Whoever called was extremely rude. And then hung up. Absolute terrible customer services.I wish I could give negative stars. I would sincerely hope that whoever reads this review never does business with them.

Came on time, did good quick job. Only thing didnt dry carpet very well. But good enough and clean!

We had them do our furnace vents, couch, and carpet. Mike and Justin did a great job. We asked for them because they do such a good job. They arrived on time and kept us informed.

I used their services a couple of times so far but Im definitely not going to be a returning customer.Their staff is excellent, very polite and helpful but the management/owner is a complete different story.The owner has an awful attitude towards the customers and gives out wrong estimates.I was quoted a different amount at the time of the carpet pick up and a completely different amount when they called me prior of the delivery .The owner raised his tone over the phone, and in response to my question about the unexpected raise,he said well thats whats going to beSurely not coming back,and that’s very unfortunate because the people that work for them are so nice

Ive been using ace to clean our carpets for about 4 years,only after SS with all there certifications​ soaked our carpets and couldnt get the job done. This week we had ace clean our furniture for the first time and it looks like new. To summarize, they do a fantastic job at a good price and leave our home looking and smelling clean. Oh, your carpets wont take days to dry even with fans blowing on them either.

Myself and my family have been bringing our rugs here for years - we wouldnt go anywhere else in town. Great family owned store. The prices are very reasonable and the work is phenomenal every time. Their attention to detail and instructions is spot on, if there are any hiccups they inform you of them and do what they can to resolve them, and the staff is incredibly helpful, i.e., loading and unloading rugs. Highly recommended!

I brought two large area rugs here to be cleaned. No fringe, nothing fancy. Although the price was great, the results were less than satisfactory. One of the rugs had been in our basement when it flooded. I brought it here because it was stiff & had orangeish into from the water that flooded. They managed to get the texture back to that of a rug, but it still has stained areas. But that’s not their fault if it was a stain that could not be removed. The second rug had been urinated on by a dog we were fostering. I dropped it off & let them know it needed to be cleaned due to dogs. They didn’t call me to let me know when they were finished, so I called a few days later. They checked my name & said they were done. Again, not a huge deal, but a little annoying. I told them I would be in two days later to pick them up on my day off. The next day, they called me to tell me they were finished. I explained I had already called to check the day before & had already told them I’d be in the following day. Finally I went to go pick the rugs up. They gave me the total which seemed reasonable. I mentioned that it was a little lower than I expected & I would definitely come back at those prices. The woman explained that they had forgotten to charge me for deodorizer on one, so if I returned, the price would most likely be about $20 more. I got the rugs in my car & started home. The first one was improved, but still stained as I mentioned earlier. The second didn’t even seem as if it had been cleaned. On the way home, i could smell dog from the rugs confined in my vehicle. As soon as I returned home, I called the store. They told me I could bring the rugs back but that I would be charged for the deodorizer as it’s usually only used on rugs with urine odor. So, I’m not sure if they forgot to charge me for deodorizer they did use but didn’t work or if they didn’t charge me because they didn’t use it, despite me telling them that was the exact reason we brought the rug in. Both alternative were disappointing. I chose not to return & be charged for something when I wasn’t satisfied with my results the first time. The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because everyone was kind through every interaction. But I will definitely not be returning & will advise everyone I know to go somewhere else as well.

First visit to ACE Rug Cleaning, Took a lightly soiled area rug in early December which I would imagine is a busy time of year. Got it back in less than a week looking better than new. Friendly staff unloaded and loaded the rug for me. I had gotten a quote from another area cleaner that advertises a lot, but they were nearly double the ACE price after a coupon. I think Ive found my new rug cleaner.

I hired this company to clean my ducts in December of 2017. I assumed all was well until I received the news, while I had a new furnace installed in June of 2018, that my ducts needed cleaning. I explained to the furnace company that I just had them cleaned by Ace. The furnace installer kindly showed me the nearly 1 inch thick debris still in my duct (one he was working on for furnace installation). He even took pictures of it for me to document it.When I contacted this company about the poor result, the owners insisted I had my ducts cleaned in 2015 (and not just 6 months ago). I told him he was wrong. He agreed that we were at an impasse: I insisted work was done in 2017; he said it was done in 2015. I even emailed him a copy of the check, showing the banks date stamp of 12/18/2017 on it.Do NOT hire this company to do anything for you. I highly doubt theyll come back out to my house and do this right. So Im now out $195 and still have filthy ducts in my house. Please see the photo attached. Great job cleaning our couches

They supposedly cleaned our ducts... Went to do some work on our house and had to remove one of the duct sections and it was full of dirt and trash. Not very honest of them to say they CLEAN your ducts. hire someone else.. even have pictures if the dirt but cant upload them
