This is by far The best agent I have ever had! I’ve been with them now for approximately 3 years. After using other top name insurers with inflated prices and constant contact about upgrading policies ! I’ve definitely learned the agent you use does make a difference. Also the employees that they have also matter. Melanie has delivered excellent customer service as well as Joann and Andrea! I CAN NOT BE HAPPIER! Luis was terrific. He answered all of my questions and readily explained those things that required greater clarification. I received documents to sign within 15 minutes after completing our conversation. He also forwarded copies of certain paperwork I needed super fast. A total pleasure to work with...knowledgeable, understanding, proactive and very responsive.

First and foremost, I cant thank you enough Joann and your team for your service. My husband passed away 3 months ago and it has been a nightmare for me. With all the bad things that is going on in this world, I am glad that my husband and I decided to have life insurance in case one of us dies. Then my biggest fear happened, my husband passed before me from an accident. With the pandemic going on, that didnt help at all. However, Joann and her team helped me with all the legal things Ive to dealt with.I wasnt ready and expecting to file claims while dealing with my loss, but Joanns team helped me with whatever they can.That being said, when Joann found out about my case, she definitely made sure that I was taken care of. Even though it took awhile for my claim to get approved, she took it in her hands and made sure for me not to worry about it. I mean, no amount of money will replace my husband, but I just appreciate people like you Joann and your team (esp. Vanessa and Maria) who made it easier for me and not to add any stress with my situation. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am grateful to all of you.

The one criticism I have of this agency is that in their quest to provide good service, sometimes they are too quick and they assume what the customer wants without confirming it with the customer before acting. Recently we contacted them to cancel our house insurance in Las Vegas because we were selling it. This agency then jumped the gun and started contacting a State Farm agency where we are moving to in AZ without confirming with us first that was what we wanted which we did not want at that time. In addition to jumping the gun, we had multiple office people involved and it seemed that they were not coordinating their efforts with each other. This could have resulted in our car insurance being inadvertently cancelled which would have been a big problem.Our situation was a unique one and probably not one the staff encounters every day, so I would advise the manager of the agency to train the staff to not assume and to confirm with the customer first what they want before acting.

I wish I could write a positive review of this location, but unfortunately I cannot. To start, I have been a client at this location since 2015. Up until this point, I have had stellar customer service and relatively no complaints. However, to make a simple change as adding a car and switching my daughter to this new car as an added driver, was met with a high level of inefficiency and a complete lack of expertise and agency knowledge. This simple protocol should have been handled with care, but instead, I was assigned to a rookie agent that although was very nice, completely botched the entire transaction as I spent countless hours on the phone as she either had to ask other agents about information she should have known, or lacked the speed to complete my transaction in a timely manner. To complicate this situation, I had left two messages for the owner of this location to speak with her, but to no avail, she never called me back which I take as a high level of unprofessionalism and total disregard for my concerns. As a result, I overpaid on one car, and was not completely insured on another. However, the beacon of light came with Luis L, who took over my account and ensured the steps necessary to fix the current situation, so I could move on. To Luis-thank you for helping me out and being so kind and efficient! I truly appreciate all your hard work.At this point, I have transferred to another location to receive the service I believe I deserve.

Ive been with State Farm for a couple of years now and I dont regret a single moment. Ive dealt with other companies before and theres always some hidden charge or extra fees that werent disclosed but not with State Farm. Lily is always on top of her game when it comes to giving me a heads-up about new possible fees or reminding me to send my grades in to get the good student discount before the next billing cycle. Despite of having to go through a couple of claims, Lily made sure that they are resolved with just a couple of phone calls from my end and nothing more. I switched from Geico to Stare Farm a couple of years ago, my husband followed. We’ve had three cars and two houses with them and it’s been seamless. Our agent Lily is amazing. I call her with any question and she is ALWAYS there to help. Last year my teenage daughter was in a car accident. I was in school and unable to answer my phone not knowing what was going on. Freaking out, she called Lily. Lily walked her through it and calmed her down till my husband showed up. Like I said, she’s amazing and this whole office seems to be a great team, highly recommend.

This office has been very helpful! Every time I’ve needed to make changes to my insurance policy or the time I was in a small fender bender Vanessa has been there to assist. She has been informative and has amazing customer service. Highly recommend this office!

I had two claims and I felt like I did not even need an agent. When they received paperwork to be signed I had to call and hound them so I can sign the paperwork. When I complained I felt I was not getting the customer service that I should experience. They seemed like they didnt care about the customer experience. I honestly do not feel like they care about their customers and my experience should have been handled in a friendlier way. I could take or leave this agency. I went back and forth saying the claims department stated I would receive my funds, for an accident within seven business days. Vanessa kept just giving me a robotic response of You have to call the claims department. At least try to give some sort of friendly customer service.

I thought being so smitten by your car insurance agent was kinda weird until my previous insurance lapsed and I boy did I hlt the jackpot with State Farm AND Liliana. Liliana was the sole reason why I chose Statefarm as my insurance company. I was in the process on insuring a car for the first time and I had talked to a ton of different companies trying to figure out what I needed and what would work best for me. Everyone else I talked to wouldn’t take the time to explain things to me and instead was just interested in getting me to blindly agree to whatever scare tactics they were pushing. When I finally found Lily she took the time to go through every little detail with me. To explain what state law requires, what she personally does, and why she thought would be the best fit for me and why. She honestly made it feel like I was getting advice from a good friend. I could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t just trying to sell me insurance. She has helped me tons of times since then, often going above and beyond to help even on her personal time. Terrible service. Moved to the area and transferred to this office. They gave me coverages different from what I had asked for, even though everything was in writing. Strange. Now, i have sent written requests online (3) times to make policy changes over the course of two months. Never got any response and changes were never made. What a joke. I am a long term State Farm policy holder and dont plan on leaving any time soon, however, I will no longer do business with this office.

Worst agent ever. Focused more on money than customer needs.Ive been a client for two years, always paid on time. No claims, No problems. When I finally needed something (additional insurance policies and estimates) it took well over two weeks to get a reply from the agent. She prides herself on 7 employees, which is probably why I spoke to 4 of them prior to her speaking to me. Each time I was told the agent was going to get back to me directly.I was promised a call back by her within 24 hours, it took three phone calls on my part to see any action. While she has a nice glamour shop photo, efficiency and consideration for time are severely lacking. Will be filing a complaint with the state of Nevada for her incompentence. Ive heard from my neighbors and other agents the she is difficult to work with, she proved this to be true.Good luck!

Long story short - Im fairly new to adulting and all alone at that. So I dont always fully understand technical things, get overwhelmed easily, and am pretty forgetful. So, what I lack in adulting skills and advice from anybody like my folks, Liliana Ramos swoops in and saves the day EVERY time I talk to her! She explains everything to me so I comprehend exactly what helped figure out the best options I had, and she goes FAR out of her way to ensure im not only saving money, but also notifying me ahead of time when my bill will be due too! If you are looking for a shady insurance company that will promise you lower rates to get you to cancel your insurance only for an agent to say she messed up on getting your information down and now your rate is twice as much as before than look no further! I cancelled my plan with my previous company to come to State Farm through this agents office only to find out that Id be paying twice as much as I was quoted and now am stuck with a larger bill. I can understand mistakes are made, we are all only human, but no effort was made afterwards by the agent to help correct the mistake i felt as if I had been hung out to dry after being sprayed down by the hose of injustice that is this State Farm insurance agent and her underlings. If I were you I would not get my insurance through this company EVER if this is how they conduct business and treat their customers. You cant give someone a price then not honor it especially after they commit to your company by cancelling their current policy to switch to your insurance. My calls started suddenly not getting answered or returned. I would put 0 stars but unfortunately yelp requires a minimum of 1.
