Bought a Minnie Winnie 25b, the gentlemen told me it needed an assignment so I looked around and was recommended this place, I liked their If its got wheels we can align them slogan. Since its a Ford with an I beam front end it didnt have the ability to adjust the camber degree. For an extra $120 they installed an aftermarket device to allow for adjustment. Im very pleased after my trip and noticed how much more stable it is when big rigs are passing by. Total cost was $290 including alignment, thats the cost of one good tire not to mention the added stability Im getting now. Well work the money, Ill be visiting them again when needed.

I needed some some work done on my vehicles alignment before the holiday weekend. The admin staff was awesome, they were able to squeeze me in and the mechanics were able to assess and make repairs that will save my holiday weekend. The shop was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. A BIG thank you to Ally (I think that was her name) for being able to squeeze me in, taking the time to explain the repairs and bill, and making the entire process easy and painless.

They scratched and nicked one of my brand newForgiato wheels . I supplied all parts, They did rear controll arms, front bushings and balljoints and alignment . Bill was $2500 only labor . I was fine with that and liked their work but when I took car home and washed it right after I picked it up I noticed 4 out of 5 wheel holes on one rim was nicked and scratched . Tech didnt use long enough adapters on impact to take off wheel lock . Told Mike (mgr) who said Informed the Owner . Owner never got back with me after multiple attempts to contact him . So be careful if you have expensive and custom wheels . Owner will not fix your wheels if his eployees make a bonehead mistake and damage them .

2016 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition - 3 Toytec lift with Light Racing Upper Control Arms.Initially brought to firestone and then to a Toyota dealership, and neither of these places understood and performed the services I needed the way A Arrow Alignment has. Chris @ AAA was a true Ace. I was able to show him previous alignment spec sheets and voice my concern without feeling like I was invading his workspace or being judged for not letting him do his job. He was patient and understood that to eliminate the tire rubbing I was having as a result from replacing the stock wheels and tires with BFG 285/70 and 17x9 -12BS wheels. The previous places seemed to only ever adjust the lower control arms, and so it was refreshing to see Chris and AAA say, No you have adjustable UCAs, why WOULDNT you use these?The runner rides like a dream, and drives as straight as Chris Kyle shot. Will only ever come here and refer everyone to this place.I will say the front desk lady seemed a little grumpy - but that in no way affects my alignment, which is the service I was after. If I wanted to be greeted by pleasantries and rainbows, Id go to an all organic grass fed sustainable spa or something.

This place has always been easy to deal with, (if you can get an appointment at least... theyre popular!), and they arent afraid to take on any vehicle. Ive seen customized 4x4s, sports cars, old classics, and grocery-getters roll through there, and I personally have never had a problem with any of their work.

Honest very professional Mike has earned my business for life! Brought my 2014 Nissan Titan pro4x in to have them go over what I was told was bent frame etc. 30 min perfect alignment no broken or bent parts $90 out the door!! Have several vehicles worked on by and have been satisfied each time.

The only place in town I trust to dial in my truck. I brought it to them right after I had replaced every component on the front of my truck and they got it dialed in without issue within an hour. Only downside is the small waiting room and having to schedule so far in advance. They are truly worth the wait.

Vegas is very hard to find an honest shop to get work done. I have lived since 2004 and truly have only found 1 place with not only honest hard working mechanics, but also fair pricing, and a manager whom does what he says he can do in a timely manner. Absolutely great! After a different mechanic shop lied to me and told me I had bend 2-control arms and needed a new steering column for $3700+ labor, A Arrow Alignment informed me that nothing was bent and that all I needed was an alignment adjustment service. They fixed it beautifully for $89. Other businesses should follow their example.

Called 3 times during business hours and nobody answered.

We took our truck while vacationing in Las Vegas. Mike was very knowledgeable of exactly what our vehicle needed. We had our lower ball joint replaced and tie rods. He was able to get us in and out in a short period of time. Oskar was an excellent technician he did our alignment. We made it home to North Dakota safely.

Still waiting on someone to answer phones. Door says open on sat. Sat hours online says open I drove down store was not open. I live in north las vegas and drove all the way down on a recommendation...

Amazing. I recently lowered my car and was looking for someone reputable to align my car. I called because of their high rating online. Well everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and nice and their price was great so I made an appointment. I came in today and expecting to drop off my car and return much later and they told me that it would be done in 60-90 minutes. I had some special requests so they walked me out to talk to the tech who would be working on my car. Oskar was my technician and he listened to me and assured me that my car was in good hands and would take of everything. Me and my wife went to breakfast and they called me saying my car was done before we finished. Once I returned Oskar walked around my car with me and talked about the specs and how the car is driving now. This is the place I will be taking all my cars from now on. I came in for an inspection on my car before going forward with any work. They caught the issue in only a couple of minutes and didn’t even charge me for an inspection! I didn’t get any work done, but I’d highly recommend this place for the honesty of the mechanics.

If youre smart enough to listen to what Mike is telling you about your vehicle, youll learn more about cars in 5 minutes than you would in a year on YouTube. This is an up front and honest group, and I fully intend on coming back here when its time.
