Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten at any u-haul place they’re very helpful and patient with you they always try to give you the best advice possible when renting highly recommend them especially the 2 lady’s that’s work there always have positive attitude and always work with you.

Anyone who is looking to rent a storage or u haul this is the place I would recommend amazing service here always have never had a problem with them I’ve been here for 3 years so far and have no regrets at all their first priority is their customers 10/10

With my company sometimes I need boxes and merchandise last minute and this location never fails me or my clients. Prices may be a little Up but the location is convenient and right next to i95 . Also the manager always looks out for me when I get above a certain price

Worst experience for using Uhal for the first time. Employee didnt show up on time when they were to be open and had a difficult time returning the vehicle also. Do not recommend coming here

When I got there the system was down. Planned the day around being able to pick up a reservation and I could not. I now have to schedule a new day in the future instead of being done with this process.

If I could give 0 stars believe me I would! Literally the WORST customer service I have ever received. I’m still amazed why UHAUL would have Tammy working there. No one in the store and they take their sweet time to assist the customer. Terrible attitude. Almost as if she did not want to be working. I will never ever come back to this place. I prefer to go farther and pay extra before ever coming here again.

Never just drop the key off without having them give you a final receipt. This Uhaul always seemed to be one of the more reputable ones in the area until today. I drove the truck for 14 miles and they sent me a bill for 5 gallons of gas at $4.20 per gallon, even after I put 1 gallon in before returning it. When I complained, they said they made a mistake and were reducing the charge to $11. They said it left there with 7/16 full and returned with 3/8 full of gas. Their fuel gages are not even that specific to read 1/16 so its a total scam!

Clean and smooth riding trucks. Also needed them immediately and they provided.
