Great dealer alternative. In the process of getting a Mercedes Sprinter ready for sale we wanted to address a few issues with the vehicle. We were under the assumption we needed a new radiator. We called the dealer in Henderson and off Sahara originally to get quotes and were quoted $1200-$1700. I figured Id get one more estimate just out of curiosity which lead me to Franks. They quoted under $900. Upon dropping the van off for service we also scheduled an oil change and to check out a brake issue. They ended up taking care of all 3 for less than $900. They were honest about it being a hose issue VS needing a new radiator and were very fair in their pricing for the other issues. We have a mini fleet of Sprinters for our plumbing company, Im happy we found a good option for out of warranty issues. They met their timeline as well which was appreciated. Jeremy was great with communication through out. Worth every penny.

These guys were awesome, one of my techs blew a tire next to their shop in one of our service vans, kindly asked if they could help out and change the tire to a spare. Mind you this was almost closing time for them, they still had one of their techs go out in the parking lot and change the tire and rim to a spare. If they do their business like the way they handled my service van today they must be great, Thanks for making my customer happy by making sure my service van gets there on time. A+ for caring.
Engine light came on. Took it to a couple places and got conflicting diagnostics. I finally took it to Frank’s and was helped by Jeremy. He listened and worked to relieve my anxiety so I ultimately went with them. The price point was solid and I definitely like how they send out a detailed diagnostic (with video) along with text updates. Worse than dealing with dealership. Its all about money with these guys!!! They give you a list of other repairs to do.... all BS!! I paid $188.00 for a diagnostic test and couldnt even get them to replace a $1.00 fuse for my dome lights. Hard to believe but this actually happened!!! UNREALISTIC.
Excellent service. I am extremely pleased. They were cheaper than the dealer and found the actual problem that either the dealer couldnt find or chose not to tell me. Could not seem to identify all issues in first and second diagnosis initial repair was quoted and then later changed by phone to a higher price twice. This organization did complete the suspension repair but it wasn’t at the original price and resulted in other complications like no a/c total came out to 4100 and the owner refused comment as well which I felt was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude

I took my 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 to Frank’s to get an air suspension fixed Instead they gave me an extensive list of things that supposedly needed to be repaired besides the suspension. I picked thru the list and decided to get a few other things repaired since my car was already there. After getting my car back the suspension was fixed but now my car makes all kinds of weird noises every time I turn. Also my car suddenly had a ridiculous leak that I never had before. I also paid for new brakes but they’re squeaking very loud as if the brakes are bad still. At first I was going to bring my car back in anger but decided against it since I paid 2800$ for these services and this is what I got! I would rather not let them touch my car anymore so I found another place to fix these problems and they also charged me considerably less! Thanks Frank’s European for nothing!
Top Notch Service - Purchased a used Mercedes and brought it to Franks for Diagnostic and repairs.Riley the service advisor was responsive and helpful - she guided me through the whole diagnostic process, shared with me the written 180 point inspection that included pictures for reference and was accommodating when I needed additional time to pick up the car.The diagnostic work on the vehicle and the interactions I had with the staff revealed a business that is focused on both quality and value. The team is well trained, knowledgeable and committed to the client experience.From my personal experience I would say that Franks is a high quality business that delivers world class service at a reasonable price.

They explained all needed repairs in detail and pricing is also laid out in detail. Recommendations are explained with options for you to consider.

They were charging me $425 to tell me they didnt know what was wrong with my car then they lost the hardware to put my interior back together. They said they wanted more money to keep trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I dont recommend anybody to go to the shop unless you like to get ripped. The owner replied on my review as the tcm was not repaired correctly. Once again them not knowing what he is talking about. Tcm was fine. It was a seal in the transmission. They should not be allowed to charge so much for Diagnostics and they dont know what theyre doing comes to Diagnostics.

Very professional and exceptional service. They don’t recommend unnecessary works that your car doesn’t need. Possibly one of the very few honest and trustworthy mechanics left in Las Vegas. I’ve been here two times, for different services, and each time have left a very satisfied customer.

I recently had some work done to my vehicle there. I had to return the car due to a mechanical issue. I will reserve my final thoughts until the issue is resolved. I will edit my rating up or down accordingly. 2/15_2021.Update: Trish Watts the young lady at the front is awesome. 1• Now, Initially was charged $66 for a battery which I supplied. They then said The battery charge was for labor. I can change that battery in 5 minutes. This would mean they charge $792/hr labor smh. 2• I picked up my vehicle and the shifter assembly did not spring back to center as it should. Proper operation of the repaired component is expected from a seemingly reputable business. I paid the $1600 bill with no concern until I realized while driving home it wasnt right . The inconvenience their inept service caused me was frustrating. I had to have a second vehicle and driver to return and pick up the vehicle along with having to make time to so. My vehicle sat for a week while I was out of town for business. So the had ample time to do the job right. In they end, they agreed, (not suggested), to refund the $66 battery charge. They also corrected the issue which should have and could have being avoided by being more thorough as professionals. This is my first and last time here. I will not recommend this place. The only person in the establishment that shows care and concern for the customer is Trish Watts. She literally had to speak up as the service manager tried to belittle my concerns. I really wanted this to be my new trusted facility. Instead of loyal return business they get this review. Now time to share on FB. Maybe if they were the last place in town and.... nope.

This place is amazing . The staff is very very very and thats three times very professional in courteous and on time. You do not have to worry about Franks European Auto Service not giving you great service or cutting corners on your vehicle they take pictures and email it to you and give you a very detail inspection on your vehicle of what you need. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for maintenance because I know the employees are honest and takes Pride in their work. They also pick you up from home drop you off. I am really happy with Franks Services. I have been a customer for years. Jeremy, my Personal Representative is outstanding. He is very courteous and caring. I called him last Monday as I was very concerned about a noise on the back tire, and he, although was busy, asked me to drive the car to the shop. He immediately took my car for a drive and then called the mechanic to determine what was wrong. I was again very impressed.Being a woman, and having horror stories to tell about Car Repair places, I can attest to the trustworthiness of this place. Franks has taken top care of our S600, never over-charging, and only suggesting important details about preventative maintenance for the cars longevity. All their staff is friendly including the mechanics, who really know what they are doing. I responded directly to Frank regarding his post in which he indicated that no one recognized my name or picture. Of course this isnt my name(its my online name), but Adam, our customer service rep. should have recognized my face since this service was just provided a couple of days ago and they repeatedly say that they know all of their customers personally. We actually spoke to Frank. We were hugged up near the door and he asked us if we needed a room...how soon we forget!☺ Anyway, I did text Frank and gave him my name and, yes, we definately ARE long-term customers. Now that you know my name, please update your response.Dont get me wrong, I love the mechanical/maintenance portion of service provided by this auto repair shop...thats why Ive been a customer for many years! Their mechanics are very good and Ive NEVER had to return my car because something wasnt repaired correctly.I didnt want to put him on blast like this; however, I received a response from them stating they did not recognize my name or my picture as being one of their customers so Im now forced to give a full review of my last interaction.For years, we received the best customer service you could ever ask for from Dave. He ALWAYS did what he said & he followed thru every time. It was brought to our attention that he no longer works for the company...thats not a problem, things change. My 3 star rating has to do with our NEW customer service representative, Adam. We set up our appt. in great detail a wk. in advance, were told all parts needed were already there. We approved of the price, etc. with his promise that if we were there 1st thing in the morning, the work would be completed at the end of the day as time was of the essence for us this time. The work wasnt actually completed until 1 1/2 days later because the parts required were not already there as previously reported, which forced my husband to take time off work at the last minute without pay. Also, if we hadnt called him at the end of the 1st day, we wouldve never known that they needed to keep the car for a longer period of time because Adam didnt update us!To add insult to injury, after we paid our bill, the car still wasnt ready because it needed to be rewashed. Normally, it would have been washed and parked near the front entrance, ready to go. Adam didnt seem to care at all about all of his mistakes. He gave a half-hearted apology over the phone, but he never apologized to us face-to-face and just seems to be very nonchalant & impersonal all the way around - no eye contact, a smile...nothing. He gave us the impression that all he cares about is the money - not providing good, honest customer service that one can rely on. He broke our trust.Well continue to take our car to Franks because the mechanics continue to consistently do a wonderful job and, bottom line, they are much more important to us than customer service; however, we will request a different representative moving forward. Let me make it clear, this is a 5 star company, unfortunately, just not good customer service this last time around.UPDATE: Frank personally called and acknowledged that he now remembers exactly who we are.🤗 He apologized and we had a wonderful conversation. Frank’s European Service and Ryleigh Broach are awesome! I originally took my car to the recommended extended warranty garage (not named for pending legal reasons) for a PCV replacement. I went to pick up the car a week later – started it in the parking lot and it ran very rough and had a powertrain warning on the dash. I turned off the car and went right back in and gave my keys to them and let them know there was more work to be done. From there it was a one thing after another over 8 weeks! Finally, the last diagnosis was sludge in the engine. Mind you, I drove the car to the garage with no engine problems but a whistling engine. My extended warranty sent a rep to the garage after I agreed to tear the engine down ($2000+) for the warranty company to properly establish whether or not they would cover the motor. Rep inspection came back inconclusive and they denied coverage. The final determination from the garage I would have to buy a new motor @ $25,000K plus labor to install. With the denial in coverage, I had the car delivered to Franks for a second opinion. After an initial inspection, Ryleigh got on the phone with the first garage and the warranty company expressing a mild bewilderment in the diagnosis and subsequent denial of coverage. They found no sludge – anywhere and found the motor to be in a condition to warrant rebuild. They photo documented the engine as they received it, photo documented the rebuild process and in 2.5 weeks, returned my car to me in fantastic running order. I event think it runs stronger now that before. It cost me $4450 instead of the $25,000 plus from the incompetent people at the previous garage. I’m a forever fan. Thank you Franks! And thank you Ryleigh for keeping me posted during the process. Never have I been happy to pay $4450 to fix a car, but this time it felt so good.

Every single employee that has assisted us has been phenomenal. The prices are fair. The work is explained out, options are given and communication is amazing. Truth be told no one I have ever met likes to have car troubles, but if it is going to happen Franks European Service takes great care of your car and you. By the way, we have a domestic car so dont let the name fool you.
Called them after my car was leaking coolant and my drive belt broke and they told me to bring my car in and they were going to look at it. Took 1 day to find the problem and another day trying to search for the hose they needed to fix it. They couldnt find the part and told me to come get my vehicle, then charged me $220 just to look at it without fixing anything. Adam couldnt even look me in the face after he tried to rush me into paying and leaving.They quoted 2 hoses to be over $600 plus tax the serpentine drive belt to be $207 plus taxCooling system flush to be $205 plus taxA cabin air filter $61 plus tax. And not including laborThank God they couldnt find the hose online and i could because i found both the hoses for $51 a serpentine belt for $20 and the filter for $14 and had mobile mechanic fix it for $200. And all the parts were from a jaguar dealership so the parts werent aftermarket or a cheap brand.

Very honest company!! They could have very easily taken advantage and charged me for things I didn’t need when it turned out my car was still under factory warranty. But instead they took care of everything pertaining to getting my car over to the dealership. They handled everything! I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future services needed!

Wonderful reception staff and services offered. They offer a shuttle so that you can get in with your day while your car is being worked on. I only gave this 4 stars because my pile change and 42 point inspection was scheduled for 10:30 and my car wasn’t available for pick up until 4:30. I find that a bit extreme. But I received pictures of everything they did and estimates in things to be looking out for.

I had never heard of Franks and have been in Las Vegas all my life. I called and spoke with Travis (who is amazing) and made an appointment, easy peasy! Travis went over everything that was going to be done to my vehicle on the 1st call and when i arrived with the vehicle. He is so efficient and professional and friendly. I had to leave my vehicle because it needed a lot of things done to it and I was given a loaner vehicle also easy peasy. They kept me informed and updated about everything going on with my vehicle and sent me a thesis beautifully formulated on what was going to be done, what needs to be done and what they recommend i do now or in the near future. The sign says Franks European, AKA Beemer, Benz and Audi, but dont let that put you off, they seem happy to work on my two Lexuses. Lexi? :) Excellent service, detailed emails - with pictures. I have a Sprinter van, which are notoriously hard to fix. This was the 5th mechanic I tried. The first 4 (none of which were in Las Vegas) couldnt even give me a diagnosis for my problem. It only took a few hours for them to recreate the problem, diagnose it, and when the part came in the next day, I got my car back. Then I promptly took it on a 2000+ mile test drive. Its still going strong. Thanks guys!

We went to drop off our BMW for an oil change and there was miscommunication about it being done that day because it was about time to close. Not only did we get a discount for the inconvenience. They also got us an uber there and back. It was done very fast. This company is one of the most honest auto shops in Las Vegas. Franks European you guys earned a customer and Ill definitely send more people your way.
While techs at first returned my vehicle unfixed, Riley and the head tech went ABOVE AND BEYOND to insure that my van was is great working condition the second time. Riley is extremely professional and kind, and set me up with a loaner vehicle while the correct repairs were made. The level of customer service will definitely keep me coming back as a regular customer. Very satisfied with how they worked with me.
They performed heroic services and saved my sprinter van from being junked. They took out cluster board no longer manufactured by Mercedes Benz and had it reprogrammed. Unbelievable. Car runs like new and can go another twenty years.
My headlight burned out. I called Franks to make an appointment for replacement. They told me I could bring it right in and they could take care of it. In and out in 10 minutes. Ive never written a Google review before. Franks is so good I had to break my streak. Never have I seen an auto shop thats so proactive. They actually contact me and tell me whats happening with my vehicle, instead of the other way around. They also finished it a few hours before the estimate completion time.On a previous visit they actually declined to do scheduled work recommended by the manufacturer. (Fuel filter sedimenter replacement.) Really, you dont need it.The (only) local Land Rover dealer once wrote a $3200 estimate which included $3100 of unnecessary work. The other non-dealer Land Rover specialist in town once discarded my permanent cabin air filter and replaced it with a paper one for some reason. Its hard to find an honest shop. Franks is painfully honest.But probably the best part is that they use the AutoVitals portal to upload photographs and document all the work thats done or needs to be done. No guesswork required. I wish everyone was like this.The staff are friendly, the grounds are spotless, they even washed my vehicle despite it being washed the previous day. And gave me a sun shade. I also like the charities Franks is proud to support.

I’m from out of town and had an unexpected engine issue come up. After striking out with another mechanic I gave Frank’s a call and they were great. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and they took the time to communicate properly (which is important to me). Then they got me fixed up and back on the road as quickly as possible. I’m now over 600 miles away and their repair is holding strong so I’m confident in saying that their work, along with their customer service, is quality. Thanks again Frank’s!
I moved to Las Vegas three years ago and have had my relatives take care of diagnosing my car concerns and finding the right shops to do so. Overtime, I took over that responsibility and I came to realize the daunting process of researching, reading reviews, while finding a service that meets my budget.Frank’s European Service truly lives up to their mission in terms of customer service, transparency, and really taking ownership if there are setbacks.There were some concerns that came up in my first visit with them but they didn’t hesitate to make things right and provided a reasonable solution. Honestly, it was definitely a Win-Win solution. I am definitely remaining a customer and will take my car here for regular service going forward.

I brought a used Toyota Truck and I was concerned that Toyota was not telling me if there was anything wrong with my truck. I have used Franks for my other truck and knew I could trust their advise about my truck. They total inspected it when I brought it in for an oil change and service. They did not find anything wrong with my truck. :) Now that they have given it a clean bill of health I no longer have to worry. It is so nice to have a place you can bring your vehicles and know you will be taken care of like family

I’ve had better service being mugged on the streets of Detroit. This place is horrible and slow. 4 months later their part fails. And their lobby customer service guy is a clown. Never again. I’m going to someplace closer to home in Henderson. Just because they have European in their name does not mean they’re good.
I wanted to like this place. They were friendly, there was good communication, and they have loaner cars. They also do a free multi-point inspection, which includes a car wash, your first time bringing your car in. I brought my BMW M5 in for an oil change, diff service and to check out my squealing brakes. They took pictures of my brakes when inspecting them and emailed me the pictures in a report. Prices are a little on the high side. They charge around $144 hr shop time. They didnt lose any stars for this. They earned 1 star because when I got my car back, it had numerous new scratches along with baked-in water spots. I pay very close attention to the condition of my paint and clear coat. My car is black. Before bringing it into Franks European, you had to look really hard to find a scratch. Not anymore! If you care about your car, take it elsewhere as they dont treat it as their own.
I love Love working with Franks. They are professional and personable. I feel like I am important to them and they give me important feed back without pushing for sales. They educate me about my car and show me pictures of items of concern, so I can see what they are talking about. Its hard to trust an auto service and repair place these days. But I am so lucky I found Franks!. Thanks guys.
I heard that this place is nice I was so sure that my issue will be fixed. NOT!This place is a HUGE rip off and a joke! You better off going to a dealer.Their people talk too much and they call themselves the best in town, really? How are you better than the dealership if you charge way more than they do? This place charge you twice as much than the dealer to inspect your car and tell you what the problem is after we already told them what the problem is (sounds like the dealer right?) and then tell you well its gonna cost thousands and thousands way more than the car worth, and of course you end up taking your car away after you paid them hundreds of dollars to tell you whats wrong with the vehicle. Just another rip off auto shop out there. I dont recommend it!
The first reason I made use of Frank’s is the shop was referred by a coworker knowledgable of poor business practices throughout the valley. Secondly, my service advisor Adam, listened to my main concern and in conjunction with the servicing technician was able to isolate the needed repair. The great thing this shop does is electronically document each issue and steps of the repair taken so that you are left with a readable intelligent summary of work (which is not common in this industry).My 2011 E350 now rides like butter on the road—or cruising at 30,000 feet.Big thanks to the team at Frank’s European Service for their professionalism from start to finish.Kind Regards,Jared

Franks is the best! Travis took such good care of my baby and walked me through everything that ehy would be doing during the servicing appointment. He kept in close touch to let me know what was needed and left it completely in my control as to what to I ultimately wanted fixed/done. They washed and vacuumed my little mini so that when I got her back she was like new. They even left a little bottle of water in the car for me to survive this hot Vegas day! These guys are seriously thoughtful, respectful and have an incredibly high standard of service. Thank you Franks!!!
Europeans service do stand by their work. had a couple of things done last year that was not related problem, that i brought my car in for. they replace and or repaired items they found that was worked on in the past at no cost to me.
The best triple threat full service shop HONEST, AFFORDABLE, and PROFESSIONAL. Will absolutely recommend to others and continue to do business with this shop. Very glad I found them.
First time at Frank’s and I will definitely be back! Their customer service is amazing and they are very thorough with your vehicle. I was in a bind needing my car for work by the afternoon and they were more than willing to accommodate me. I was also surprised with the photo finish they provide for point inspection, easier read for someone like me who knows almost nothing about cars!
Brought in a 79 spitfire from the UK. After the shipment over to the US, there were a myriad of problems compared to when it was running in the UK so I took it in to the experts after reading reviews.The team did a great job working through the problem solving and updating and advising my decisions along the way. After it was returned, it was still running hot so I brought it back in, no questions asked, and they didnt charge for labor on the parts that were all ready replaced. They have a great service 3 year warrantyI wouldnt hesitate for a second to bring the car back to them for any other issues, and in fact the warrenty on the parts adds to that confidence.
First time customer to Frank’s! Been passing by it for years. Very impressed with the honesty (hard to find these days) and the attention to detail on the workmanship! We’ll be back!
Ive owned my BMW since new and used the BMW dealer for the first 4 years as all my maintenance was free. Now that Im paying for the servicing on my car I choose not to use the BMW dealer anymore. I chose Franks because of the good reviews and their experience with BMWs. I made an 8AM appointment for an oil change and what ever the car would need at 50K miles. I needed a ride home which they gave me after only waiting about 5 minutes. Before noon I received an email and text with pictures of the inspection they did on my car. The report was very helpful and instilled confidence in me that they had done a thorough inspection of my car. My car had no major issues but they did recommend some preventative things which I agreed to. At no time did I feel pressured into having these extra items done, it was purely my choice. When the car was ready they called and told me someone would pick me up. After an hour no one came, the shop called me and said there was some miss communication with the person that was supposed to pick me up. To make up for it the shop paid to have a Lyft bring me to their shop so I could get my car. When I arrived the service agent also reduced the price on my service bill and apologized for the mistake. Sometimes a measure of a business is how they respond when a mistake happens and in this case Franks scored an A+. Im picky about the maintenance on my car and a big believer in preventative maintenance. I felt comfortable bringing my car here and I will again. First class customer service!!
This place said they could reset the Bluetech system on my diesel 2011 Mercedes for $350. What they said would be a one day job tourney into over 3 weeks and more than a $2500 bill. The PUNCH LINE is that after convincing me that spending this money would reset my bluetech system (Car was driving fine, the computer needed to be reset so that it would no longer tell me to add bluetech) THE CAR STILL WAS NOT FIXED!!!! Not to mention they called my finance company to pick up my car during a PANDEMIC while being QUARANTINED!!!! This place is fraud and knows NOTHING about European Vehicles! They take advance of women and can’t even get the job done but still want pay!!!! Update: Spoke to the bank and I’ll be picking up my vehicle tomorrow🙌. Frank’s European Auto is TRASH!!!!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!!!

I appreciate the white glove service at Frank’s however I don’t think anybody wants to leave their vehicle for 4 to 6 hours for an oil change.You could look at this to ways – they want to thoroughly check your vehicle to make sure it’s in tiptop condition. Or they want to nitpick and try to find something else to charge you for. But the customer should be able to determine whether or not they’re willing to let the examination take place.I had an appointment at 7:45 AM. But I found out the technicians weren’t even in yet which meant no one was there to work on the car. What’s the point of even booking an appointment then?This visit was a swing and a miss, hopefully next time is better. But I will not leave my car for 4 to 6 hours for a simple oil change.
Great customer service and prices! Super accommodating and were able to shuttle me back to work. No hard sells or surprise needed fixes. Finally a place I can trust to take my BMW to.

Ive been a loyal customer for 5yrs now and will continue until I dont have the need for my cars. I have been purchasing cars since 1964, mostly new. You get that worry free feeling with the new car warranties and fear having to purchase the preowned vehicles, but having an Auto Repair Service like FRANKS you can still have that worry free feelings. Frank and his lovely wife run their business on a personal daily base, along with their highly skilled technicians and service writers. Take it from an old man you will receive the most honest and professional service you will ever find anywhere!!!
Great customer service! They provided a thorough Inspection Report which included pictures of items that needed attention as well as recommended actions. Customer Lounge Area was modern but more importantly, very clean, and comfortable. I feel the pricing is very fair. I would go back again.
When I arrived the front desk guy was friendly and helpful. I had a fuel pump issue and they were concerned for my safety and made sure to get my car taken care of right away. They gave me a very fair price for the work I needed done. It was under the budget I had expected to pay. They gave me the option of waiting in their very comfortable lobby or allowing them to courtesy shuttle me back to my house and pick me up later that night. I took the shuttle service. When they picked me up I came back and paid for the work I had received, and was completely surprised when I got into my car and I had a complementary water bottle waiting for me. Top notch service was provided from the moment I walked into their establishment. These guys are great and Id recommend them to anyone I know.
Stellar Service. Got an oil change and they re-aimed some “after-market” headlights for me and I’m very pleased !Highly recommend Frank’s European Service !
Another excellent visit at Franks. Nick was my customer service rep and kept me well informed about what the technician found and his recommended repairs. It was easy to get an appointment. They sent a driver to pick me up when my car was repaired. Wonderful service and fair prices.
I couldnt be happier with my service! Ive been taking my mini cooper to the dealership since I purchased it and have gotten nothing but headache and overpriced services from them. My miss firing problem was solved at a reasonable price (the diagnostic and replacement of my spark plugs was considerably cheaper than the dealership) and I was updated every step of the way. My car was also washed and vacuumed. Jim was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be having all of my services done here from now on.
Great service. Treated me better than dealers. Not sure if price is less but service number 1. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
