They Rush too quick. Does not take the time to get the job done right.

They got out to us right away, were punctual, kind, did a good job, and even ended up charging us less than they had originally quoted for their base rate based on it not being too much square footage. Highly recommend!

Steve from A-1 is awesome - he has saved some carpets for us that we thought we were going to have to replace because the grime and traffic wear was so heavy. In the apartment business, you cant force people to be clean and that can end up costing tons of money to replace carpet every time someone moves out, but Steve can really get them clean! They look brand new when hes done and we call him every time we need carpet service. Hes also very friendly and we enjoy calling to schedule things.
