This place is very old school Italian-Esque. While the entrance is very discrete, it does have a nice charm at the bar and entrance. As soon as I sat down my group was greeted by three lovely waiters that made it feel like a quiz was coming at the end of their talks. The food was good but the rigatoni was just ok. I would not order the fragua again but the crab cake balanced it out really well.I really wanted to try the desserts as they looks visually stunning but that will have to be for a later time. :)

This is an awesome cuisine restaurant. It is not just Italian restaurant, it is a landmark of Las Vegas. Foods are so delicious, servers are so kind and interior design is very nice. Most of all, the owner of the restaurant is so gentle. I love this place.

Perfect balance of modern fare and classic traditions. Been coming here since high school, something for everyone at Pieros. It is like sitting in the unofficial Vegas museum.Seafood platter, veal Parmigiana, osso bucco, fresh halibut, house made sausage, LARGE martinis, etc...Sanitation protocols were as stellar as the cuisine. I love Pierros, been there many times and always loved it..... except this time. Garbage Caesar was excellent, but the “prime” ny strip with garlic purée was very disappointing. It was cooked perfectly, medium rare, but was very dry and chewy. Nobody would be able to convince me that was a prime cut, no marbling at all, absolutely zero fat inside, and the seasoning was lacking. As usual,Service was outstanding and appetizers were very good, but I absolutely do not recommend this steak. I would have sent it back if Dining on my own, but didn’t want to seem ungracious in front of the company I was with.

Quality only outdone by the service. Heather our bartender and Timmy our server were incredible. If youre in Vegas, you have to demand to go here.

We walked by this place on the way to another restaurant. Due to the wait at the other, we decided to go here. They were very accommodating to our large group that wasnt up to dress code standard and no reservations. All the food was great... went with Joes recommendation on bone-in veal parmesan... wow!! Fantastic dish! We didnt have time for desert, but they all looked great as well.

I was looking for the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, and Im confident I found it. Wow, was it fastastico! I had the Rigatoni with Sunday gravy, with a meatball and an italian sausage. It was so good. Ive eaten in tons of great restaurants, and this is my favorite Italian restaurant in the United States. Well done, Pieros!

I have been going to Vegas for 12 straight years and never realized this place existed! Great service, ambiance and amazing food. Good Italian is hard to find outside of NYC but this place can definitely compare with the best of them! I cannot believe I have been missing out all these years!

Absolutely the best filet mignon I have ever had! Done to perfection with a perfect crust, so tender and flavorful words fail to describe. The staff is on the ball and very friendly, couldnt ask for more. Make sure you get a reservation, I think theyre only open a few days a week and they book up fast. Pieros is a win across the board and I will definitely be back!

Yum! Definitely a place worth checking out. Has great history and awesome atmosphere. The service here is spectacular! They serve in teams and really go out of your way to make sure youre taken care of. They were very knowledgeable on the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was awesome, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. Reasonable prices compared to other places in Vegas. I would highly recommend a trip off the strip to visit this hidden gem. Will most definitely visit this place anytime we are in town!

The atmosphere is amazing and beautiful. We sat at the bar to eat dinner because we didnt have a reservation. The bartenders who waited on us were nice but tried to upsell everything. I know it is their job to sell food and the experience but at times it seemed like the bartender was disappointed if we didnt up our food choices. Also, the menu is a la cart. My friend ordered the chicken parm and it was only a chicken breast covered in sauce with cheese-nothing spectacular. We know its vegas and it is expensive to eat anywhere, but a la cart at an Italian restaurant? And serving proteins with out pasta? Honestly, the meal was okay, but we wouldnt go back.

I wish I took pics of my meal. I had a bone in vegas chop parm that was absolutely magnificent. Italian usually isnt my first choice of foods but some co workers brought me here for my BDay and I dont have anything bad to say. The service was excellent, the wine was excellent. The food was outstanding. I dont normally give 5 stars as I always feel there is room for improvement. This place set the bar pretty high. Kudos to the mgmt and staff here. I will definitely be back here.

Classic Italian spot close to the convention center. Good place for couples, families and business dinners. Some great history .. just ask a waiter and they will share and point out memorabilia on the walls. Extensive menu and fine dining choices as well as beverages. One of the best dining experiences of my life! I made a reservation for our party of 7 in celebration of my wedding. From the start the staff was great at staying in communication around the details of our Rez. Upon arrival we were greeted by very professional vallets and immediately shown to our table, even though we were early for our reservation.From the drinks to dessert every single item was absolutely delicious! Our server Jason saw to our every need and took expert care without pretense or theatre. It felt like we were part of the family.I will probably be dining at pieros every time I come to Vegas from now on! Perfect on every level.

Osso buco is my favorite dish here, but pretty much everything they make is my favorite dish here. Save room for desserts like the panna cotta and the chocolate budino. A classic Las Vegas experience for more than 30 years, this is a celebration restaurant.

Hosted a private party here. The staff was well-organized, super friendly & accommodating. It was definitely a successful event! 4 stars because only 2 appetizers were passed so I didnt get any insight into the culinary offerings of the restaurant.

Provided that there is absolutely nothing Italian about this place (honestly, it would be high time for Italian-Americans to own their tradition as being different from that of the motherland), as an actual Italian I had zero expectations. When work told us we were going to an Italian restaurant I feared the worst. However, keeping in mind that this is NOT Italian food, the results were quite good. We had fried mozzarella with what they called agnolotti (Id call them tortelloni, but still), osso buco with fettuccine and cheesecake I believe. Room for improvement: the mozzarella used for the starters was quite low quality and rubbery; the bone in the osso buco should be cut shorter, as it it difficult to fish out the bone marrow (alternative: provide tools); my osso buco meat was a bit charred on one end; the lighting is ridiculously low, it feels like eating in a strip club; less overbearing service please. Overall, this is as much praise you will get from an Italian.

Wow wow wow. What an experience me and my girlfriend had at Pieros. We flew in from Chicago this past weekend to Vegas...it was our first time in the city and the reviews for the restaurant caught my eye. Our server Joseph (the older one), NOT Joe haha......he was fantastic. We chatted real quick about being first timers to Sin City and also being from Chicago....then he dove into the specials....all of which sounded fantastic. The level of service here was amazing. From Alex(?) our valet driver making sure my girl was parked front and center outside....Rosa taking our drink order....and the constant attention we were given to make sure everything was ok. But the food?! SO GOOD!I ordered the Penne Vodka pasta and my girlfriend went with the Rigatoni Bolognese. The sauces were impeccable..so hearty....super super delicious! We were both blown away by the flavor and left extremely full. We just had to take a dessert to go and getting the car back from Alex was a breeze. 10/10 experience from eating here. I plan to come back to Vegas this year and visiting this restaurant again is at the top of my list of things to do when I return!

My husband and I celebrated my birthday on 11/21/2020 with dinner at Pieros. This was our first visit to Pieros and what a fantastic dining experience. Daniel, John and Sio took care of us and our table. Everything from service, to staff, to ambiance, to the delicious food was awesome. We cannot say enough about Pieros. Thank you to all at Pieros for a wonderful beautiful dining establishment.

First time here, and it was highly recommended by a friend. Dont get sticker shock, its a little pricey, BUT they do serve a lot of great food. Lets go in order: 1. I recommend making a reservation, which is real easy via this very Google app. 2. They only have valet parking, but its located off the strip, so theres not a lot of traffic around. 3. Im not sure if it was because we made a reservation, but we got a booth, while others got tables. 4. The servers and hosts and waiters were very attentive. 5. Now for the food. The dinner salads with a creamy Italian dressing was a great start. The seafood fettuccini with a garlic sauce was very good and hearty. The shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection. The wife had bone in veal parmesan. It was to die for. Also, homemade creamed corn. Now Im not a fan of creamed corn, but this was tasty. Wife also had a glass of Austin Hope cabernet from Paso Robles. She loved it. Sometimes you have to treat yourself to a nice dinner. This was our night.

I was in town for the Conexpo and had heard about how good Pieros was from several co-workers. I made a reservation for Friday night and was very pleased. I was dining alone and seated a very nice table with a great view of the restaurant. I had the Spaghetti Portofino, which was terrific.

Stop here every time we are in Vegas. Absolutely phenomenal in every way! I’ve brought large groups here to small dinner dates, and I can’t say enough good about the service, and food! Simply amazing!!

Best meal Ive ever had at a restaurant. The only italian food Ive had better is cioppino at home, but we make that from scratch ourselves so thats not a fair comparison. The swordfish was amazing and the staff (along with providing wonderful service) suggested a delicious wine, as well as a fantastic conversation about the artwork. Its one thing to have art, its another to tell you about the man who made it. Ive considered coming back to Vegas just to eat there again.

The food was amazing. Our waiter Joe, spent time telling us about the restaurant and explained the menu and dinning choices as if we were family, that he liked. Even the Valet parking was done very well, helping my wife exit before assisting me. Is very pricey so be prepared but I am sure it is typical Vegas.

The last wedding couple I brought to you were so impressed with every aspect of their dining experience, thats all they were talking about for the duration of the next ride to the next destination. Between the second earthquake we felt during their wedding ceremony, the dinner, and all my other tricks made their wedding night one they will always remember with fond admiration.

Food was excellent but the service on this occasion was below par and not up to its usual high standards.

Wow! What a place! Food was out of this world. Im not a fan of veal due to the cruelty behind it! But I ordered the seafood pasta with a mixture of clam, calamari, shrimp, fish in a delicious red sauce. What a dish! I didnt know the movie casino was filed there. I loved that movie and cast members.

A beautiful meal is sure to be had at Calafuria. With their simple, clean dining room and romantic feeling with the dimmed lights and fresh flowers, a certain elegance and class is added to the room. The open kitchen in the distance makes it energetic and transparent into the world of the food youre about to receive.

This place is AMAZING!!! From the moment you pull up at valet to the wonderful service and amazing food given here, this place is more than a fancy 5 star restaurant. It has a real home feel to it. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The food was delicious and a lot of it. OMG!!! Their bread and butter!!! I took a picture but felt bad the lights were dim and my phones light was too bright.

Came in for a drink at the bar near closing. Nice variety of house white wines. There were 4 or 5 available. Im used to there only being 1 or 2. Im sure they give the standard pour but it looked at if there was more so it felt like getting a good value.The bartender was attentive and friendly.The atmosphere of the bar and restaurant is nice and inviting. Dark rooms with elegant furnishings.The only thing I didnt really like was the valet parking only. Was way too hot to be standing outside waiting for an older gentleman to meander over to my car.

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere,almost makes you feel like you went back in time to old Las Vegas.However the singer Pia was extremely rude to our party.Apparently she doesnt socialize or mingle with the guests. Oh well....

Classic Italian restaurant with superb service and cuisine. Off the Strip so the venue is quiet yet easy to get to. If youre in Las Vegas looking for an excellent Italian meal skip the celebrity chef locations in casinos and go to Pieros.

I have mixed reviews. we went for a RSVP Happy Hour.They served free bites that were a joke. The few drinks that were on the Happy Hour menu were drinks I dont think anyone has heard of nor did anyone I sat near ordered. the live music was very good. i asked to order from a bar menu but was told to go to the back bar yet people behind me were eating from the menu.we went to the back bar and ordered food and a great glass of Caymus.the Bartender was like a breath of fresh air compared to the Bartender in the front
