A Simple Affair was the perfect venue for us! We opted for a destination wedding in Las Vegas, but wanted a timeless and fun environment that was more subtle than Viva Las Vegas.The flexibility and customization of ASA is exactly what we needed while planning a wedding across the country. The All-Inclusive package was perfect and all of the vendors were selected based on our answers of a questionnaire. I could not have done a better job vetting and hiring vendors than ASA. From the food, bar, photo booth, and DJ, everyone was amazing!We wanted to enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about small, unimportant details and we did just that.I cannot thank the ASA team enough for being so professional, responsive, and all around amazing! Such a great value, my husband and I are so happy with everything.

I lost my venue two months before my wedding date after planning it for 2 years due to covid!! A Simple Affair really pulled through for me. I loved the venue and being able to customize the room layout and the high ceilings. They had a super convenient turnover service between ceremony and reception. My favorite part was definitely the bistro lights, they really set the mood. Not to mention, theres a super adorable park just on the corner that made my special day just that much more special. I really loved how knowledgeable and friendly that the staff were in helping select vendors, and I really loved that we had the option to bring in our own food and other vendors (like a DJ and photographer) instead of being super restrictive like a lot of other venues are, limiting use to only their preferred vendors. Id highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

We came in from out of town for our wedding, and it was so great to have everything taken care of by the venue. Food was delicious, bartenders were fantastic, our attendant for the day was there whenever we needed her and I didn’t need to bring any of my own decorations (which is great because I was flying in).If you do want loud music, definitely hire a DJ, the sound system is perfect for cocktail hour, but could be louder for the party after. I didn’t mind it at all, we still danced and had a great time! I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful venue, a classy, rustic and warm place for any event, love the marble floors. ASAs team was so patient and helped me stay organized through the preparation process. Also, their sound system is so amazing, I love and recommend this place!

My husband and I both loved this venue as the setting for our modern, rustic wedding.Everyone there was so responsive, understanding, and professional through all the craziness.We were supposed to get married May 2, 2020, but of course this was mid shutdown. The coordinators put in a ton of work to keep planning our event for another time.I have to admit, I was VERY difficult to work with at some points due to the stress of wedding planning in the middle of a pandemic!In the end, the wedding was beautiful and the day went smoothly thanks to everyone at A Simple Affair.The value was great and would love to do any future events here.Not only is the space gorgeous, but the coordinators here do an amazing job at getting your event together.In these uncertain times, these are the kind of people you want behind some of your most special events.Friendly, flexible, and just a great experience!!!PS: our guests loved it and the food was great!!!!!

We loved this venue from the moment we went and did a tour of it. Loved the rustic feel, farmhouse tables and the barnyard doors. We had a small wedding and it was a perfect for such an intimate setting. The pricing was in our budget and the staff is very friendly and always communicate in a timely manner.

This is a really lovely venue for a wedding or other event. Spacious with many many ways to make it your own! I recommend it especially if you are having your event in the summer when it is so so hot, or in the winter when it is chilly and dark at 4:30pm. It is great if you want to have your wedding in Las Vegas, but not a VEGAS wedding and is accessible to the airport and many lovely hotels, restaurants, etc for out of town guests.

I knew it would be the perfect place to have my parent’s 50th surprise wedding anniversary once I saw it. I booked the venue over a year in advance and then Covid happened. I had many questions in between. The staff were professional and answered my questions in a timely manner. We had to cut the guest count and they refunded me right away, no problems. It is a beautiful venue. I highly recommend it!

Great experience I cannot wait to get married here. Everyone was super helpful and sent me links of examples and decor options. They are budget conscious and are able to provide many different options that won’t break the bank. I look forward to working with them this year.

My husband and I were married recently on the 13th of March. The venue is very easy to work with. There were one or two hiccups along the way and day of but that is to be expected. It is a great location and all our guests enjoyed themselves.

They were quick to respond to every request they had, from the first time we walked through the venue, to the end of my daughters wedding day. They did everything they could to make our day exactly how we wanted it. During the months leading up to the wedding, they were fast to answer any questions that we had, willing to add or delete things from our proposal, and offer suggestions for vendors. The night of my daughters wedding, Marylynn was the best hostess. She was there throughout the night to assist us with anything we needed, from extra tables and linens, to helping us get all set up with our slideshow and music playlist. The space is beautiful! We rented the pergola, which is fantastic, the hanging lights, and the dropped planters. We loved the gorgeous focus wall made of wood. Our day was perfect, and A Simple Affair was a huge part of that.

Beautiful facility, perfect for medium-sized event. We had a surprise birthday party here with 50 people. I believe up to 200 could be handled fine. Owners are great to work with. We were there on a 113 degree day, and it was almost chilly inside, I dont think cooling is an issue anymore like one of the other reviews mentioned.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. It has a rustic, industrial feel that I loved. Working with staff was smooth sailing through booking and rescheduling due to COVID-19. However, when we decided to ultimately cancel our event, the tone changed quickly.When I first read the cancellation policy, I was under the impression that it was based on the current event date and we would be owed a small refund. When I emailed this impression to Jessica, she explained to me that the cancellation policy is based on the original event date and we are actually walking away with more money than due with the used postponement policy,” which I appreciated, but I was still confused. I went to look through our contract again, which does not state our original event date anywhere. This was the source of my confusion. I told Jessica that having the original date listed somewhere in the contract itself even when dates are changed would be beneficial to them in the future, because it seems sneaky to base a policy on a date that isnt listed in the contract anymore.Jessica responded to me saying she is not sure how the policy is confusing. She stated that the date is documented in the proposal as a postponed date, so it actually is already listed for your record and acceptance as you noted we should do. In my view, the proposal is not the legally binding document, the contract is, so that is what I read and that is what should list all parts of their policy, including the original event date. She went on to state that their policies are very transparent. I believe they would be more transparent if the actual contract reflected the orignal event date if that is what they are going to use to base certain policies off of, such as their cancellation policy.She ended the email by confirming my cancellation and stating WE have enjoyed working with you. Now, I know that I did not properly understand the cancellation policy. This is not a case of the customer is always right, because I know I was wrong in reading their policy and I never said that I was right. Im more upset at the unprofessional email I received after suggesting that not including the original event date in the contract itself when the contract includes policies based on that date can be considered fishy and lead to confusion like my own.If you dont anticipate having any kind of problems, hiccups, confusion, or challenging questions, then this venue is a beautiful and affordable place for your event. If you have anything that isnt completely positive to bring up though, you will be met with questionable professionalism.

Best venue ever! We had the best day they always answered our questions quickly and were so helpful. We are from Montana so the stress of a destination wedding and Covid19 was a little crazy but the ladies helped us so much. Everything from flexible pricing to the help on the big day. Can not recommend this venue enough. If you are in the Vegas area it is a must to have your wedding here! ♥️😊

My Husband and I were eager to get our reception here, but due to corona virus restrictions, they had to cancel our reception. We understand stuff like that happens, but then they refused to give us a refund. Very dissapointed.

My daughter paid for a reception that got cancelled due to Covid. They are refusing to refund her money. This is thousands of dollars! How can this be credible? Do not do business with these people. They are crooks!!!

The name of this venue speaks for itself but doesn’t do justice to the simple beauty. We just had an amazing time working with Aubree and she made planning so much less stressful than weddings can be. The space itself is open and inviting and it’s very easy to personalize. It was a reception for the books ;) Thank you!!

My friends were going to have their reception here but covid hit. Like a lot of things, this meant they needed to cancel it. But this place is refusing a proper refund and trying to scam them out of money.

Oh My goodness ! Where do i start! This place is the most amazing place in Vegas. I spent months shopping around for a venue and ran into the same problems over and over. All the venues were WAY over priced. OR they were affordable until it came to the food. I started off excited about planning my wedding and was immediately discouraged. It became to clear to me that so many people were just plain greedy and those trying to plan suffer because of that greed. So when i came across this place it was the BIGGEST RELIEF!!! Such a BEAUTIFUL VENUE! worth so much more than what they charge. And thats what really impressed me. It wasnt about greed with these owners. it was genuinely about helping brides like myself, who want an AFFORDABLE yet BEAUTIFUL place to have their special day. And thats exactly what I found. Everyone has been so patient, and accommodating and helpful. I could not be happier and more satisfied. And i couldnt be more thankful.

We had my dads Celebration of Life here and it was absolutely beautiful! It took minimal decor on our part and they definitely helped make the planning the event during such a difficult time a lot easier. I would recommend this venue to everyone!!!

I rented this venue in September of last year for a wedding 2021. Everything sounded so good. The details were said to be finalized until a closer date. In my wedding group some book the morning before and just that morning. I asked them then all these little details i wanted become problems. A lot of wasted money but they proved i was not meant to have a wedding.

This place is difficult place to work with. When they could not meet the contract obligations because of Covid restrictions they refuse to refund our money.

They changed the contact on my daughters wedding and now wont issue a refund. Dishonest and evasive. Ripping off the kids of a military family and firefighter family, shame on you! Check out the multiple complaints on the Better Business Bureau web site!!

We had our wedding at A Simple Affair a couple of weeks ago (3/30) - and it was perfect!! It could not have gone better, and a huge part of making my dream a reality was the amazing team at ASA.I have to admit I was little nervous planning a wedding in Vegas from across the country. We booked the venue last May and toward the end of the year, started to see some bad reviews about events being cancelled at ASA. I reached out to Meagan immediately & she kept in close contact with me through some of those hiccups with the venue, which were ultimately resolved with plenty time to spare before our actual wedding date. Meagan also helped accommodate some of our needs when requirements changed for liquor licensing. She was very responsive throughout the entire process, provided reliable recommendations for other vendors and even helped pick up the napkins we rented through another vendor (which she didnt have to do!)The day before the wedding, they had everything set up exactly as requested. The day of, they had staff on site to help facilitate everything. The taco vendor they used provided delicious tacos! The venue itself is gorgeous and clean - the wood wall on the back makes for such a lovely backdrop, the floors are gorgeous, the twinkle lights lining the ceiling set such a nice ambience, and they have a variety of candles and decorations you can rent (which is so convenient if you are coming from out of town).Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend ASA to anyone looking to have a non-Vegas wedding in Las Vegas! Thanks Meagan and team for helping making our wedding day super special!

Everyone at A Simple Affair Events has been phenomenal. I live in Texas and had decided to do the wedding here in Vegas because my family lives here. I remember looking at different venues online with my fiancé (now husband) and when we saw the photos, he immediately said “I think this is the one”. I was skeptical because photos can be deceiving. Fast forward to a few months later, we meet Cori in person and she showed us around the facility. It was a blank canvas, a huge empty place but that giant wooden wall that just gave the place such a homey feeling. Everyone we have met has been amazing and very accommodating. To plan a wedding is already stressful enough and to plan a wedding from a thousand miles away, made me want to just quit but A Simple Affair took away 90% of the stress away. The packages that they have are super affordable and customizable. You definitely get the most bang for your buck.Now the wedding day, we were just in awe. Everything was what we had imagined and then some. The day after the wedding, my some of my family that were behind the scenes had said some things that didnt go to plan but it really truly did not matter because A Simple Affair did a great job making things work eitherway.Thank you so much for everything! It was really hard to become a bridezilla when you have A Simple Affair crew handling everything.

As a coordinator, I LOVE this space! Loryn and her team were very helpful with any questions I had when first visiting the space. You can tell a lot of love has been put into the design and it shows! It has a kitchen prep area - so helpful for catering, a bridal + groom suite and has plenty of parking out front. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a venue that offers full service as well as the flexibility of hiring your own outside vendors, this is your venue!My new Husband and I cannot find enough positive words to describe our recent experience with this venue. We originally sought out A Simple Affair to host only our wedding ceremony as we had been having tremendous difficulty finding an economically friendly venue that wasnt charging and arm and leg for every little detail. We also had a clear vision for our wedding and wanted to hire outside vendors without having to pay multiple outside vending fees. Upon our first tour of the venue and within a few minutes of meeting with Cori, we knew this was where we HAD to host both the ceremony AND reception! Believe it or not the beautiful black and white marbled flooring was striking to me. It was a welcomed change from the typical stale banquet hall carpeting we were finding at most other venues.The owners worked with us to accommodate our budget and bring our vision to past. Cori jumped right in and treated our event with care as if it was her own. The staff was very instrumental in helping us to find outside vendors as well as with educating us on the local business laws. This is extremely helpful knowledge information we will carry with us for all future events. They entire staff maintained clear and open lines of communication with prompt response times whether via telephone, text or email.The facility is pristine, offering amenities such as audio& video capabilities ( awesome for music and slideshow presentations), a full kitchen suitable for both buffet and plated catering, private dressing rooms, welcoming bathrooms and even an inventory of rental decor (this came in very handy for me!).My Husband and were married just a little over a week ago on June 8, 2019. At the end of it all we feel more like family than we do customers. That is the principle on which A Simple Affair was established and it is certainly evident in their business practices. We HIGHLY recommend A Simple Affair for your future events. We are looking forward to working with Cori and the rest of the team again soon!
