Had 10am appointment today, and was provided price range for water extraction and drying a Michigan basement. Then get call last minute they want more than double the price quoted - up to $5 per square foot due to “insurance claim” customers being given priority since they can overcharge more easily. Although have insurance, this was highly unprofessional not to have set rates & to cancel last minute. Price gouger company - avoid!

This past week has been a really hard one, but Serve Pro was there to hold my hand and walk me through to the other side. Sewage backup in my basement, and the same day I called, Serve Pro was here to clean up the mess, remove damaged walls/floors, and dry out the area. They couldnt have been more responsive or kinder. I would and will recommend them over and over again.

I had a good experience with this company starting with Sue in the office, and continuing with the cleanup crew, Kerry and Michael. They were professional, Kerry outlined my options when asked, and they did an excellent job on the cleanup. I am very satisfied and would recommend and use this company in the future.

ServPro did an excellent job of taking care of the water damage caused by a leaking toilet. They came within an hour of my call and set up their equipment very quickly.They checked on their equipment and its progress daily. They are very polite and courteous.I am very impressed with this service.

They guided me through an extensive facility disinfecting cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic, so our essential operation could continue to serve our community with news and information. I would not even hesitate to book them again.

Was excited of the possibility of using ServPro until the estimator came into my home with his filthy boots went into my basement with sewage, walked around my basement and took photos then walked back through my kitchen, dining room and living room with my 4 year old there with the same boots. Disgusting! Decided to go elsewhere. I did email the company explaining what happened, they emailed and called to apologize, but gross!

We were not happy at all with the service we received.For the most part they never showed up in the time window given, and did not call to let you know they were running late.They walked through my flower garden even though we have a sidewalk.When the pick up crew came to collect their equipment, the said the clean up crew didn’t do a good job, and they’d have to come out and redo the cleaning. They sent the same crew out with a supervisor (who left and didn’t supervise them) so who knows if some of the stuff got done.Never again will we use this company.Update: when looking around the basement we found items the hide instead of throwing them out like they were supposed to.Now we will have to pay someone else to do the job they were supposed to do.
