Felix and his wife run the best nail salon in Lancaster County. The nail salon is Hospital grade clean! Best spa pedicure and my full set always lasts 6-8 weeks. Please give this family owned nail salon your business - they are incredible!

Have been going to Felix for a while and he always does a fantastic job. He truly knows how to do the best nails that are done to perfection. Their Covid-19 protocols were excellent as they made sure to space everyone out and even limit the amount of people in the salon. Very clean and well managed!

They do a great job at pampering you and my nails always last a long time. If your nails happen to chip within a week of getting them done, they will repair them for free. Gel usually lasts me close to 4 weeks, depending on my activities.

I love going here for pedicures, they are consistently good and such a good value for the money. The deluxe pedicure with orange is my go to.

Premium nails is awesome! They take their time with you. I get the best hot stone pedicures here and their services are so worth what you pay for them. They even give facials. And offer you free drinks while you get your nails done. Cindy is the best pedicurist. Love love her! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I will not be back. The people working do not treat you like a customer and dont even bother pretending to be professional or polite. The man that did my nails didnt utter a word to me other than short rude statements when I asked a question. He ordered me about instead of being kind. He also rushed my nails and there were many mistakes and inconsistencies. I got a full set of acrylics and he made me bleed in a few spots with the drill because he was so rough. They also changed the price on me after telling me it was one thing, they charged my credit card 5$ extra for who knows what -- bad service possibly? When my nails were finally finished a lady came and was putting some drops on my nails to help them dry, but she ended up nicking my nails and making bumps. They looked so horrible that I literally ended up going home and taking the polish off to do it properly myself. It is A WASTE OF MONEY going here. If you want to be treated like a human pick another place.

Came in and had Mindy as my nail technician. I tried to start small talk just so it isn’t awkward and I was just so certain she would have such a happy mood and be as upbeat as the atmosphere is. I was telling her how nice the place was and she ignored me continued working on my nails. I immediately let it go because maybe she was having a bad day?Next issue was I was giving her small details on what I needed fixed or perfected and her response was really passive and irritated-like. All ofThe customers got their receipt after their service was done but me, she asked me to pay in the middle as if I wasn’t going to pay?All of the other technicians just stared at me which made me really uncomfortable as well. Even when I made sure they knew I saw them staring they continued to do so. Lastly, I accidentally hit my nail while it wasn’t try and I saw a minor scratch and I asked her to fix she threw up her hands and went “WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT I DONT SEE ANYTHING WHY YOU KEEP TELLING ME TO FIX” and I calmly replied and told her that I hit my nail and I noticed what was messed up. I was so excited to try this nail salon I posted it and everything but I do not want anyone to experience this. So humiliating.

Easily the BEST nail spa in Lancaster County. Felix gives an amazing pedicure and so does Lem. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Family owned and operated and truly the best customer service!

I would’ve given 4 if I wasn’t slightly freaked out with how my acrylic nails were removed. Pretty much had a small anxiety attack. They were removed by being picked & peeled from my nails which was pretty freaky & kinda hurt since my nail beds felt sensitive during the process. And my nail acrylics ended up being shorter than what I wanted but that’s ok. I was happy with the colour of the nail polish. I dunno, it wasn’t my best nail salon experience but it didn’t end terribly.

I was on a day trip in Lancaster on 4/17/18 and needed my nails done. I googled and found this place nearby. The website looked great. Yet when I arrived, the salon did not look that way at all. When I entered the door I immediately noticed that the pedicure foot tubs did not look clean. I asked about their cleaning process between clients and about how they cleaned the instruments. The lady was immediately irritated and though she initially said she could do my manicure, then she abruptly said she could not do it because she had another appointment. She just walked away. So I just walked out.

Great service. Not really worth money to get Geller except the massage and scrub is good. Geller doesnt really do much. The guy there massages feet so good.

Me and my sister got pedicures done here a few weeks ago by a lady named Cindy... First, the pedicures were PAINFUL not enjoyable as they should be... She cut our toenails way too short and dug in them until she almost drew blood. We both left with bright red skin around our toes and ended up getting ingrown toetails... I am all for a good pedicure that cleans out the dead skin but this was far too much. She also rushed through painting my sisters toes but thankfully I had a nice gentleman paint my toes which I really appreciated.. I will consider going back but I will be requesting someone other than Cindy!!!

So, I came in for an appointment that I scheduled online. When I got there, the person wasnt even there. Also, instead of asking How may I help you?, the people there literally just told me to sit down. I certainly wont be back.

They offered online appt scheduling, but never check it. There is NO point in signing up for an appt online. 1st time i went i discovered the online appt schedule was not checked, when the gentleman flat out told me, i did not check it today. I got there early so i was taken care of, but by the time i was leaving they were back up a bridal party of 4, and 4 waiting customers, while all the staff had ppl in their chairs. Figure i would give them benefit of doubt and try again. I have 2 friends that go and see lam, love her, but they have fallen into a routine at the business. Today again online scheduled arrive 10 mins early, got me in chair 5:50, and was setting me up let my gel come off, told me he would be back in 30 mins, just to start my pedi. My appt was 5:45, likely would not have started before 6:20-6:25. If u have lots of extra time, im sure they r good. But nail salons r a dime a dozen, and the lack of organization at this one is not a selling feature.

I waited for 40 minutes to be seen and had an appointment which I was on time for. The staff clearly favored clients that come in on a normal basis. I was trying this spa for the first time and was taken back last over people that had no appointment but were regulars. As I waited I checked the website for prices and to see what kind of pedicure I would like. They claim that their website is outdated and does not work properly therefore that is why their prices are increased now. I paid more than I anticipated going into this salon due to their faulty prices online. Let’s just say I am not returning- nor will I recommend this spa to others.
