Good Vibes lives up to its name! They extend themselves to provide the best service at the best price! Tires that cost me $294.25 from the Ford dealership were only $150. I had a flat in the mountains and thanks to Rose at Good Vibes who assumed accountability and took the burden off my shoulders... and at 69 that was greatly needed! I used to worry that auto maintenance was beyond my financial means, but now there is a place I trust and that is honest and concerned about their customers and the community! Im from Florida, however, Ill travel to Laramie Wyoming to Good Vibes whenever my car needs service. In addition, they are helping me with solar installation, a car cargo unit and more! Kudos to Good Vibes!

I could not recommend this place enough! They helped me every step of the way and clearly communicated everything that was going on - ended up replacing the drive belt and doing a power steering flush. Good Vibes auto is aptly named! They were amazing. If I could leave a 10 star rating I would. We were taking our daughter to California for college from Missouri when we broke down about 8 miles east of Laramie. We got a tow via I-80 towing (also excellent service) and they brought us to Good Vibes when the local dealership couldn’t get us in and recommended Good Vibes. It was after hours but next morning they quickly and accurately diagnosed a fuel pump failure. The part was ordered and arrived on a Saturday. Nelson was awesome coming in on a day they’re typically closed to help us. He got the new pump installed within just an hour or two, took a test drive and away we went by 1 pm on Saturday. Needless to say the whole town from the garage, to towing company and hotel were caring, understanding, and kind. Thanks, Laramie WY!

Love this place. Friendly, good communicators, and a dog to play fetch with! I was traveling from MN to CA when my pickup started acting up. I called 4 places, 3 of which told me “it’ll be a week before we can look at it.” One of them told me he could look at it in 3 days. Good Vibes was able to fit me in and fix my truck in one day. Had my fuel line rupture in Laramie. Other shops were booked out or could not make the necessary repairs to get me back on the road. Good Vibes got me in the next day and took me through the whole process of what was wrong and what repairs needed to be done. I was driving (moving) from the east coast to California, and ended up having my alternator die overnight in Laramie. Jimmy and the team over at Good Vibes were incredible. They got me back in the road way faster than I could have dreamt of, and they were friendly, welcoming, and kind the entire time. The price was very reasonable. I cannot express how much they are an amazing shop and should get everyones service.

I got stuck with my car over-heating. The first suspect with a blown head gasket (approximate cost of around 2000$).The guys at the garage were honest and very professional, helped me diagnose the REAL problem and fix it. This garage is on highway 287 south just before you enter Laramie. Although it is far from Laramie main market, the drive was worth it. They are super nice and have very reasonable servicing charge. I got quote from 3-4 different service garage in the town to replace both thw rear shocks on my Rav4. Good Vibes not only gave me the cheapest quote of all but also gave me a 10% student discount which was so generous. They have an online system for everything so you need not worry to visit the garage until you actually want to get your vehicle fixed. Everyone including a super friendly dog 🐶 took good care of my car. I recommed this service center to everyone and anyone who loves his/her vehicle.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were able to fix a tricky transmission problem I had that the entire Internet swore could only be fixed at dealerships. 10/10, would recommend.

Good Vibes is a great shop! They have performed a number of services on both of my vehicles. Their prices are reasonable and the best part of the experience is the transparency. They utilize a web app that connects to your phone via text so they can communicate services to you as they occur. For inspections, they show you the status of all major vehicle components and recommended changes. You can make those selections from the app for them to work on. It’s super easy to use. If you have questions and call in, they are super helpful as well. They are honest and tell you what services really need to be done over things that can wait. One great thing I have utilized in the last couple of visits is their drop-off service. They dropped off my vehicles on my driveway for no charge after the service. This has worked wonders for my busy work schedule. I highly recommend this garage.

I took my car in to get an electrical problem solved. I usually work on my own vehicles, but this time I was too busy and Im not great at electrical. The heater and ac didnt work, along with my dome light and high beams. their respected fuses kept blowing, until one day a new fuse simple wouldnt work. I told them to look into the fuse panel first and go from there. I took it in for what ended up being a checkup and all they did was give me a list of whats wrong with my car and how long it would take to figure out what the electrical problem was. While they looked to see what was wrong with my car, they managed to break off two wheel studs. They decided to try and tell me that the wheel studs were broken off when they got the car and I was driving around with it like that instead of admitting that they did it. This shop is not only bad at doing a simple task, but they will also lie to you. I have no idea how this shop has good reviews. - Not so Good vibes after all

The appointment was 3 days out from when we called. I appreciate there professionalism in setting the appointment and not overbooking. Rose and garage dog Louie welcomed me and after going through the vehicle’s issues they loaned me a car to get back to the university.I went back late morning to return the loaner and the technician took me through all of the things they found and told me what could wait and what needed to to be done. I had a certain budget I needed to stay within.They emailed all of the things that needed to done and the cost of each item. I went through the list and checked off the items I wanted to repair now.They had everything done by 5 and I was able to pay online. Good experience.

I apparently ran over a screw while moving . . . This team was great at getting me in quickly and getting me new tires so I can get on the road. Very grateful for the wonderful care I received!

My boyfriend and I were on a trip through Laramie, driving down 287 when the engine started making an awful sound. We limped to Good Vibes Garage around 4pm.Despite a full schedule, when they heard we were on a trip, they squeezed us in and did everything in their power to get the repair done that night. They pulled out the stops to get all the parts in 20 minutes - borrowing one part from another garage, calling somebody back on the clock to run us another part. Their mechanic stayed at work late to finish the repair. We looked up the price for the repair online, and it typically runs 2x to 4x what they charged us! We had another mechanical issue the next day and had a very productive chat with the mechanic on the phone. Thanks to his advice, we were able to get the spare part and fix it ourselves. A+ for honest, professional folks!Also, they have a cute dog Louie you can play with while you wait.

I was very disappointed in my experience with Good Vibes Garage after reading all of these positive reviews. I had my car towed to Good Vibes as the transmission cooler line went out, they said I needed a whole new transmission, new lines, and a whole bunch of other stuff that was false. I went somewhere else and had the line replaced (what I told them to do at Good Vibes) and it fixed all my issues and my car runs great once again. Don’t go for transmission work.It seems as though they were trying to take advantage of the situation and me being a college student.

We were passing through and had the oil pressure light come on, we were able to get in and have the part replaced withing 3 hours.

I really liked how this garage allowed me to get business done without ever visiting the shop. They even came and got the car, and dropped it off for free. 14/10 would recommend

Took my 2008 Ford F-150 to these guys to have my rear end looked at. Ended up that I needed to replace the whole rear differential. This is what I was expecting. Took a little over two months for me to get my truck back, and that is completely understandable. Left the shop, and was told there was a 6 month warranty on the replacement differential. After about 3 months of driving the pinions seal started to leak. I called them about it and was told they would call me back about it. Eventually I had to end up calling them again, just to be told I would be called back. I have been trying to get this figured out for almost six months now, and have really just become fed up with their whole operation. I really didn’t even want to waste my time writing this review, but just wanted everyone else to know this is not the place to go. Though pricing is cheap compared to other places in town, you get what you pay for I guess

Whats not to love about this place. I bought a 2013 f150 from Laramie GM that came with a laundry list of problems that they were not upfront with. The truck was my ride to and from work and this place dialed in and solved the major issues with my vehicle so I could drive back and forth to work. The best part is they saved me over 400$ in parts and labor. This garage cannot be highly recommended enough. They took a 2000$ repair bill from GM and brought it down to 500$ (original quote from good vibes was 900$). You need a car worked on this is the place to go. Amazing staff and mechanics who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They will retain my business for the rest of my time in Laramie!

I took my car to Toyota of Laramie and they came back with a laundry list of issues that had to be fixed immediately. I took the car to Good Vibes by recommendation and they gave me an honest review of what need to be done, what could wait and if they found anything else. The repaired my 4runner quickly and correctly, took it up to the mountains to test out the new cv axel, no issues!

Service was great and they had great communication about all the repairs that my car needed. They had a great pick-up and drop off service as well that is hard to find in this town. I was so grateful for that. So thankful for the job done on my car.

Good Vibes is very fair and honest. They were great comunicating with me from start to finish. They did a free inspection. I had an alignment, routers, tires rotated and balanced. Brake pads, shocks and suspension, oil change and light bulbs replaced. I will definitely trust them with my 4runner again!

I was 6 hours away from home when the motor in my truck went out. My truck was towed into the local shop, Good Vibes Garage. The staff was sympathetic to my problem, showed eagerness to help, and were extremely professional about the diagnosis process. I was beyond pleased that they were willing to show me, hands on, the specific problems with my vehicle. This truck is one I love just as my much as my own children and they didnt give me any grief over my excessive concerns. The repair was timely, they worked with me on payment, and even did another inspection when I came back in with a coolant leak(not related to the engine repair). It was a quality repair done with professionalism you dont see in most shops these days. If I lived closer to Laramie, I would use them as my regular mechanics for every vehicle I have. Easily the best mechanic in town. Had an issue with my transmission needing a replacement. These guys were fair, patient, and communicated with me through the whole process. There wasnt a moment when I felt I was being ignored or treated unfairly. This is by far one of the best community based businesses out there! Would definitely recommend.

Wow is the word I have for this crew.My alternator went out and destroyed my battery. Haggerty contacted I-80 towing and I pulled up automotive repair in Laramie and was taken care of from the moment Rose picked up the phone. She asked all questions and requested some photos including the VIN plate. I knew Rat then that my 57 chevy wagon was in great hands. I-80 towing chained the wagon down tight and delivered me straight to Good Vibes. They moved cars out of the shop moved mine right in tested and checked and I left with the truck driver to a hotel.This morning I slept in had coffee and called, Rose gave me a complete update, time to be ready and provide dropoff at my hotel.Veterans these are our people here. I couldnt be happier when I left with security to carryon with my trip home six hours away.Just to brag a lil bit. I drive my 57 wagon back and forth to Orange County every couple of years. This is the third time.Thank you Good Vibes Garage very much for helping me complete this trip.

Wasnt able to get my car in when I was stuck from out of town. Kept pushing my date out farther and farther costing me more in hotel fees. Ended up having to leave my car :( because of them I kept running out of money because of hotels and living expenses.

They were so sweet, helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. We were stranded coming across i80 when our bearings and rotors went out on our vintage 1989 GMC vandura. Every other place in town was booked for at least a week and wanted to do way more work than was necessary. They literally saved our lives and were very understanding of the fact that we lived in the vehicle and were traveling. They did the job for $570 when another place quoted us at around $1000 I would recommend them to anyone, especially travelers.

Needed an oil change while on the road and Good Vibes got me in the very next morning after I sent an email. Impressed! The communication is also outstanding, from the moment you make an online booking to when you get your car the interface is friendly yet clear, welcoming and digitalized for speed and convenience. A bonus was the inspection they sent of my truck before the service requested was complete so I knew exactly what condition my vehicle was in on all fronts. And this came at no extra charged. If I could give them six stars, I would. Absolutely wonderful service. I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to or being taken advantage of for not knowing much about cars when speaking with them. So I stopped into Good Vibes, explained I had a lifetime warranty on the part needing to be replaced, they accepted a new part delivered by me that was from Orileys and put it in for $215 total on their sliding fee scale.. I HIGHLY recommend this garage for a few reasons & for more than the money I saved:1. I was greeted kindly and professionally from the start by Rebecca and the tech staff (being a woman, this doesn’t always happen!).2. They are willing to work with the customer, understand what is going on and provide appropriate plans of action (other garages didn’t even talk about diagnostics, just took me at my word of what was wrong. Good Vibes asked the right questions and still wanted to see for themselves what the issue was. I really value that type of customer service!)3. They’re mission to serve the community on a sliding fee scale was much needed for the Laramie area! & not just for saving money. They’re business model truly makes you feel as if your safety is valued to them. They’d rather get you back on the road than tapping their fingers at you for you to bring your checkbook out. Without them, I would’ve been stuck with no gas money for the next month had I paid what other garages wanted (or I just wouldn’t have gotten my truck back right away).4. I had received a 2000$ estimate from another place in town. Thank god I brought my car to them for a second opinion. First of all they told me that my car didnt actually need some repairs. They fixed all the problems really quickly and I ended up paying 1/4 of the original estimate that I received thanks to their student discount. They are also so nice and friendly. A+ from me.
