I have Found State Farm, and specifically this office, being unique in offering vehicle liability insurance for someone who doesnt own a car. With difficulty, perseverance, and little compensation, her team has provided me with necessary coverage during my stateside visits and longer term car rentals.As a full time world traveler, I have relied upon this offices ability to manage affairs via email and phone calls. Their willingness to serve and please is admirable, and I have yet to be let down on any need. Id highly recommend them for a trustworthy insurance agency.

Julie and her team are amazing. I have seen both her and her team work and fight hard for the benefit of her clients. Maria and Stephany are knowledgeable and super sweet, Carmen definently lights up everyones day when calling you on your birthday! And cynthia is the best when you need help with your current policies. There are a lot of companies and options out there, prices might be competitive but the value and experience you get here is incomparable.

Julie seems like a very nice person which is why I feel very bad for her. I cannot blame Julie for the problems that I have experienced at her agency. Her incompetent employees on the other hand, have ruined my insurance experience numerous times. They get VIN numbers wrong. They dont return a phone call when they say they will. Even though they are always polite, they cant hide the fact that they dont know how to do their jobs. As I shall soon explain, they cant even keep their records straight!.First VIN number incident;The employees will use the wrong vehicle identification number. The first time they did this they actually corrected the VIN number over the phone. However, for the next few months I was living a nightmare! Nevada DMV claimed that I did not have insurance. I had to hassle with this problem for months almost having to pay a fine for not having insurance even though I was clearly paying State Farm for insurance. Through numerous calls, texting, and emails and wasted hours, I finally found out that Julies employees were still submitting the incorrect VIN number that we had corrected months earlier!.Second VIN number incident;After purchasing another vehicle, I needed to get it insured right away as the permit was expiring soon. I gave the employee the VIN number. She said that she would call me back in a few minutes. I waited all day for the return call. Instead I received a message at closing time that they could not find the vehicle with the VIN that I had provided. Why didnt they call back to get the correct VIN number? Why wait hours until closing to call me? So now they were closed and I could not get it insured that evening after hours. The permit was expired and I finally decided that this agency was not for me..I am now happily insured at another State Farm agency. And, guess what? They got the VIN number of my new vehicle correct the first time. The new State Farm agent also got me insured that very same day. I am now a happy camper. :).Do yourself a favor if you are going to use State Farm. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!! If you dont listen to my advice, dont say I didnt warn you.
