Exceptional service. Ruth was able to easily identify the problem with my shade and repair it while I waited. Because of her expertise, my shade is back up without needing to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Im grateful to have this local business in our community. And, of course, love the dogs.
Some of the younger staff here seemed very sweet. However, Ruth the owner, is very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to discuss customer concerns. To me it seems like a professional, honest business would welcome the dialogue of a unhappy customer. The company accidently ripped my chair, I called the owner so we could discuss this. In addition, one of the main stains didnt come out of my item. The stain I took the chair to this business for didnt come out and there chair looked horrible, it was was ripped when I got it back and there was a blue ink stain on the back of the chair, from what looked like a written ink tag on the back. So overall i was displeased with the company i just wanted to talk with Ruth or anyone that could explain what happened.I will never, ever, do business here again! Ruth refused to discuss any of my concerns like a professional business owner would want to do. Ruth, actually said I ripped by own chair and she HUNG up on me! Poor woman so unprofessional!STAY FAR AWAY from this business! Overall a ridiculous, unprofessional, immature, business owner not worth the headache of doing business with nor worth my hard earned money, they DONT GET STAINS OUT!P.S. NOPE RUTH, THIS RIP IS NOT FROM MY SUV ITS FROM YOUR COMPANIES CARELESSNESS.

We love the employees at Maurer’s! They are always so sweet and willing to do whatever they can to please the client. Plus they have two adorable dogs! I dont know why anyone would even consider taking their business elsewhere. We love them! Highly recommend!

Went with my father to pickup my parents area rug they had cleaned. They had called prior to picking it up to make sure it was folded and not rolled so it would fit in the vehicle. We got there and it was rolled. Then once they fixed it we were finally able to put in the vehicle. We waited until after the holidays to put the rug back down and noticed the stains my parents specifically told them about were still there. It cost over $300 to clean so it was really disappointing to see it didnt look any different than it did before the cleaning. If they ever clean another rug I will definitely request to have it laid out to examine before taking to prevent it from happening again.
Nice Company, came out and serviced our floors at MSU and did a great job. Really fast customer service as well, requested an invoice and had a copy with in 10 minutes.
