Very quick, good service. And they have compatible prices for sure. I thought it was cool that my appointment actually meant something because my car got pulled in before 2 walk-ins that were before me. Not a huge deal, but it was nice to see.

These people were wonderful! They went way beyond the call of duty to help us. Our car broke down coming home through Vegas Saturday night. Tire Choice was the only shop open on Sunday who sounded like they knew what they were doing, said they could fix it that day if we got it in in time, and gave us an accurate estimate, based on my description of the problem. When, unfortunately, Auto Club couldnt manage to tow us in until closing time, they kept the shop open to help us and, while they couldnt repair it that night, they promised to have it done first thing in the morning. Then Jordan, the manager, helped us to find a place to stay nearby, and when he couldnt find a ride service that would pick us up in a reasonable time, he took us over himself. In the morning, they had the car fixed when they said they would, for the cost they said it would be, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Breaking down far from home in 120 degree heat was a nightmare until we got to Tire Choice, but what we tell our friends now is how lucky we were to meet such wonderful people.

The manager and technicians are very friendly and did help me with my tires problems. Very accommodating and professionals. Will definitely go back to them again.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years because the prices were reasonable, never tried to sell me things I didn’t need, and were always upbeat and polite. However, since they have been under new management this place went downhill! They are charging literally DOUBLE what they used too on services. A Full oil change is now 100! It’s crazy... I will not be returning and going else where for my truck service.

Went there to replace my old rims and change out 2 tires to my new rims. They sold me tires that was ALittle too wide for my car because the excessive rubbing and was also up sold 4 tpms kits cause the guy told me I might need it for the new rims. Then after all my rims and tires were installed I was told that the tpms kits and sensors were on the back rims and not the fronts because Im running low profile tires on them so the light to my tps might come on. So I drove all the way back home to San Diego and went to 2 other locations that would work on the other 2 in the front tires... I had a manager from the 2nd site called to verify and the manager in the Las Vegas site and he said there were 2 sensors installed in the back and they couldnt install the fronts because the tires were low profile tires. The manager in the second site told me that he would work on my car on a Wednesday (2 days from the day I visited) cause it was an hour to closing time and he had the day off the next day but he highly dought I got sensors in the back because there was no way the rims can mount the sensors and the new kit. So I left that store and went to a different site and the manager there ran a check with his scanner to find out that there were no sensors in ALL of my tires and told me the same thing that it is almost impossible to install sensors or the kits to my new rims cause the way it was made. So I went home to make sure my sensors were all on my old rims and sure enough it was all still there. So now I went to a different tire shop to replace the tires that barely fit my car and the other tire place finally verified that there were no tmps installed. So all in all I lost about $750 on buying tires that dont fit my car and they charged me for sensor kits the were never there. Very frustrating experience and didnt like that I was lied to in my face and still charged me for something that wasnt installed in my car. Id give 0 stars if I could but they wont allow me to.

Booked an appointment online 3 hours in advance and called to make sure the appointment went through. After arriving in store, the staff told me there’s no appointment scheduled yet my record is in their system. Not really sure how they operate the whole appointment scheduling system, but their unprofessionalism caused my waste of time! Had to find another store and get the tire fixed.

Tire choice will be out of business with in 2 yrs.they are ripping people off since they bought out goodyear 60 dollars for synthetic blend and 115 dollars for all synthetic 125 dollars for a wheel alignment use to be 79$oil blend oil 22$ with coupon and 49$ with coupon full synthetic they think every body in vegas is rich Im telling everybody I know in person and Ive been in vegas 42 yrs.

Sometime during the middle of my 3 hours stint there I was told that my air filters were dirty and asked if I wanted them changed which I declined being hustled for $139.98 when all I came in for was a simple oil change. After leaving I went to Auto Zone and bought an air filter for $14 and installed it in 5 minutes with no tools required by just opening and closing snaps on the sides of the air filter cover, much to say regarding their $24.00 labor fee to change just the engine air filter. I have an Acura which is one of the most reliable cars having only 70,000 miles on it and have great suspicion that they tampered with my car since exactly one week later my car wont start.Buyer beware, as after doing some research I dug up the following review just 10 months ago from a previous customer as follows:If I could give no stars I would. My Jeep ran fine before going to this place. Had radiator flushed and when I picked it up my gauges didnt work and the radio only came on when I turned on the lights. Great Customer service! Andre was more than helpful. We had gotten tires from another Superior (on West Tropicana)and weve had problems ever since. Andre and his team had no problem diving in and fixing it. I can appreciate a place that stands behind there tires and services. Thank you Superior. We will be back with our other cars and well be sure to tell our friends.

Excellent service I went in the get my front brakes fixed. They told me exactly what was wrong and made some suggestions on things I might need. The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable I definitely Recommend them and will be visiting again for all my car needs.

If you value your earned money dont go here went here for a brake job they said $200 then they said have to break the hub off $250 so $450 i had a feeling about that hub so i went to vip auto services right down the street and guess what no problem with the hub and cost us $168 shame on them and goodluck to you

I have had a oil change and brake rotors done and they don’t pressure me into spending more but are very informative of what else I need done. The waiting room could use some updating it’s a little dated that’s the only reason I gave it a four star.

Honest employees knew what theyre doing and go the extra mile. This place is a full on mechanic shop, not just a tire place. The manager was particularly helpful in locating parts they didnt have on hand and was able to expedite pickup same day! The price was excellent and I really felt like I was getting what I paid for, which is much more than I can say for many other mechanic shops.

Overall a really pleasant and no-hassle experience. I bought my tires from Tire Rack and chose this location as my installer based on Google reviews. They gave me the Tire Rack price without having to ask. And they honored a Tire Rack coupon for alignment, no problem. I set an appointment and they were ready for me and finished a few minutes earlier than planned. As an added bonus, they said that they provide free rotation services even though I didnt buy the tires there. And their oil change price is lower than the service company that I use now, so I may be back to them for all of my service in the future. I saw them handle a number of other customers while I was waiting, and all seemed to have been dealt with appropriately.

Great service attentive staff

The whole crew is really great but Ken has been my go-to guy for anything car related - even when he was at the Warm Springs location on the other side of town, the quality of work was worth the extra mile. The guys are knowledgeable, the pricing is affordable, always a friendly, chill atmosphere. Just great all around.

Yesterday I stopped in with 2 Tires about ready to blow apart the tires, weres pretty worn out an dry rotted and with no appointment, no warning, I just stopped in and Alex was able to get two tires put on my car in half an hour or so with no haggling over price it was cheaper than anybody else around and the service was excellent I cant say Ive ever had a better experience buying tires these guys were absolutely phenomenal they were able to do what they needed to do and do it quickly and get me back on the road Alex and Danny thank you, you guys you were phenomenal thank you very much I hope that their Senior Management knows how great these guys are and how special they are because they did an awesome job for me

Went in for what I thought was transmission problems, turns out it it was my crank shaft sensor. Kris and Joe were very helpful. Excellent customer service and worked me in to fit my schedule. My work card developed an odd shimmy and pull to the right, stopped in here on a recommendation they figured out that one of the tires was badly worn on the inside and replaced it for me for a fair price. But then they wanted $90 for an alignment which is at least twice the going rate here in town, didnt really understand that. Not sure about their prices on other services but definitely recommend shopping around.

I came in for my oil change and was seriously done in less than 15 minutes. I thought they were joking since my oil changes usually take so much longer at other places. I am definitely going to recommend this place and will be back for my next oil change! Also, the staff was extremely friendly!

They did our oil change in a timely manner & even offered other services to save us time in case there may have been other issues. We are very pleased with Good year. The employees were courteous & polite.

I normally go to a dealership for maintenance needs, but 09/04/17 was a holiday and the dealership few blocks across was closed. I choose to try them, have them replace my brake pads, I supplied the right pads. After the service, I drove the car and my brake pedal and steering wheel are pulsating... went back two days after and was advised that I need a new brakes rotors (Will have a different charge/bill.) Before going back to this store, I asked some of the instructors on the technical school Im attending (The mechanics) showed them what is going on with the car. One of the instructors suggested to bring it back and have them clean calipers and since it was a new brake pads the rotor might need to be resurfaced. Also, went to the dealership and have them take a look, for a typical car with a 45K miles brake rotor was fine. So, Ill be driving around the valley with pulsating brakes until the new brake pads settle with the rotor. Will not recommend nor go back to this store. Moral of the story is, If you were bitten by a poisonous snake, you cant just go ahead and cut your limbs and expect no other consequences will happen. Go to the hospital and get the vaccine.

I thought that I was going to require new rotors and disks for my Porsche 911, I figured $400. Turns out it was a disk that was rubbing against the rotor and they bent it back into place. The total cost was FREE!!! How can you get more honest than that.

Went in to get 4 new tires, they werent in stock and had to be delivered. They took sooooo long to be delivered that Ken (mgr) did everything he could to make it right, & make sure I wasnt inconvenienced. What a super nice shop, thanks again!

I have to say, in an age when customer service seems like an endangered species, Bob and Tims knowledge of vehicles, as well as the fact that they gave me such a good deal on my vehicle maintenence, I know where Im going for any repairs to my vehicle! Then the manager returned and said the couldnt get the tires, Id decided on so picked a different tire but, Goodyear also. When I went b to pay the bill I asked about the $40 discount he offeref. Oh the tires you got dont have the rebate. Jerk!

Avoid this place at all costs. This is the type of mechanic that gives mechanics bad names. As someone who goes to Great Lengths to maintain their car, its shocking how many things they can find wrong that no other mechanic spotted.

My family has been faithful customers of the goodyear on Sahara and Rainbow for over a decade. I personally have been going to this location of two years and recommend it to others because they had always been trust worthy and honest with me in our dealings. Yesterday October 29th 2018 I went in for my annual oil change. I expected to be in and out in less than thirty minutes. While I was waiting they told me that my struts had cracked and I needed all new ones. I trusted them and told them to do the work. I was quoted “it should take us a little under two hours to complete this” so I got comfortable in the lobby. I informed the man at the counter I had plenty of charge in my phone it would be fine. That was the last time that they communicated with me until almost four hours later when I went to the front counter asking when my car would be finished. Never once was I checked on. I wasn’t even offered the curtsy of a bottle of water. When my car was finally finished I went back up to the counter and my wheel lock lug nut was sitting on the counter. I asked why it was there. I had never given them permission to go into my glove box and go through my things to get the wheel lock. The man behind the counter that I had interacted with turned to the mechanic and jokingly teased him that he as in trouble for not asking first. While at the counter the man helping me informed me that they had put the completely wrong parts on my car. I had waited so long because they then had to get the correct parts on instead. Never once was I informed of this. By this point I was visibly upset. I paid for my bill so I could leave because this had taken my entire day. They handed me my keys and I went out to my car. I unlocked my vehicle and went to grab y car key and it wasn’t there. I had to go back inside the store because my car key was missing. Two people (the mechanic and the man behind the desk) went back out to my car to find the missing key. So after four hours on a service that was quoted at two, after being told they had messed up with the wrong parts, after they went through my personal property without asking first they broke my key to my car. My simple oil change turned into a $1260.36 visit. I went through my bill completely out of the store I also saw that they had charged me an additional $18.90 extra from the quote that they had given me. I got in contact with corporate and was put in contact with the district manager named Shawn. He informed me that it was company policy to go into other persons items to find the wheel lock and they had done nothing wrong. He informed me he would refund me the cost of the car key and give me $100 for my issues. I asked him nicely to refund my labor costs since it was their mistake and they had violated the law by going through my personal belongings without my permission. I was on the phone with him for over twenty minutes and by the end of the conversation he informed me he would call me tomorrow because he wouldn’t talk to me again until I had calmed down. I was very level voiced and calm this entire conversation. Refusing to address my issues I had had in his store until I had “calmed down” was extremely belittling and left me horrified. Beware ever going there. They will lie, over charge and break your property!

I take the car in because it has problems. Pay $800. Take the car and it breaks down same day. Take it back. They take 2 weeks to fix it. I pay nothing extra. It breaks down next day. Take it back. They take 3 days. They Fix it. And it breaks down at me same day. Worst place to take your car for maintenance.

I had a brake inspection done at Toyota and they said I had 2mm and they needed to be replaced but wanted $300 to do it. Took it here and they said they cant touch my brakes until they fix the rotors bc my rotors were so bad. So, I went to Meineke and they did their free brake inspection and said I need new brakes and never said a thing about the rotors, just like Toyota. Got my brakes done at Meineke.... Nice try Goodyear!

Dont price match. nelson is very rude when you ask for a price match.. guess thats why he works the weekends, to rip people off on there prices. went to another goodyear and got a completley different price without telling them i just went to another location.. these guys stink!!

WOW!! What fantasitc service!!I left a tire for repair and they had it done and returned to me in no time at all.They even checked all the tires on the car. The price was more than fair.They are now my tire company.
