I am new to the area and I was in need of car insurance. I spoke to Coretta and was so patient and very knowledgeable.She explained my policy in detail so I could understand my coverage. She asked me for my license number and I gave it to her. She called me back and said she has trouble in pulling that number up that I gave her. We have had nothing but issues with this agent. We moved from Illinois about 6 mos ago and every month we have a issue. Last month we get a call we are delinquent on one of our policy and its going to be dropped. I called and told them look at itemized statement. Call back and said it was credited and fixed. This month get our bill and they are trying to get 6 months worth of premium we had already paid. Nothing is ever fixed and at this point I have no choice than to file a Complaint with Nevada insurance compliance for fraudulent activity. 6 months is enough..
