Great for pedis, 4 stars, not good at all for manis 👎🏾👎🏾

Horrible service! I kept trying to explain to her how my nails weren’t done right now 2 days later I have a fresh damn full set with a Broken Nail my real nail is torn up & leaking blood do not recommend this place!!!!

Good service. Get what you pay for. Easily spend $100 plus.

Nails look nice

This place is truly under rated and people shouldnt listen to the negative reviews. From start to finish, I had a luxurious experience. My pedi lasted over a half hour and I had a wonderful technician who gave me a great cut, buff, and massage. My callouses are horrible and my feet are as smooth as a babys now-- amazing job in my opinion. She did a beautiful and highly professional job on my on toe nails and gave me a wonderful french manicure. Ask for the lady at station #8. I would gladly tip this lady $20 again, she is worth it and a lot more.

I hated my experience I came in and was greeted with a hey lady sign in and pick a polish never told what I needed done. Said I wanted a pedicure and from start to finish it took 4 min. She also snipped my toe and never even apologized just said its because of your toes... No it isnt its because your rushing for no reason there was two people in there other than myself. Never will I go back

HORRIBLE!!! I’ve never had a worse full set. They never talked to me, just spoke Chinese to their coworkers the whole time. My nails are so bad I wish I didn’t get them done. Not to memtion it was $40 before tip and I have never paid that much. Go to Jenny Nails on Saginaw.. cheaper and they do a way better job.

Very rude. You can tell theyre talking about you and giving you dirty looks in the process while youre spending your money for the services. Never going back again.

My experience was horrible I wouldnt even give it one star but In order to type this I had to, my nails are all different lengths the paint job is terrible the acrylic is showing through the paint. When I asked for them to fix it they argued the fact that my nails looked fine and even told me to show another customer and when IAsked the customer she said well yes they are different lengths and widths and the acrylic is showing but I can only see in one eye even when she agreed with me they still did nothing but cake polish on top of the horrible paint job I am very unsatisfied with the nails overall and their customer service .

This place is horrible. Im from out of state, and this was my first time getting my nails done since moving to MI. I will never go back here. All I needed was a fill in. My nails look awful. The man filed my nails crooked, and you can visibly see the line where the fill in meets the original nail. On one of my nails a piece of fuzz got in the polish, and he just continued painting as if he couldnt see it. I made him redo it. Another one of my nails has a piece of something sticking out of it, but I had to go, so I didnt have time to get it fixed. He also cut my skin around my pinky with the electric file thing. They dont even have the lamps to put your nails under while they dry. I definitely dont recommend this place.

I have been going to Nail Trix for quite a long time and have had excellent Nail service by Tony and Denise! Im surprised by the negative reviews. If service is not rendered to anyones satisfaction they would make it right. I also have a friend who had a recent pedicare there and gave excellent marks to the person who performed the service.

Horrible experience. I went in to have my nails filled and painted. Less than a week later, they are all broken off and chipped. I will never again visit this salon.

Overpriced for mediocre nails. My nails were lifting before I needed a fill and one completely came off without any force. Worst salon around.

WORST PEDICURE EVER! They spent less than 8 minutes from beginning to polish done. Heals were dried back out before my polish dried. Foot tubs were only wiped out with a rag between pedicures, seemed very unsanitary. The language barrier was not worth the fight. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I went and got a pedicure and manicure and the old lady did a terrible job on both, she washed my feet and rubbed my legs for about 2min and thats it. Didnt scrap (which was the reason I went for my horrible caluses from working) and then she painted my toe nails and was done. She then started on my hands again did a bad a job again, she gouged my skin when filing and left my finger in bad pain and bleeding. It was $35 for a mani/pedi and it wasnt even worth that although that is very cheap for both. I do not recommend this place at all until either they start to care about their customers or they get new staff that care

They are hard to understand and they dont listen to what you want. They are pricy and very stubborn.

They messed up my colors - and then as if that was not enough the pedicure took about 10 minutes. and this included toe nails polished. she did not use the toe separator - instead asked me to put in my sandals after she polished and the polish was still wet. i told her that it was wet, and then when a couple of toes got smudged in the process, she look at me as though i was committing a crime! and then manicure - she continued with the cuticle trimming even though painful. and when i asked her to trim my nails, she looked at me again like i was committing a crime. These folks are expensive and then SHE KEPT SHOUTING AT THE TOP OF HER VOICE ABOUT HOW MUCH TIP I WANT TO LEAVE - and did not STOP until the people outside the store also heard. as i was very dissatisfied with this service i gave bare minimum of $2.00; with a hefty bill of $55.00. I normally give at least 15 to 20% but this salon and the lady who worked on me in particular - was rude, condescending and quite off-putting; I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!

Ive been in nail and hair business and NEVER asked anyone for a tip so wrong, pedicure sucked. And was very disappointed in my sisters. No base coat was used. Not impressed with them at all
