My agent, Maria, was able to give me the best rates with the most coverage for home and auto. We paid much less than with any other quote we received. She was kind, thorough, and explained everything in detail. She made sure we got the best price. I referred her to a family member shortly after and he let me know she was able to do the same for him and his family! She is always available to answer questions and has great customer service. We are so glad we went with her and her team!

**** Reposted because I accidentally deleted my first review posting - and I have my response to Chade as well.Ive been a loyal customer for many many years. Recently I purchased a home and of course asked them to get a policy on it, which never was completed thus I apparently didnt have home insurance for a few months. Chade explained he had a bad employee and would fix it and I was very understanding. Then after fixing that, I asked for my address to be updated to the new home, it never got changed because I kept getting forwarded mail from the old address. I would assume youd update it since you know Ive moved, but I guess thats extra work. I asked repeatedly by phone and text to change it. I then purchased a new car and asked for them I open a policy on it. Maria called me with a quote, which I didnt want just a quote as explained before.Then I received a letter dated 8/11 that had to sign some things apparently but was never sent the things to sign. Maria rudely texted me that I never followed through. I provided proof that I had received and signed the documents the one time she sent them. But she lied and said I didnt sign until the day after. I asked her for proof and she couldnt provide it. I provided screenshots backing up my side of it. Chade then called me screaming at me to never call his office again and that he was done talking to me. As opposed to admitting his incompetent employee does not follow through on anything he took her side.** Response to Chade accusing me of calling in and screaming profanities at his employeesI used one curse word in text message and never called screaming at anyone. That actually was you that called screaming at me. That day I called to ask if you were in, was told no and politely said I would call back later. I never EVER called screaming or cursing at anyone because I would never do that. If Maria claims otherwise that is a bold faced lie. (I posted her other lies in my Yelp review with the texts showing the one curse word I used out of pure frustration) Also, I rarely called your office and of the few times I did, I actually called crying because I found out I had no home insurance due to your incompetence. Sounds good though, keep believing what you want. . 👍

Was in the market for car insurance and only need to make one stop. Maria helped me through everything and was nothing short of excellent; highly recommend!

I had an accident where some one ran in to my rear wheel, so I made a claim, had my car towed to the body shop. So I rented a car, while @ the rental car center someone called the police on me & said I had a gun. Police come guns blazing. Mr. Nehring did the unthinkable@ made my claim process super smooth. He even gave me a call personally to make sure I was fine. By far state farm went above & beyond. Im very thankful.

Absolute horrible people especially BRIANNA. I drive rideshare and they are charging me $65.00 extra for it. Now I get an amandatory endorsement stating State Farm does not cover the insured if the vehicle is made available or being used to carry persons for a charge!!! Do not get insurance from this Company!!! Brianna LIED straight on the phone to me in front of my wife. They never called to let us know. NEVER GET INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENT.
