Lorena is beyond rude when speaking to clients and very unprofessional. My homeowners insurance was canceled because I have a service dog with paperwork and it is a pit-bull. She called someone who isnt even on the policy (It;s only my name) and gave all my information away. I am happy that they canceled my insurance - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY GIVE YOU PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE.

Getting insurance can be akin to going to the dentist and insisting on no Novocaine. But I cant rave more about the help I received from the AmeriSent folks.I was coming off a bad situation with my previous insurance company and was having an awful experience with other providers who made me feel less like a customer and more like a bother to them.But have to give a tip of the hat to Elizabeth and the rest of the AmeriSent staff. They found a perfect fit for me and acted like they actually wanted my business - what a revelation!I am in much appreciation and highly recommend them.
