I’ve been insured with Eric James State Farm for a little over 10yrs. Viri always gives great service and accurate information pertaining to my policies. She is the not only pleasant but helpful. Eric,Ivan, Viri and Dom are amazing!! Definitely recommend them for an agency!!

Over the 9 months with state farm, I realized it was the worst decision. 1. The office did not notify the DMV of my insurance so I received a cancel of registration in the first 3mths. Then requiring road side assistance I sat on the side of the road for 8hrs, only to find the tow was cancelled due to the company informing state farm they could tow a rig my size. Then waited another 4hrs in 115degree weather. Causing me to miss a shop prepared to fix my rig that day. Wouldnt reimburse me for the hotel due to their negligence. 6mths into the policy they come back and say I was underquoted. Doubling monthly, jacking accounts with out notification.There is no sense of customer consideration or quality of service provided. I dont know if this is statefarm in general or this office specifically. I do not recommend them. Every time I spoke with Mr James he seemed unknowing or uninformed and spoke with a demeaning/belittling tone. As of March 3 supposedly my policy canceled and till this date received no communication initiated by the office to resolve the situation before the main hq telling them to reach out to me. On several occasions my monthly charge changed depending on who I spoke with. This display of poor communication and customer service is a display of poor leadership within the office.UPDATE: Mr. James your response is exactly the attitude that Im complaining about, that you cant admit when your customer is correct! How the hell do miss quote someone 100% lower and then not try to work with them during the this time in the world to correct after half the policy is paid. Your company error is what caused this whole situation!Did I not approach you about hotel reimbursement? Vidi can attest to all the calls prior to working with Dom on my past towing roadside issues.I have no mail or email notification of any sort besides the Nevada mandate of uninsured motorist increase. In a day when mail needed extra time to reach its destinations, I felt no sense of acknowledgement of this from State Farm or your Office.The fact that your office set me on a temp policy and when policy given permanent status, that update was not passed to the DMV. I have the cancelled registration notice.From the opinion of the customer you guys handled the situation completely wrong with no acceptance of blame during the time with your company!Please review and revise customer service and notification practices.If you have any questions to the validity of these comments please request phone transcripts from your higher ups!Your case is not helped by the same complaints from other on Yelp of your office!

I needed insurance and Erics office showed the agent most close to my residence. My initial call to purchase renters insurance was received with warmth and full attention. The call was smooth, thorough and felt very personal. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim and this office staff was compassionate, supportive and most of all, attended to my claim with care and timeliness. Due to the nature of my claim, Eric James handled some things for me personally to ensure all necessary documentation and communication with the claims dept were in place.With great customer service, very knowledgeable and positive attitudes makes for an exceptional team. Highly recommended!!!

I was a little hesitant to get a quote on state farm. i figured i was going to be expensive, however i gave them a try. I spoke to Luz and she gave me and awesome quote. She included my auto, life and renters insurance all in one. I pay automatic monthly and never worry about missing a payment. i always have questions and all the guys there are great. Every time I call due to a concern Vanessa takes very good care of me. Not only that but she always goes out of her way to please and shows extreme sense of urgency. Vanessa is a young and bright lady, very knowledgeable of what she is doing. Never have I had a problem and all thanks to her!

Eric James is by far the most incompetent State Farm insurance agent Ive ever been associated with in my 40+ yrs if using State Farm. After making a payment by phone a month in advance and paying the price Eric James stated to me. One month later I received a late notice from Mr James claiming Id missed my payment date. He then lied about sending me the late notice claiming it was state farm who sent me the notice. Eric James had undercharged me $1 which he demanded i pay immediately... If Mr James cant quote the correct payment amount over the phone. How could he get a claim paid correctly.Just saying...

Ive been with Eric James Agency for several years. There is one person that I talk with that handles things for me. This is the third time over the years I have called and left a specific message for him to return my call, but alas no call back. Messages get lost? Who knows? This is an unfortunate case of customer non-service.

The first time in an automobile accident and never thought I would have the worst experience with State Farm. Claim agents dont provide you with the information you need, they give you a hard time when it comes to getting your vehicle repaired. If I knew I would have this horrible experience in getting a car rental and vehicle repaired I would have never signed up with this Insurance Company. Paying for rental, my car is in the shop yet no way of getting around because they failed to communicate what spasific rental locations deal with Insurance claims. Now it looks like the rental companies they use close at 5pm such an inconvenience for those who work the same hours as the car rental company. Oh but when it come to your monthly payment they sure dont hesitate to take it right out of your bank account on the day its due.....smh Time to Cancel State Farm!!

How do you put into one word this State Farm Insurance and the people who work there.....hmmmmm, oh, FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I wont mention what my Home Owners tried to do to the residents who live in my community by recommending an insurance company that would have costs us $500 for the year, when State Farm heard of this, they dropped their mouths wide open and gave us a deal that was in-creditable, did I mention my homeowners insurance is now ONLY under $200 a year, thats right, State Farm knew what to do, how to do it and did it just for us and I know they can do THAT just for you!!!! I am not into writing reviews BUT after today and what they did for my family, this was well deserved!!!!! THANK YOU State Farm (Ivan & Vanessa and everyone else there) HUGE HUGS!!!!!!
