I KNOW THIS PLACE HAS HORRIFYING REVIEWS BUT IM HERE TO TELL YOU, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!The manager Johanni was great as well as their receptionist. She was super patient and pleasant.I came in for my check engine light. They found the the problem and fixed it for a descent price. It was my serpentine belt, water pump and thermostat replacement. All for $590.00 including labor. He also offered me to see the parts to be replaced. I drove off the lot with no other issues. They have a warranty and they took great care of my car. They may be changing their ways and taking their business seriously now after all the bad incidents. I would give them a try.

John Miller was a great help today! Originally went in just to flush my transmission fluid and John was outstanding enough to give me a great deal to change my break fluid, transmission fluid and cleaned my fuel injectors. Also showed took me out to my vehicle and explained what they were going to do/where things were located. Really appreciate the great customer service!

I dont usually like to write bad reviews, I always like to focus on the good, but I feel as if I save at least one person some money and headache than I did a good thing!We came to VIP Auto Service Center to check if we really need to change the break pads on our 2019 Nissan (as we were told by another place we need to do) After they lift the car and came back with a quote close to $1300!!! adding rotors (why not?!) and they suggested we get a new set of 4 tired! We have new tires with only 30k on them! We explained its a leased car and due to be returned back to Nissan soon, but they kept saying we need to do that (not to mention, they wanted to charge $300 more than the Nissan dealership for them!) We decided to take the car to Nissan dealership to get a second opinion, and they said we only need new break pads!!! NOT rotors or new tires yet!Than I talked to my sister, who I recommended to get her oil change there, and I found out they charged her over $400 for oil change ($14.99! this is how they get you), alignment (which even if she needed its suppose to be close to $90 according to google), and some ac hose change (I doubt that it was actually needed) but this is actually something thats covered under basic manufacture warranty up to 36k miles, (Its my sisters first new car, and she didnt know about it) This is a well known things for people that are in the car industry, yet, they chose to get her money instead of being honest and suggesting her to go get it fixed for free at Jeep dealership.VIP team, over charging people, and telling them they need to get stuff done on their car they dont actually need, using peoples innocence and your knowledge is not nice! and its bad karma!

We needed to get our smog checked for our 2021 Registration. The staff was very cheerful and took care of us right away. We were done in 10 minutes.We’ll be checking some of their other services next time we need something.

Oil started pouring out of my car a day after I got it back! A simple oil change that turns out this place forgot to tighten the oil filter housing down all the way. Oil all over the engine compartment. How hard of a job is this to do?

Had a really awesome experience here! I had a check engine light that had been on since last year, I had previously taken it to a different shop to be repaired. The other care repair place charged me a ton of money, but after driving my car for a day the light went right back on. So I decided to try VIP Auto after reading all of the good reviews. They didnt disappoint. Friendly service and they really seemed to know what they were doing. Not only fixed my check engine light for good, but even got my parking break light to work again, which I didnt expect. They went the extra mile to make sure my oil was fresh and completed my smog for me so when it was all done I was able to register my car no problem.

I was not happy being told about recommended replacements when I can still get 30,000 more miles before replacing

My car was running rough so I brought it here for them to check out. A transmission flush turned into a whole new transmission, and thousands of dollars later. I think I got Scammed. :(

Got an oil change, got home, parked in my garage, an hour later, a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Called em up, mechanic said bring it back down.... took it back, they said my oil plug was too big. Never had this complaint before. Was offered to replace my entire oil pan for $700.00. What in the world would I need an entire oil pan for? Brought it back home....had a friend look at it. He went to O’Reillys, bought a universal oil plug, no more dripping oil. The plug was less than $5.00. Their oil special is $14.99. You definitely get what you pay for... these people are not honest. I’ll never visit this place again, for anything.

Who forgets to put fluid into a new power steering pump? Do they have children working here? Thanks for trying to ruin my car. Took it to another shop after this but VIP Auto will be paying for this issue. I had to get a new one put in and who knows what else is going to go wrong now.

They think women dont know anything about cars. Use the scare tactic to make them feel unsafe and then charge a bunch of money for things that dont even need to be replaced!!! How is this place in business?

You come in for an oil change, which is reasonably priced but theyll try to upsell you on services you dont need.

Ask to see the parts this place claims needs replacing. I got scammed and wont ever go back here. Hopefully no one else gets scammed like they got me. $3,600 they got me for.

They tell you to rent a car, take lyft or uber and they will cover your cost. When you return with the receipts the guy doesnt work there anymore and they wont pay for it. David was the guy I talked to. Conveniently doesnt work there anymore and they now wont pay for my rides because I dont have proof of what he said.

Place is run by used car salesmen. They make it sound/look good when in reality they are charging you substantially more than normal. I paid $700 for an A/C condenser and recharge. Then said I needed a new A/C compressor for $1700!!! They also couldn’t manage to reinstall my wheel well liner back properly so it shredded on the tire and cost me $75 to replace myself. Got a quote from an honest shop and the compressor is only $900 out the door. This place is a joke that just rips people off. How do you sleep at night.....?

This place is a rip off I went there for a oil change on my 2014 Kia, which took forever. Then as I drove off my car started to overheat and I took it back. They said it would cost 1600.00 to fix. I went ahead with them to fix it but only to discover they forgot to put bolts back on. I took it back to fix but only have my car overheat again which will cost 2400.00. They ripoff a senior and the problem wasn’t fixed!!! Total scammers! It’s not worth the cheap oil change BEWARE!!!

They messed my truck up really bad. Said a tow truck would be sent out to pick it up the next morning and It didnt show up until late that night. They had my truck for a week before saying their guys could not fix it. Now I need to bring it to another shop.

Expect to be lied to and told things will be taken care of such as taking Lyft or Uber on your own while you wait for your car only to come back and have this guy tell you that you are a liar and he wont honor your tickets!!! David was fired and its very convenient how you need proof of the things he said when he doesnt work there anymore?!?

This place said I needed to replace my entire AC unit. I took it to another shop who said all I needed to do was a flush. Thank God! Dont let this place scam you! They must be desperate for money.

They told me stuff needs to be replaced soon or not safe. Took to different shop just needed new belt.

The staff is nice. The mechanics often let you see whats wrong with your vehicle instead of just telling you. Also they gave me last minute coupons and offered financing for repairs.

Not very great customer service they were about to close and could have gave us a courtesy call to let us know that hey were going to lock our keys up in there so plan to walk!! Aunts left our car outside of the shop unlocked I had computers in there but thank God that he is so good but anyway have a great day and I would not recommend to a friend or family.

The free ac check was perfect, technician went through the process of giving me 3 different quotes for service which I appreciated. They know what they are doing I’m just a DIY guy so I didn’t go with the repairs, until I need ac recharged or a oil change I’ll be back ( clean shop and work area)

I arrived late on a Friday night to see if they could squeeze me in. I was greeted nicely by the young lady in the front. I explained how I had been dealing with an issue on my vehicle and it nagged me for weeks. I left my car for a little while and hoped for the best. I received a call a little while later from Jay (lead tech) and said the car was ready for pickup.When I returned Jay went over everything and was very thorough. Im from the east coast and this garage had that home town feel.Simply amazing. Thank you Jay!!!

Best place to get a smog check. Its only $8! Dont get ripped off by other smog stations charging more than the DMV fee.

I went there because I found them on Groupon, but I wont be going back. The lady at the front desk was friendly and gave great guest service, but thats the only good thing I can say about this place. The parking lot and the waiting area are way too small to handle the amount of customers they had. The mechanics are constantly coming in and out of the waiting area and werent social distancing at all. Its not set up for smog checks so you have to get out of your car and wait in the waiting room along with everyone else. I was there for 45 minutes! JUST to get a smog check! I would rather pay a few extra dollars and go to a smog specific place that doesnt require I get out of my vehicle and only takes about 5 minutes max. #nothappy

I came in for a new timing belt and by the time I picked my car up 2 WEEKS LATER after being promised the same day the new belt broke?! They tried telling me this was my fault and wanted me to replace 4 different things after!!

I took my Nissan Altima to this place. They told us that it was the computer, they charge us $2,200. I left V.i.P. Auto service with my car doing the same thing as before. I took it back on the 17th of may. Now today is 21st of may. Now theyre saying that is the throttle body. And the want $500. More I will never recommend this place to anyone. And I think I will call channel 13 investigate.im loss for words. And the guy David just told me that is that

Highly unreliable!!! $4200 for a transmission rebuild took a month and I was told 2 weeks. When I first called (2 weeks later) I was told it hasnt been started yet, then someone else got on the phone and said no they have 2 Cadillacs and he thought I was calling about the other..... right! Theres a part needed and will be done in a couple of days. After many calls and it will be done tomorrows 2 more weeks pass and finally the car is done! 4 weeks! Well it only took the amount of time they took to fix it before the car is having issues again. Having a warranty I take it back to VIP on W Sahara and they tell me its an engine issue not transmission. Misfire something needs welded $3500 and it will be a whole new car. Given this is what i was told with the transmission rebuild. I said no I cannot put anymore into this vehicle. I went to pick it up. When I got there I was told ahh Im a return customer great customer he can fix it for $1500 being GM parts are more available blah blah. It will take 1 day I will be able to travel with it ok sounds great! 2 weeks later he cannot fix the car it is internal to the engine would be cheaper to get another engine $3500. As I said previously I do not want to put more money into it. I would of rather put the $1500 towards another vehicle. Now after $6,000 I have a car that will only go 30 mph. I feel like I was lied to many times and if thats not the case definitely incompetent mechanics. The reciept for the second service is replacing the catalytic converter...... which was never mentioned when he was explaining the engine problem....

This mechanic shop is the best, most honest, and transparent shop Ive ever been to in the United States. I drive for a living and its hard to trust someone to fix your vehicle and not rip you off. I have been so in the past. So give them a shot, you wont be disappointed. Tell them George sent you!

ZERO STARS!! I went in to get a oil change and was sitting alongside an already waiting customer. He said he had been waiting a while and was concerned. I said it looked slow and hoped it wouldnt be long because I too had places to be. Ten minutes later, a scrawny, arrogant, POS told me they didnt want my business because of what I had said to the other cust. They use to be $8.99 for smog but now $14.99....go to onestop on 2029 Decatur Blvd las vegas nv 89102 they are $15.99 but it was 5mins i was the only one they on a monday at 2pm.....it would have ben 1hr waiting at vip....so for a $1 more you can get it done fast!And very nice people at onestop.

These guys are awesome ive been looking around for affordable oil changes because BMW loves to charge $120+ for a simple oil change and other shops are too scared to touch a BMW so they charge $80+. These guys did it for under 50 with brand new oil and a new oil filter as well. I will definitely continue doing business with this shop. For oil changes or any other maintenance/repairs that are needed.

My partner and I went through this company for transmission issues.We paid $3,000 for a brand new transmission, then had to go back 3 more times for a leak in the transmission.We have a Nissan Verse Note.To get to the transmission you must unclip the front end of the car.Nobody informed us that the clips were of single use and when they returned the car, about 8 clips were missing from the front end.When we called to see about the clips. The response from the Manager was that if we want to go buy more they will put them on but will not refund us. They are about $16 a clip.Usually they just put zip ties on... yet there were no zip ties and my partner drove from Las Vegas to Texas without knowing. That is a huge safety issue!Next, the oil in the engine was overfilled by a half a quart.The managers response to this was a scoff and a laugh. Then proceeded to tell my wife that over filling the engine oil doesnt cause harm to the car.Luckily, she had a friend check her oil when she got to Texas and they fixed it from there.Also, when we went to get the transmission fixed, they let us know that we needed new control arms for the car. When we went back after the transmission and control arms were done, later find out on our way home that one of the new control arms was faulty.We have spent over $4,000 with this company and the car is still not fixed.Take this with full weight.DO NOT GO HERE!

I do stop by at this place for Oil Change for almost a year; in last visit the tech forgot to close the engine oil cap, when arrived home noticed that entire engine, under the hood turned to mess. Recommend the owner quality control protocol and 2nd eye after completion of job by tech. :(

They cant be honest and cant get the job done correctly and in a timely manner, no communication, had my transmission done and they cant figure out why my engine light keeps popping on paid 2500 for an uncompleted job. So I would not recommend them to anyone.

I found them through a mailer and took my wifes car in for servicing they were very friendly and gave me a very reasonable price I was so impressed I took my car in for the same services and then my daughters car in for a smog check. I love that they mention what is recommended but are not pushy about it also they make you feel at ease and are fairly quick with getting the work done. I am going to continue to use VIP for my three cars and I recommend everyone else do the same.
