!
Beautiful place to have a service, however the food could have been a lot better and seasoned.
A gorgeous location for a wedding. Everyone there was helpful every step of the way and helped with any questions we had throughout the planning. Made our day run so smooth we werent stressed at all the day of the wedding.
Horrible Unprofessional Discriminatory Wedding Planning ExperienceWe flew in from the SF Bay Area to plan my friends wedding. The Wedding was scheduled for 09/27/2020. We (3 brides maids and the bride) had a scheduled meeting with the venue. When we arrived the lady in the front office had us wait over 15 minutes before greeting us. 5 minutes after the greeting she asked why we are there. We explained that we had an appointment for planning. We met with the florist, who was extremely helpful noted the shed be retiring prior to the wedding date. She gave us pricing and a great referral to Twisted tulip. After speaking with the florist the lady at the front office was very passive and not helpful. She didnt look at us when speaking and refuse to answer any questions about planning or rescheduling the site tour. She said the venue was not available for a site tour. 4 days later a man called my friends fiancé, stating the wedding is canceled. My friend the Bride called and they refuse to speak with her or refund her money.
It was beautiful wedding couldnt have been better
I had my wedding here yesterday. And everything went off without a hitch. I was only disappointed in lack of communication between the DJ and minister. But they are so nice and accommodating. The venue is so beautiful, can’t wait to see the photos. All my guests loved the food, and DJ. Best place in Vegas to do a wedding.
This is a beautiful venue!!! My wife and I were married here this month 11/11. It far exceeded our expectations! Kim was our coordinator and she did an impeccable job! She guided us through everything and decorated our wedding beautifully!! We would highly recommend this place! The food was excellent and cake beautiful. Our flowers were breathtaking, and our minister Bud was awesome! You will not regret it!!!
The Grove and its staff were great. It couldnt have gone smoother. They had every detailed covered, so that left me and the bride to do nothing but enjoy the day.Zina and Ariel were awesome! Justin (the DJ) and Josh (photographer) were on point, and the service staff was fantastic (especially the bartender). Not one gripe or complaint from the attendees! When does that ever happen? This is definitely the venue you want to book if you want a beautiful, carefree wedding.Much love and respect to all involved. (from 3/17/19)
I obviously cant speak for everyone who goes to the Grove, but I know that personally I had a beautiful wedding at the Grove! Our coordinator Donna was so sweet and helpful from our month out meeting to the day-of. She even let me cry on her shoulder when I was freaking out at the rehearsal! And on the wedding day, she got my husband and I a drink and a plate of food at the start of the night. Very good service. Everything just went so smoothly from the moment we got to the Grove up until the end of the night. The food was delicious, the staff pleasant to work with, the flowers were exactly what I wanted, and our cake looked (and tasted) GREAT. We had asked the in-house baker Amy to do something very complicated and I personally just expected something simple (we wanted an edible figurine of our cat), but it was very well done. She had even added texture so that it looked like fur! And yes, some things were kind of expensive, but all in all, we came in under budget! All in all, awesome job, Grove! Id recommend them to anyone who was having a wedding in Las Vegas, but didnt want it to turn into a Las Vegas wedding!
This is where we had our wedding. The staff is experienced. They have done the wedding rodeo enough to make this place (especially for the price) do the work for you.Its extremely beautiful. Its amazing how when you are there, you dont even feel like you are in Las Vegas anymore.Have your wedding here. You will not regret it. Its the perfect size. The food was delicious. Also there was an open bar option for our package and our families had a complete blast.
We had a venue tour here and the ceremony locations and reception rooms are very beautiful. Kim gave us a lot of her time and answered a lot of questions and helped us with this process. We decided to have our wedding at a venue that is in our neighborhood and it was just a little more sentimental. Despite this Kim was very supportive and even wished us the best of luck. Character is very important and I see no issues with character in Kim. Thanks grove!
So cute and very helpful! Im excited to get married there
Married in the Almond Orchard May 28, 2016. It was just the two of us and our 2 witnesses. We didnt want to do a cheesy Las Vegas wedding chapel. The Grove Venue was amazing! Beautiful grounds. The wedding coordinator was on it from the moment we contacted them to reserve the space. Even though we were not a big event we felt that we were just as important. Our coordinator, officiant, limousine driver and photographer really made our wedding feel superbly special and we will have wonderful memories. We highly recommend this establishment whether you are having a large wedding or small.
Great service and u can pick a spot to get married at they have tons of different areas. Dont mind the man it was for a slide show for the bride and groom. Look at the beautiful greens ITS REAL TOO! Bc I mean when you live in Vegas folks its disgustingly hot. But seriously they were very very polite and they have very cheap prices on Monday &Tuesday I hope you like the review and if your going to get married in Vegas this is sure the place
Had my wedding here in May and it was absolutely amazing. Loved everything. The staff the food the place was all amazing. We didnt have to worry about a thing except having a good time. All my family and friends said it was the best wedding they had been to. Would recommend the groves to anyone getting married.
The Grove was wonderful!! They made every minute of our wedding ceremony go smoothly. It was amazing! And the actual venue is beautiful! I cant imagine a better experience. And the fact that they have super awesome photographers, ministers, and bakers right there makes everything so simple! Seriously, get married here!
The Grove wedding location is stunning and gorgeous have never heard one complaint and Ive been there 15 times as a professional wedding photographer shooting weddings... Zena the main wedding coordinator is amazing... she makes sure everything goes flawlessly for your special dayI would suggest the Pecan Grove for your wedding ceremony makes for awesome photos and its nice and Shady during summer monthsPrices are very reasonable for parties of 25 or more
So well done. Great staff and beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this venue. Best wedding I have ever attended.
I wanted to find an oasis for our wedding, I didnt want the cliche Vegas wedding of Elvis or anything resembling the wedding from the movie The Hangover. I wanted simple, beautiful and classy. I found that with this venue and the people there. From my coordinator, officiant and photographer they were all amazing. Thank you everyone at The Grove for giving my husband and I a wonderful wedding experience.
We got married here in November, would definitely recommend to get married here. The day went off without any problems. Kim was awesome making sure everything ran on time and smoothly. The food was amazing and the dj was great too, loved everything about our day there. The only downside was the drinks werent very strong but nonetheless still an amazing day.
Awesome venue. Great food. Great service team. My wife and I were so happy we chose The Grove. Destination weddings can be tough and The Grove made it so easy
The Grove provided such a lovely experience for our daughters wedding! The orchard area where we had the wedding was just beautiful! The staff were friendly, the limo driver, the photographer and minister that were recommended to us by The Grove were all so professional and friendly! Our visit atThe Grove was short, but sweet and we will have some beautiful memories to keep forever. Thank you for playing an instrumental part of making our daughters Big Day a most positive and memorable experience!! :)
