After calling several other cleaning services, some of whom didnt even call me back, Magna Dry came and did a test on my linen sofa. Worked OK so Bruce came and cleaned. I thought I was going to have to recover that sofa but it came out beautiful!! Every stain and smudge spot gone. Thank you so much!

We payed $70 for them to clean our area rug...it was supposed to be dry in 24 hours we had to wait over a week for them to drop it off ...they said they were going to drop it off on a Monday, and they still didnt drop it off till Friday, which is not acceptable, especially since we live down the exact same road as the business. When we got it back it just smelled like chemicals..so we cleaned it ourselves and the water was brown afterwards! It was not cleaned in the least bit..a big rip-off and a waste of our time would certainly never recommend this place at all dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews..

MagnaDry is awesome. The have been cleaning the carpets in our apartments and personal homes for years - I wont consider calling anyone else. They are courteous and professional. They are a fantastic company - simply the best!

Snow b-The week you called we had literally hundreds of water damage calls after a 100-year rain, which left most of Holt and Mason and much of South Lansing almost completely underwater, we tried to get to everyone that called in a timely manner but it got to a point where we knew we couldnt get to everyone and we always want to do a thorough job for our customers. So we chose to complete fewer jobs well than take on more customers and risk not being able to properly dry out their homes and properties. Sorry your experience wasnt up to par, I hope youll give us another chance with our carpet or tile cleaning we really do try to give quality work to our customers.

Came home at 8am to find our basement had flooded, left a voicemail for MagnaDry at 8:15, they called back at 8:30, and were at our house at 8:50. A 35 minute response time! (: Took a few hours to get all the water out (so much water!), but everyone was friendly and professional the whole way through. Havent received my bill yet, as we still have dehumidifiers running, but I wont be grumbling at any costs because they responded SO quickly, potentially saving tons of my belongings from damage. Thanks!
