This was my first time there . I had a great time. Cedric made me feel comfortable and welcome and so did the rest of the barbers. I will continue to get my hair cut there. Thanks Klassy Kuts& Cedric for making me feel welcome and at ease.

The staff is very knowledgeable, and the price is great, however I believe they should work more on the costumer service, little things that people value. Sometimes I’m reluctant of coming back only because of that, also it would be in your best interest to have a booking website I promise you it will increase your profits

I have been going to the beauty shop part of the salon for 3 years for extensions . Michelle has now convinced me that glue in wigs in the new thing. I can’t wait to try it. There are 2 other stylists that also do extensions while I am there. Both seem to have satisfied customers. Michelle also has male customers. Some of the men come from the barber shop to have something extra done. The barber shop is always busy with men and children.

Went here because I drive past often. While I was getting my hair cut there were 2 kids next to me, coughing and hacking up a lung. There was some lysol sprayed but no actual attempt to sanitize. The barber was overall a pretty nice guy, but he was definitely stoned because his hands smelled of ganja. That may just be the reason why the length on each side of my head is different. Long hairs in random spots. Overall I was not satisfied with the service.

-Don’t go here- I thought this would be a good place to get a hair cut but I was wrong. The employees here have horrible customer service. They are very rude and don’t engage their customer. Their prices are great but their service is poor. I’d rather pay an extra $5-10 to get better customer service and a better cut. The sad part is I even tipped these guys and they were still rude to me.Don’t waste your money here. Spend your money with people who appreciate their customers

While it’s a more isolated part of town, this place delivers with awesome people, a culture like no other, and clean cuts! I’ve gotten my favorite cuts in Lansing here, by Bakar and JD (who’s an awesome brother!)...Would go back, if Barber Love weren’t much closer!

Best Barber Shop Ive ever been too. I dont have to wait long to get my next haircut or worry about being scheduled just to be told to wait. Plus their haircut prices beat the rest. Enough said.

Horrible customer service if you do decide to go to plz clear out your schedule (all day if possible) they go by appointments instead of fcfs It wouldnt be bad if they try to squeeze you in but not at all i done seen barbers sit in there chair (or behind)and wait until there nexts appointment they are good barbers but there service is terrible
