My car broke down with a busted drive shaft on I80 about 7am on a Sunday. I80 came and picked me up in a very reasonable amount of time and the driver, Ed was super helpful in pretty much every possible way. They even brought my car back to the shop and did the work to get me back on the road within a couple days. I cannot recommend this company enough, the people are super helpful and friendly and they made a very stressful situation much less stressful. Thanks a bunch everyone, and if Im ever in Laramie again Ill drop off some doughnuts or something!

I got stocked 60 miles out of Laramie and a super nice and kind guy named Ed arrived to help us.He was super nice and very professional.The service was the cheapest on the area.Ed was very tolerant and helped us find a good garage at Laramie.I highly recommend use them, ask specifically for Ed.

My U-Haul trailer received a flat tire after I left Cheyenne and I was stuck between Cheyenne and Laramie wyoming. I called you call and you haul sent i-80 towing in a very nice gentleman named Rob to assist me. Rob was very professional and very kind. He switched out the tires and I got on my way. Im very thankful that you guys were there to help me!

Mark and Ed really helped me out when my truck broke down as I came into town. I walked in and they read the codes on my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and helped me get back on the road the same day. They also helped me with my trailer and let me keep the trailer in their lot while the truck was getting fixed. Great people.

Incredible customer service. My first tow experience and the driver was over the top. I was passing through Wyoming and broke down in the middle of nowhere, 60 miles from civilization. The driver made me feel safe, loaded the vehicle, open the door, took me to my destination and followed up with me to make sure if I needed anything more. 1st class service, highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service. Had a breakdown 45 miles west of Laramie. Owner suggested I wait until the next morning to be towed in because it was after hours and the charge was higher. He gave me the number for the state/highway patrol so I could update them on when the vehicle was going to be towed. The next morning I was able to ride back to the vehicle with one of their drivers (Mark) who had the car secured and ready to go within 5 minutes. Their mechanics looked at the vehicle once we arrived in Laramie and made a suggestion on whom they thought should work on it then Mark took the vehicle there for no extra charge. Everyone from the office to the drivers and mechanics were extremely helpful and kind to me. Even had them tow my travel trailer to a KOA later that day! Never used a tow service before but if you need one near Laramie, WY this is a great choice! Thanks

Mr. Ed was an absolute blessing! My kids and I wound up stranded 500 miles away from home and even after his job was done, he still called to check up on us and see if we needed anything later on. Fair and honest company with outstanding employees! The kindness we were shown is worth more than anything money can buy!

Lost oil pressure in my rig going West on I 80 past Cheyenne, but limped and managed to make it to Laramie and shut it down.My breakdown service said the tow truck would be there an hour and a half to 2 hours. They showed up 10 to 15 minutes after that the road service made the call! The guy (I wish I had thought to remember his name) was professional and friendly, and they had no problems pulling through the fuel island so I could fill my reefer up before it got stored. He made sure I was able to let my dispatch know exactly where we dropped the trailer so there was no confusion. He was also very thorough in his work, and even got the drive shaft removed from my truck in about 10 minutes (I had seen it take about 2 hours before). He helped me make sure I had brought everything I needed for my trailer too. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I was given. Thank you!

Dont trust these guys to know what they are doing with your vehicle, we called for roadside assistance to change a tire. The mechanic spent over 30 minutes struggling to remove a hubcap before giving up and sending us down the road to a tire company because the hubcap must be riveted on so he couldnt remove it to change the tire. The guy at the tire company literally popped the hubcap off in under 30 seconds. I have no idea what I-80s mechanic was doing for all that time but we spent another 2 hours waiting for a real mechanic to do a simple tire change due to his incompetence. Absolute joke! Dont trust these guys to bail you out and call someone else because they will just waste your time and pass you along to another mechanic anyways.

Towed me into Laramie from Elk Mountain this morning got the job done in record time and they didn’t try to kick a man when he was down. Very fair prices. Will definitely use again if needed.

On August 8, 2020 we were stuck along I-80 66miles west of Laramie and after 45 years with AAA they couldnt find one of their entities to come get us, so we decided to take it on our selves and called I-80 Towing. When Ed our driver arrived he was friendly, knew his job and had no complaints about hauling our trailer 124 miles to Fort Collins.THESE GUYS GET THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!!!

First let me start by saying I used this tow company twice in the same week, and it was Christmas week! That being said, I will never use another towing company other than I-80 towing, they are absolutely fantastic and extremely customer focused. My wife ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere (Seville Canyon) on her way to a hospital in another town. Not only were they able to locate our black Nissan Titan, they went above and beyond by bringing it to her at the hospital. Unfortunately on her way back home, she was clipped by a semi on I-80 near the summit and collided with the cement median. Once again there was I-80 towing to the rescue!!!! They got there faster than expected, and got my wife and the vehicle home quickly and safely. Mark and Ed, you are two very exceptional people! Your compassion and professionalism are second to none. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!

If I could give ten stars I would. Jeremy you went above and beyond to tow us (truck and trailer) to the best location to get our problem fixed. Know it was trying to get someone to agree to help promptly but you did it. We also thank you for relocating the trailer to a safe location. You were truly a blessing.

We hired I-80 towing to get out truck out of jackknife position. They are outright lied to the drivers. They lied to us. They will hold your load hostage and dont care if you end up with a claim. They wanted to changed us $3000 to reload our load to another trailer, for 10 skids and dry freight? Tom will tell you that a week of storage is free and its not they charged us over $2400. If the state trooper calls them out to come if you r in need of help, tell the trooper you want to call your own towing company. Tom you need to learn what customer service is about.

Towing camper our Chevy dually went into limp mode...we pulled into I 80 towing and the service manager was so kind to come out and but the computer on to give us an idea of what was happening then found a mechanic who would help us get back up and running...thank you so much we couldnt of asked for anyone nicer to help us out....

Adam the driver was excellent. He was fast, friendly and safe. The experience was great. We had our truck and camper trailer towed 35 miles.

We hired I-80 to recover a truck of ours, I called at 545pm to get an update on the status, spoke with there after hours dispatcher Tom, who was the rudest person I have dealt with in some time!! He had no idea where his trucks were, acted like I was bothering him by calling, than after being completely inconsiderate, Tom hung up on me. We haul 500 or more nuclear loads through WY. on I-80, and will never use this company again. Tom, needs to learn what customer service is. Completely out of line!

Had a winch out 20 miles form them, they went there fast and charged fair. Thank you!

Ed (our tow truck driver) bad day enjoyable. He gave us a ride to our hotel 5 minutes away after dropping our car off at the mechanic. Great service, great timing, great company.

I had a drilling rig that needed special treatment from a mechanic in Cheyenne. It also required a special treatment of being towed because of the Derrick overhanging. They drove across the state on a whim (to a ranch in Hulett). Hooked up to my rig. Put on chains to get it to a county rd and then to a highway. Im so tickled I decided to write a review. Which Ive never done before. Thanks Tom, Mark and Amanda. P.s. I was denied by a couple towing companies before I got ahold of these guys.

This business is the worst ever. My insurance company hired them after hitting a deer at 8:30 pm. Was told they would be here in an hour. At 10:30 called i80 towing was told they would be to us in a few minutes. Still no one showed up so called them again they said they would be there in just a minute. Waited another 30 minutes called them and then they said they never even received a call for a tow for us. The owner was very rude each time I called and didn’t care about us. They never did show up and we ended up calling someone else. Never ever use i80 towing. They are a total fraud. It was the same man answering every time I called. Good thing it wasn’t winter or we probably would’ve died....

This place is a bunch of thieves. If you get your car towed they want 150 dollar storage fee, and 325 for a 10 to 15 block towing. The woman who answers the phone is quite rude to. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They even helped me with a referral to another company that could take care of me when I was outside their immediate coverage area.Nobody likes to have problems with their vehicles, but when you do, call I-80 Towing. :) Amanda takes care of business!!! Not sure why these guys have so many negative reviews but my experience was absolutely great and greatly appreciate their help in my situation.My semi truck engine failed me on the road. The guys came took my truck to nearest truck stop. Next day since there was no way to repair it there I decided to tow the truck from Laramie, WY to Chicago IL. I called few other companies and they quoted me an arm and a leg! I called back these guys, spoke with owner Tom and he gave a very reasonable price compared to other. I agree the tow truck picked up my truck Sunday and Monday was in Chicago. When he handed the invoice it was actually few hundred dollars less than quoted! I mean what tow truck company does that? Usually they charge you more than quoted lolIn the end have to say they did OUTSTANDING job!!! Fast and very reasonably priced!!!Next time in the area and will need tow service definitely will go back to them though let’s hope it doesn’t come down to that lolGREAT JOB!Thanks Tom and Mark!!!

I was in an accident about 35 miles out of town at 2am. Adam is the guy who came to help me and I cant say how much I appreciated him. I was still very shaken up when he got to me. The first thing he did was make sure I was ok and comfortable. He explained exactly what they (him and the highway patrol) were going to do and what may be needed. Such Big time

I-80 towing was called by my insurance company and there were there within an hour. They towed our motor home 160 miles to a repair facility for 6.00 a mile. Warrens towing wanted 12.00. I-80 towing was prompt and very courtesy. I would use them again.

The owner and manager of thus company are very rude like they are speaking to you as if you are nothing. When I spoke to the owner about my situation he said why am I speaking to you? After our full conversation he was completely rude to me and I wasnt being rude to him. I would say never get a tow from them because they are completely over priced and will now tell you anything until your tow is over. Never get a tow from them. I had such a terrible experience.

I got in a wreck. Not at all at fault. Went to get my car towed they would not release my car to me i went in prior and they said there was no balance or anythung. I could be towed to idaho for 1200.00 they are charging. This place is not professional and theiving. I do NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Had an engine die on me in the middle of a blizzard in Laramie -- twice, once with each of my cars in twi different storms, how lucky -- and these folks came out quickly both times to jump the cars and get me home. Very professional service, no charges above insurance. I was very thankful!

Fastest semi truck tow service ever. Called roadside assisstance they said within a hour. 30mins later Mark showed up. Hooked us up in less than 30mins. Was very friendly.

Very good customer service best price. My truck broke down I called several towing company around the area they were very expensive and waiting time was at least 4 to 5hrs. Lucky I called i 80 towing I was surprised how quick they were and very cheap and honest. ETA was 45 min and tow truck arrived in 42 min with very stress relief driver name MARK. Mark was wonderful man very hummbled friendly very respectful and experienced. 30 mins of paperwork. Offered cash to skip the paperwork but was turned down. Ive worked with tow companys in past and they never needed all my personal info. Probably for that reason I will try some one else next time. Spent 1.5 hour total on the side of the road.

My truck wouldnt start one morning at my house. It was 7:30 a.m. when I called & I expected to only get a recording with hours. Instead I got a human who scheduled a driver/operator for 8:15 a.m. The driver showed up at 8 a.m., 15 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. The driver/operator was nice & polite as well as helpful. I rode with him in the cab of the tow truck, which was clean & well-taken care of. The cost was also reasonable, only $65 (I was expecting to pay $100+). The only reasons I didnt give the company 5 stars are because the driver didnt put on his seatbelt until we were on the road to the mechanic (human bodies do not do well when they collide with solid objects), & he was fiddling with his cell phone while driving. Perhaps I know too much about accidents, but him fiddling with his cell phone while driving a fairly large vehicle unnerved me. Thankfully it was 30 mph all the way to the mechanic. Despite those issues, Id gladly use this company again for towing if needed (hopefully I dont).

This company is ridiculous, they charge a $75 per day storage Fee which ran my total up to $650! This is an obvious abuse of a position of authority and any business that is willing to throw college kids into money traps isnt a business i will ever support. Use anybody else

Worst towing in the west Testimonials from people who get stranded in Laramie when they give them instructions to take the damaged vehicle to a specific location they will always take it to their yard first and then they will tow it to the original location so they can collect storage fees and then will get a second towing. Someone has to stop these crooks.

First they wanted to charge me $90 to get a change of clothes out of my vehicle, then they tried to say I couldnt get my belongings out of my vehicle such as my navigation and when my state farm agent sent a town truck to come get my vehicle they said I took the keys and made him make a round trip back to their yard to get them, their office is across the street ran out of a house and they charge $75 a day for storage... complete bull crap with this company.

Dont use this company under any circumstances. They charged me $260 to tow my car 2.4 miles in town. There are other, more reputable companies in Laramie.

This place sucks. Dont use them for your towing needs. They are overpriced, rude and as crooked as they come. Id rather push my car to a shop myself than to let them tow it.

They told me their rate was 345 an hour, then charged me 500 for a half an hour. Then when I had a problem with my credit card and had to call to find out what was going on with it, the driver yelled at me about how he should be charging me more because he had to wait.
