They were very efficient. In and out, same day.
Our RV developed a suspension issue in Wyoming, while traveling from Illinois to California. A family member highly recommended Laramie Truck and Trailer Repair, from a previous, positive experience. The owner and one of his employees came in on a Sunday to assist. They were professional and friendly. Although it was their usual day off, they seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us get back on our way. Kudos to such a professionally run operation, and special thanks to Dana and Jason who got us repaired and back on our way!
Great people with great attitutes!!Always very polite and do great work. Fast reasonable and honest!Kylie at the front desk is awesome! Always has a smile and is always friendly goes above and beyond to help.Definitely recommend them you dont be disappointed if you go there!!
Awesome! What they have on the wall, Where our customers become friends, isnt just a catchy slogan, its a way of business. These guys genuinely want to help, not just go through the motions. They take the time to talk to you and treat you like a person, and they really go the extra mile. All that with one of the cheapest labor rates in town and quality, knowledgeable work. Ive never had such a positive and uplifting experience at a mechanics shop, and this place reminds me that there are still good, honest, helpful people in the world.
Good place to come and get your repairs done just because there is no other place to go except TA. I think they are way over priced. My tandems were stuck on my trailer, they adjusted the brakes and put anti-freeze in and they charged my $150+.
Terrific job replacing harmonic balancer on my motor home. Some delays in getting parts, but not unusual when dealing with big RV chassis. Very friendly crew. Probably not the cheapest in town, but good crew and well kept shop. They seem to service a lot of UPS trucks...a contract that is probably not easy to earn.
Highway robbery charged me 700 bucks to put 2 bolts in my drive axle. Took him 5 minutes to do the job. Then had to go up the road and have a dealer put the correct bolts in cause they installed the wrong ones. Real shady outfit!! Not right to do people this way. Run other direction if ya know whats good for ya!!
Got stuck in the area while working, was towed here and they were a great crew. My truck was a pain but they did what they could to get me back on the road on a Friday holiday weekend!
Towing ervice is top notch. Associated with All who towing.
Laramie Truck and Trailer now...Only Full Service Truck Shop in town. Good thing is that this place is awesome. Guy, the owner, is great. His office staff and technicians are not only top notch, they are all very friendly.Had my Volvo with an ISX in the shop within 5 mins. Diagnosis within 30 mins.Parts in the shop same day.Awesome work guys!
Got my truck in this shop for DEF repair, Tony is a manager there said they are qualified shop to do it. charge $130 per hour, did some diagnostics, replaced throttle valve, problem was not solved, did more diagnostics, cleaned lines... did not solve it...had to take it to dealer after paying $1400 for not qualified mechanics.Avoid this place. Not competent.
Works on only over the roads trucks and trailers. Has road calls for OTR, but does NOT have a tire service.
Not in operation anymore
