Sadly, we will be leaving this insurance company because of Leslie’s incompetence. First of all, she made a $5000 charge to our account and them blamed it on us saying WE had changed our automatic payments to pay in full when we didn’t even have access to our online account. She even laughed at us when we were talking to her. Then we bought a new vehicle and needed to add it to our policy; tried reaching her out so many times, she never answered. Had to call corporate office but they couldn’t help us, it had to be our agent. They sent her a note to call us back. Till this day I never received a call back, so we had to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Do not recommend her at all.

I have been with American Family Insurance for many, many years! They have been wonderful in meeting all my needs for insurance.Leslie was instrumental in helping me get the best rates possible for my home and vehicle insurance needs. I shop around every year and for a few years, she was unable to beat my premiums on my vehicles that I had with another insurance company, but they ALWAYS had the lowest rates for homeowners insurance. This year was the year that their auto insurance rates were finally lower for my vehicles than my prior insurance company. Its nice to have someone like Leslie who is willing to work hard to get you the best rates possible; and if she cant, she will be honest and tell you. I love that about her...to me...honesty will get my business EVERY TIME. Thank you Leslie!

Worst experience I have ever had with any insurance agent. Leslie Gonzalez is very incompetent when submitting information. I had so many problems when I requested any changes (adding cars) to my policy. I found I over paid for months before I started asking questions. Leslie Gonzalez also made changes to my policy, without me authorizing these changes. These unauthorized changes cost more money to me. I have now requested an audit of my entire account. The headquarters at American Family Insurance are now reimbursing me money over paid because of Leslie Gonzalez incompetence. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LESLIE GONZALEZ as an agent.
