WHAT A JOKE! My policy was cancelled multiple times and I was not notified until two weeks after the fact. Then I get charged to backdate the insurance. What the hell?! If my policy is cancelled I should be notified same day! So the issue can be resolved and I’m not driving around without insurance!!Probably the most frustrating problem I’ve had with this company is the $100 outstanding balance I somehow have with progressive. Not my fault but it’s in my name and has gone to collections. This company is a joke. I’d keep your life simple and just go to Geico!

I have been an insurance customer here for years. Virtually all of my needs and special requests have been met beyond satisfaction. The staff are friendly and helpful and never make you feel rushed or that you are asking too much. I recently grouped all of my vehicles, which took some time, but we all figured it out so that my payments would include my motorcycle and my two trucks all together in one price.
