Chris is actually the only reliable State Farm Insurance guy in Vegas and he can be trusted! We have never had any problems with him or his staff. Were very happy with Chris and our insurance policy :)

I had called and left 3 messages. None returned. 4th call someone answered. Disappointing that I pay this company money for coverage. Looking for a different company. Had State Farm for over 20 years.

Chris has been my insurance agent for 20+ years and I wouldnt go anyplace else. Very responsive and very professional and after years of interaction I consider him a friend. Cant fail to mention Rob who has been fantastic over the years.

I use Chris for my home and cars (my whole extended family uses his service too). The level of service he, Rob and Cindy provide is beyond amazing. Highly recommend.

Better hope you dont have to file a claim. I have no tickets, no accidents until i scratched a pole causing $2000 in damage, these guys DROP my policy. They dropped me after the agent said Oh, theyll probably just raise your rates. The agent also knew 2 months before i got the notice. I strongly believe they only wanted to continue to get my premiums. They even told me, oh, its worse if you file a homeowner claim. BUYER BEWARE!

Does not promptly return phone calls or quickly process policy change requests.

Called them twice for quote. They Never call me back.
