Hi,My business has been using them for 5 years. Now normally; I am not a fan of insurance companies .... but they are great ! We recently had a break in at the biz, and had a check within 7 days. I call Cat several times a year to add collision to my car, when my Son comes home on his breaks from school. Its like a $20 transaction, with no profit for them; but Cat is so pleasant about it ! He is an awesome agent and human. I was holding my infant and holding my 2 year olds hand and trying to pick up a to go order at a restaurant. He was on his day off. Not working. He came and held the door open for me to leave the restaurant(he left his food and his table because he was actually dining in) and he offered to hold the baby(he did a great job holding the baby), my husband usually helps me but on this day he had a legal obligation to attend. Keith is an awesome human. Im not a customer but when I am in the market for insurance in Nevada(no longer live there), I will definitely come to him for any and all insurance need. I walked into this insurance office almost a year ago to change my policy to this office from a different office and the office manager, Catherine Williams, has been nothing but excellent. She is very friendly and helpful when I walked in not knowing a single thing about my own policy. Being new to the area I was not sure who to trust for my insurance needs. Each state is a little different with requirements and rules. I visited the office to ask some basic questions -and walked out with a new policy at a very fair price. No- Im not the biggest insurance policy holder around. Actually more on the small side. But I could tell I was treated the same as someone who had spent twice as much on insurance.
