Not only one of the worst insurance companies Ive come across but one of the worst businesses. I called from a referral from someone whos entire company does business here. I left a message then called the next day. No answer but got a call back to email for quicker response. I emailed that info with a basic question and the next day got a human response whats your name birthday etc. I sent and got the same robotic response from the market except was addressed to John. There was no human contact or care. This company is awfully unresponsive. How could I trust them with my health?

Distinctive Insurance has saved our company thousands of dollars on our Health Insurance and our Liability policies. They give great advice and helped us reduce expenses in this tough economy while still making sure we are adequately protected. Its nice to know that there are good insurance people out there that will take the time to work with you and listen to your needs. Ive worked with other brokers in the past and Distinctive has been a step above.If you have a company that you care about, you should take the time to call these guys. I read through the reviews, and I was almost laughing at the one negative google review and their experience. Ive never heard of people getting so upset about four dollars in my life. My experience has been the complete opposite. I have had nothing but extremely good service. Ive had insurance with them now for over 3 years. Ive moved. Ive changed health plans. Ive changed other insurance needs with my business and every time its been a quick phone call and the changes are either made right away, or there is a follow up email or phone call within the day. Ive never waited over 4 hours now that I think about it. I recently had some problems with an insurance company billing me (by mistake) several times in 1 month. I made a quick phone call to these guys, and within the hour I had a phone call back with results. They had contacted the insurance company, mediated, made adjustments and had it all straightened out. This is why I decided to make this review now, after all these years with them. (and Im talking about thousands of dollars, not 4.) I cant recommend Marc and his team more.
