After years of using this company I am continually impressed! We recently moved, and needed to switch a lot of insurance around. My agent, Jennifer, has gotten to know me on such a personal level, that she even knew to find an insurance that would cover having a trampoline in our backyard! She continually finds the best rates for our insurance needs, and explains my options.A week after our move, I was in a car accident. With something like that happening, being new to the area, having kids with me, and the new cops dont report to non-injury car accidents in Las Vegas, I was at a loss of how to handle everything. I called Jennifer, and she happened to be close to the accident. She came to the accident site! I didnt have a current insurance card in the car, so she pulled it up on her phone and gave it to the other party and the police (who actually showed up eventually). She got the at fault partys insurance for me as well. She basically walked me through the whole process of EVERYTHING.That wasnt the end, After a few hours she called me to check up on me, and to tell me how to file the claim. She also told me she had done some research on the other insurance, and advised me, based on their reputation, to file claims with both their insurance and mine.
