I have had Dani do my hair a few times now, and she always does such a great job. She is friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and most importantly has a flair for hair! This time, she spent hours lightening and preparing my hair so that we could dye it pastel purple. She even stayed late to make sure the job was done right. My new look has caught the eye and fancy of everyone I know and probably strangers too. Im sure Dani can do the same for you!

Came here to have the -not- Great Clips hair cut fixed. Ladies were very friendly and patient. They seem to like kids here. Hairstylist talked to my son about the stuff he is interested in, and did a good job without yelling at him!!

Lady got my kids hair part done then said she found a nit.... I search all of my kids hair nothing but yet left her with a half of a cut said o you cant tell yes yes you can so thank you for messing up my kids hair day before school starts and no where else is open.Update management was taken care of it and cut her hair and its amazing i can not member her name honestly but shes amazing and went above and beyond

I am so pleased with my haircut! Ive lost hair over time and whats left was thin.I didnt believe I had enough hair to get any style. My stylist, Dani knew what I wanted when I told her I wanted it short, like Ellen DeGeneres. I was so pleasantly surprised! It is clipped neatly in the back and sides and the top just long enough! Its a very nice pixie cut!

Took our 3 year old here for his first haircut. He was scared and wouldnt sit in the chair, just clung to his daddy on the floor. Dani got down on hands and knees and cut his hair there, she was so patient and so kind, we are extremely grateful. Everyone working there did their best to help make our son feel safe and welcome, and we will definitely be coming back for all his future haircuts!

Ive been going to Mandie to get my hair cut for two years now. Shes by far the best stylist Ive had, and the first Ive referred to as my stylist. She is always cheerful and accommodating.The location is clean and the atmosphere is affable and professional! I would definitely recommend!!!

I took my mother in today to get her hair colored and cut. She has a condition where she has lost control of her movements. Mandie took really good care of her and was very good at working with the movements to get her hair cut. The cut and color turned out wonderful. My mother loves it and enjoys going to see Mandie.

I had an appointment today at 3:40 p.m. . I arrived 5 minutes early to be told that I would have to wait 45 minutes because the stylist that I booked my appointment with had someone else in her chair.Whats the point in making an appointment if I have to sit there and wait for 45 minutes?I was a regular customer but after today I will not be back. An apology would have been nice.

When I walked into Supercuts my hair was a tragedy. The lady that cut my hair, Chyna, was patient and took her time with me. Both of the employees there that evening were very friendly, and nice to talk to. I thought it was very affordable. Chyna has talent. By the time she was done with my hair she had turned a tragedy into a triumph. I am very happy. I plan on going back.

1st time I was there the stylist was amazing, so i returned later when i needed a cut. This stylist was so busy talking with everyone that she barely cut any off my hair. Not interested in that type of service. Walked out any my husband asked if I needed to stop back as he could not even tell my hair was cut. Bangs were still in my eyes as well.

Unfriendly staff. I understand you close at 10 but to pull all of your soup Wells at 9 when I showed up ridiculous lazy. The server was so preoccupied with other activities such as smoking cigarets to make sure that her food come out correctly and in a proper order. You would think with the name long one steakhouse the best thing they have on the menu is the steak but no they serve shoe leather when I order medium to medium rare its just a mystery.

Sue, is a wonderful stylist and always gives me and my boyfriend wonderful haircuts! She has been doing my hair for over 20 years! I trust with my hair and she is a wonderful asset to the company! Love that lady, she is the bomb!

Unfortunately cant make appointments with her, but Kelly is so excellent at cutting pretty unforgiving straight, coarse hair that my fiance will continue going back to her so long as she works there. Also, great value for skill that we cant find anywhere else in Lansing.

I just had my eyebrows waxed by Michelle Macarthur and she did an amazing job. Usually when someone does my eyebrows I point out a stray hair with her she had it all gone. Im very happy with how my eyebrows turned out!!! Go see her for your eyebrows shes amazing.

Every time I go to this location it’s highly understaffed and people are angry in the small lobby. I’ve seen multiple people walk out each visit. It’s usually prime time hours too and never seems to change. Even with an appointment I still have to wait 30-45 minutes which is unacceptable. This location has potential but management needs to do their job

My husband just took our 7 year old and 11 year old in for a haircut. The women who were working seemed annoyed and were unwelcoming. They told my husband it would be a 35 minute wait. After 35 minutes had passed it was obvious they were not even getting close but they did not say anything to my husband. After he asked how much longer they said 35 more minutes. Its terrible they didnt say anything without being asked. This an awful way to treat a dad taking his kids to get their haircut. We have been a customer to this location for 8 years and will not be going back. :(
