In a town full of crooks Tonys is the oasis in this desert. Upon inspecting our vehicle (needed an a/c system replacement) we were charged a very fair and reasonable price, but it wasnt only the price. Jennifer took the time to explain to us what we needed to have repaired/replaced, and why. This is the first time I have ever left the mechanic knowing that I had quality work done that was above my expectations, and there was not a place I could have paid less!

Really not a fan of these guys. Our Honda Pilot broke down 70 miles short of Vegas on our trip back to SLC from San Diego, and we had to take a very expensive tow to Tonys to get it back up and running. They replaced a hose to the radiator that had blown (a hose.... a small, inexpensive hose) and charged us almost $300 for it. 10 minutes after we left, the same issue repeated itself. I called them and they offered to charge us to tow it back to them to look at it. Why didnt they fix it in the first place?Why would I pay you to tow back the car that you just looked at, so you could look at it again, and not find whatever it was you shouldve found in the first place that was wrong?It felt like they were taking advantage of a stranded family. It was an older car and we ended up just having to junk it then and there and get a ride home, rather than risk making the rest of our drive home.That phone call when I called them 10 minutes after they left was their opportunity to make things right, and figure out how to fix what had happened. Instead they took it as an opportunity to make some more money.

This place is AMAZING. Everybody is so nice and you can trust them,thats so important with auto repair these days. We had over charged our a.c. a bit 😬 so they went in,handled that,changed our filter and even corrected a couple other small things that they didnt even have to. Jennifer,absolutely awesome. These guys KILL IT for real. I legit dont ever want to go to anyone else. Thank you guys.

We called prior and they were very nice over the phone, then we brought car in and they were still very nice. They told us what was wrong with our AC and didnt try to get us to do no more then what needed to be done. Very honest. I 100% recommend this auto place for any and all auto issues.

I was hesitant about going to ANY auto body shop outside of the automaker of my vehicle, Hyundai dealership. BUT TONY HAD AMAZING REVIEWS 😊.THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON, AND MY CAR WAS ABOUT TO STALL. I brought the car in, and Tony told me that it was a misfire. The coil packs looks great as well as the spark plugs. He just moved their positions and he said my car should run good. He charged me NOTHING. THAT VISIT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO FROM TODAY AND MY CAR IS STILL RUNNING WITH NO PROBLEM. I THANK HIM FOR HIS INTEGRITY AS WELL AS HIS HONESTY 🙏HE WILL DEFINITELY GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN

OMG. I absolutely love Jennifer. She grow up being around her father working on cars. And now she have assumed the responsibility of running the whole place. This women is phenomenal- she know her cars and have been gifted with the mechanical skills.Today my check engine light came on. P0732. I told them I need a transmission change and she test drives the car and checked the transmission fluid and recommended I didn’t get it at this time. The put on the diagnostic machine and the code disappeared and the car mysteriously stated running good again. Weird.I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with 134,00 miles on it all rideshare miles.I highly recommend this shop - they don’t just say stuff is wrong with just to increase their revenue!!! The looks and my experience today’s says this is a honest and family oriented place. I will go for all of my mechanical issues and maintenance.Dealership was backed up for a month.Thank you Jennifer my 👼****they charged me nothing ****

After recommendation from the towing service I took my car in and received very fast service even when they were busy. Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had my front wheel bearings replaced on my ranger and they did a good job at a reasonable price I think they’re Good I’m gonna call them tomorrow for smog and smog work

I brought my truck to Tonys auto repair to get my ac looked at. They searched and searched but couldnt replicate the problem so they sent me home without charging me a dime.Other shops toss in parts just to make a buck, Tonys went out of their way to find a problem and when they couldnt, they didnt make something up, they told me the truth and sent me on my way,These guys are honest and reliable, kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I had an emergency repair on my car and Tonys was able to resolve it quickly. I love that they dont just want to throw parts at the car and hope that solves the issue. They took the time to analyze it and kept me informed on any course of action. Well take any of our cars there from now on.

I booked an appointment for this morning for routine auto maintenance. I was amazed!It took about an hour and I was out the door and the prices were reasonable! And they apologized for taking so long.The receptionist, Jennifer, actually runs the shop! And double checks work before it is released to customer.I found a new mechanis!My previous mechanic of 20 plus years would hold my car hostage all day long.

On our way home my radiator cracked and started leaking pretty badly. I needed it fixed ASAP. I called several shops and none of them could fix it same day. Jennifer said they COULD and they DID at a fair price.....inspite of being busy...no excuses. Job well done....Thank You..Tonys Auto Repair!!

Not a great experience, the people were nice but ordered the wrong parts for my vette repeatedly causing me to have to continue going back still dont have the right part. I will never go back there instead I will go to the Chevy dealership that specializes in my car, partially my fault but live and learn. Im sure they are great for cars that are not on the high end side, that are easier to fix.

This place was incredible! My husband and our five boys were stranded 60 miles outside of Vegas in 117 degree weather. Our AAA tow truck driver recommended this shop and we are so glad he did. They stayed late to get our repairs done and get us home to Utah that day. They fed our kids snacks and water, and were SO kind and helpful. Great place with great people.

This is the place when you need your car repaired. Upfront and honest folks. Fixed a couple of my cars and was impressed with the service.

The best auto service Ive ever had. After an emergency with my car en route cross state, these guys took me in same day and immediately got to work. After fixing/cleaning some parts and identifying the main problem, one of their employees - Jennifer - noticed that my particular problem and the part involved was under warranty at Chevrolet. So she went even further out way out of her way to contact the local Chevrolet Dealership to verify they had the part and that it was still under warranty. And even got them to get me in same day! (Never happens with Chevy dealerships) and after all of that, these guys didnt even charge me a dime!!! Instead of taking advantage and charging me to do the service Chevy is going to do for free, they helped me out in a tough spot. We need more people like Jennifer and these guys. Unsung heroes. Seriously awesome service. Keep up the great work.

This place is great. Our truck check engine light came on while driving thru Las Vegas on our way to San Diego. It was a Saturday(weekend of New Years) and they said they would get me in and on our way. The problem wasn’t a big deal, but we didn’t know that. They were very honest about the issue(or lack there of) and didn’t try to over charge us, they actually tried to let us leave without paying anything for the diagnosis or tests that they ran(I gave a tip instead). They helped save our trip. I wish they were closer so I could use them for any future work I may need.

I am very happy with my experience with Tonys Auto Repair. I brought my car in for a crank/no start situation. Jennifer coordinated with me, calling me several times during the day to keep me posted on what was wrong. Embarrassingly for me, the vehicle was just too low on fuel. However, Tonys only charged me for the $10 of gas they put in, not for any labor for diagnosis, which I greatly appreciated. Long story short, I will definitely be back next time I need a mechanic, as the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and fair.

I was referred to Tonys by a Napa Warranty agent and quickly read their reviews. After feeling comfortable, I called them up and booked an appointment for the next day. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted and made aware upfront that I would have a long wait time based on the repair I needed done. About 45 minutes later, Tony informed me that my repair was going to be pricey. Instead of him being money hungry, he talked with me and gave me his opinion...the repair would be more expensive than my car was worth and he didnt think it would be worth it. That couldve been the end, HOWEVER, he went the extra mile to escort me to a dealership and put me in trusted hands. Thanks to Tony I was able to trade in my car and get a 2016 Chevy Cruze for an amazing price and he even went on a test drive with me to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. Tony is the definition of a stand up guy and deserves everything good that comes his way. I didnt have the pleasure of getting my car repaired by him, but I will refer him to everyone I come across and will return if I ever need anything. Hes honest, charismatic, and a great business man!

This place was great. I talked to Jennifer, told her what my car was doing, and instead of telling me a bunch of different possible causes, she asked a ton questions about the problem so she could narrow it down to what it was, and they fixed it immediately. Im definitely gonna stick with them.

Great place to go

Its been almost two years since I had starter motor replaced on my car at Tonys. Soon after I drove away from the shop I found my interior vent no longer worked. I identified a disconnected vacuum hose on the engine so I took it back for Tony to fix it. My car subsequently had high idle, and intermittent wiring shorts issues, but I just lived with the issues for a long time thinking maybe the car was just old. Then my starter went out again a month ago and I took it to another shop out of State. The tech there found: the high idle was caused by improperly set/sealed gasket (gasket got replaced when changing starter at Tonys), the old starter motor gear was torn up, the wiring short was caused by intermittent contacts on the starter motor wiring terminals.So now my high idle is gone. The intermittent shorts are gone. Starter cranks much more smoothly than before. I spent over $800 to fix above issues this time. Did Tony put an inexperienced guy to work on my car beofore?

2007- I have been going to Tony at the Car Works for 5 years for all the maintenance and repairs on my car. I have never been steered wrong or upsold for anything. Questions are always answered and my car is inspected to make sure that any concerns I have had are shown to me.The rates are fair and definitely not $103 like the user posted before on here. I have always been picked up and delivered without stress.2021 - Still going to Tonys. I refer all my friends here. The are reputable and honest. Hard to find in LV today. Tony and Jen always take care of everything for me and I never need to worry. Love these two!
