As of 9/25/2021 great place for nail service. Excellent customer service. Jenny is a great Nail tec. She worked hard to get me the color I wanted because of my dark nails. I didnt have an appointment so I did have a but of a wait* but it was worth it. I will be back. ***THE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS***.

I got my nails done by Nicole today and she was AMAZING. I cannot express enough how nice and easy to talk to she was we got along so well. She asked after every nail if I liked it and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I 100% will be coming back to her. Thank you so much Nicole!!

Lam did my nails the first time and I loved it. Vivian did my nails the second time. She was the absolute sweetest. These ladies are so nice and do a great job. Both times were dipping powder. They last forever!

I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a long time and went in to treat myself the day before my birthday. I went because the reviews and pictures looked good, but I’m really disappointed. The acrylic is super chunky, the polish is sloppy and uneven, there’s a bubble on one of the nails, and the undersides look terrible. And worse, I don’t have time to do anything about it before tomorrow so I’m stuck with them for my birthday now. It’s honestly maybe the worst set I’ve ever had done.

LA Nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done in Lancaster. It is always clean, the service is always friendly, and they take their time to make sure everything is as I want it. Plus, they treat my young son who likes to get his nails done with such kindness, too. They always do such a great job and I’m always happy with the result!

Sofiya or Sofia I wasn’t sure how she spell her name, she’s amazing I love her work, she take her with my nails but she work only weekend appointment recommended with her you won’t be disappointed .

I really love this place and the manner of people who work in there. Vivian is great and I’ve noticed that she values a customer satisfaction. I made an appointment and when I got there, they were so busy and I had to wait. I have to admit that it was irritating. However, Vivian tried to make it up for me, I didn’t have any expectation. I love my nail and pedicure. Lisa did amazing too. They close at 5 pm on Sunday but She stayed with me after hour on the weekend, and did a vey nice job, they have lots of options too. I definitely give 5 stars to this place, first and foremost for the way they treat a customer and secondly because of their great job. Thank You Vivian and Lisa!

I just moved here and have tried a couple places trying to find a new nail place. This is my go to place!! Lam has done my nails the past 2 times and she is awesome! Asking several times as she is doing them to make sure they are to my liking. She takes her time but gets it done in a timely manner and she is so sweet!

The lady who did my acrylic set did a amazing job. I asked her before she started on my nails how much it was and would be and she told me the price start forward.She made sure I liked it before she moved on to the next thing. She made sure they was the same length and everything. I was really pleased with my nails and definitely will be returning in the future.😊

I went there with my sister to both get pedicures and full sets and it was an absolutely awful experience from beginning to end. My pedicure was way under par and my set couldn’t be worn long before getting them fixed somewhere else because they were thick and the shape, paint and quality were not good enough to wear. I’ve been to many places and experienced many different technicians and this was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

Always enjoy having Kim do my nails! She pays attention to details when working with your nails. Also get my eyebrows done and they do a great job!!

Terrible experience. Went with my daughter she was getting a full set and I was getting a pedicure, full set and some waxing. Got the pedicure it was plain bad, I knew it as soon as 5 minutes in the tech was about done. He didnt cut my nails even thought he asked and I said yes please. Not cuticle care or anything. I am used to lack of care in pedicures at these places so I let it go, the paint job was mediocre at best as well. I was waiting for my full set and another tech came over saying she would do it, as soon as I showed her a pic of what I wanted ( simple claw shaped nails, white polish and a line thru some nails) she said for me to wait on someone else, I appreciated this as it was obvious she did not have the knowledge or ability to do it. While waiting she asked to do my eyebrows and lip, long story short she took a piece of my eyebrow off and claimed it was like that before. By this time I was upset and distraught my daughters tech was apparently worried I would cause a scene and just wanted me to sit by her to wait on her, someone else that I assumed is the manager came to ask what happened but she really did not care about how I felt or tried to make it better as soon as I said I wasnt even going to try to get my full set my bill was presented to me as if I was a risk of leaving without paying, never mind my teen daughter was still getting her full set done. That was all I could take, I paid my $54 bill for a bad pedicure and botched eyebrow and went to wait for my daughter in the car. My daughters full set was a mess too. My main complaint of this place was their customer service or lack of. Never again!

Earlier I had left a 1 star review but after giving a call to the store and setting up an appointment to get my acrylics removed, the staff was very kind and understanding towards me. I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to satisfy my needs and I was given a full refund. My mother will be returning because she had a good experience off the first visit, I think I just had a special case. But this is a good nail place, they are keen on making the customer happy. They removed my nails beautifully.

I love Lam! She has been my technician from the beginning. She is friendly, compassionate if i come in from a rough day, and she always pays close attention to her work on my hands.

The service here was great 😊, the staff was friendly, the shop was very clean and comfortable. I received a gel manicure and my nails came out great. I’m very happy with the service I received.

I can’t speak for any of the other employees there but the lady I had today for my manicure and pedicure did not do good. My pedicure wasn’t bad except for paint on the sides of some of my toes but my manicure was awful. It was almost like she was in a rush for the next client. I just wanted clear nail polish because my school doesn’t allow color and she rushed through it. She barely trimmed my cuticles and the skin around it and my nails were all different shapes. She didn’t thoroughly file them or anything and my clear nail polish chipped the same day. I was highly unsatisfied especially to be paying a total of $50 for it all.

Hit or miss. I was really satisfied with a previous experience. Spent two hours here yesterday and my nails look uneven and unprofessional. It’s not the nail techs fault, as she seems to be learning, but the nail salon owner didn’t really check her work. So I paid and tipped her and just left. I’ll just go somewhere else to get it fixed. But I wasn’t too happy about spending my time and money on a service that I have to go get fixed now :(

Possibly the worst pedicure i have ever received in my life. I had to ask her to really clean up my toes at all. The polish itself looks like i tried to do it with my eyes closed. Sounds like i am making this up but the lack of care that i got on my toes is truly sad. Polish was also left on the side of toes as well. She did not even take away any of the tough areas on my feet either. This was my second time going because i wanted to give them another chance and was giving them the benefit of doubt but i am really wishing i hadnt. Seriously, DO NOT waste your time. Horrible.

I got a gel manicure done and it looked ok when I left but after looking at it closer, there are bubbles in each nail. I’m thinking this is due to the polish being put in an electronic mixer prior to use.

L.A. Nails is the best salon Ive been to in Lancaster. When I say Ive tried a ton of salons in the area, I mean it. When I moved here, I went all over looking for my go-to salon and this is the one place Ive be happy with my nails and the service I received every single time. I usually get dip powder manicures and gel pedicures here-the finished products of both always look great.The pedicures are super relaxing and all of the nail techs do a meticulous job. Speaking of techs, every single person who works at the salon is always super kind to me and makes me feel welcome. Ive never had issues scheduling same day and if Ive ever had to wait coming in as a walk-in, it was a reasonable amount of time. I could easily go 3-4 weeks between appointments and still have my nails look perfect. Best of all, they have a ton of colours to choose from and in a lot of the colours of regular polish, they have matching gel polish and dip powder too.Id highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a salon thats worth your money.EDIT: The last visit, (see the pic of my Halloween nails), we decided to go with gel on acrylic. At salons I had been to in the past, I didnt have good experiences with gel on my fingers but decided to try it out again and I am in love! Seriously, you cant go wrong here. Also, Id like to note that they recently did renovations and things look better than ever.

I went to LA Nails after hearing great things from a family member. I decided to give them a try since I needed a fill-in ASAP, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my nails ended up looking. The lady who did my nails was VERY nice, which is honestly the only reason why Im even giving 2 stars. But my nails looked so sloppy and Ive never been more disappointed with how they look. I will not be returning to this place.

I love that you earn points for every visit here. I always go to the same technician, Lam, she is literally the best. She takes her time and her precision and technique is amazing. I usually get a gel manicure and spa pedicure and the experience is never disappointing.

We had appointments for 2 pedicures. They asked if we wanted to upgrade, we did to their signature Spa Pedicure (45 minutes). I asked if they had the extra time and was assured they did. They finished in less than 30 minutes. I had to ask to have some attention brought to my calluses, they never touched them. We were very rushed. Don’t offer the service if you don’t have the time. Won’t be going back!

Fixed my broken overlay acrylic nails and made sure they wouldnt continue to break

Im from Baltimore, but was in Pennsylvania for a couple days for work. I went here Monday night, yesterday, 2/25/19 to get a pedicure and a acrylic overlay with gel polish. This is what my nails look like not even 24 hours later. This was $69.00. Im severely upset. I was the only one there and it was painfully obvious they wanted to leave. **UPDATE : The additional 2 pics are 3 days post service. Im SOOOOOOOOOOOOO upset.

I had a full set with gel polish done on 3/20/21. It looks horrendous. The acrylic is thick and bumpy. The nails are not filed straight. The polish is clumpy. Ive tried to reach out to them and sent pictures without any response. I will NEVER go back to this salon! Neither will anybody thats seen my nails! Theyre so bad its embarrassing.

It’s not bad but they don’t do designs like the pictures they have. this place is just for regular nails i guess.

Their fancy nail tech (I have yet to learn her name) is extremely talented, super friendly and so sweet.My daughter and I were told if we had any issues with our nails to come back and they would repair it for free.I’m going for a mani-pedi next time! MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! We sat there last Sunday for over 1 1/2 hrs! The lady was hurrying through it, I asked for oval nails, 4 were oval and the rest round and square. I asked for them to be shortened a little more. She said she asked me before. Because I didn’t understand her, and she just ignored me. I tipped her well, even though it was pretty expensive. WON’T GO BACK

I had a very good experience getting a pedicure here. Made an appointment online - which I love! Very covid friendly. Spaced out. Everyone had masks. Clean facility as well. The pedicure was great too!

I went in with a full acrylic set that I had done somewhere else (& absolutely hated) and left with the best nails of my life. They were so sweet and actually cared about the final product. At other salons my nails always hurt after getting them done but I had absolutely no pain here!

I go here to get my eyebrows done because they are always on point!! Today I went and Vivian waxed them and I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with my experience. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I don’t know anyone who works there, and never met anyone there before but I’ll never go anywhere else.

I heard great things about this place so decided to try it out. I asked for a Spa Pedicure (and paid for a spa pedicure) but definitely got the most basic pedicure possible. I believe the lady just wanted to get through it because she was the one to charge me knowing I didnt get the service I requested. OR, if this is the normal pedicure you get when asking for the more expensive pedicure, its not worth the extra money whatsoever. My pedicure was about 20 minutes long, she only exfoliated one foot and skipped the calluses which are the main reason I go for pedicures. I also didnt receive the foot/leg massage or the foot mask which is what the extra money for the spa is apparently for. My acrylic infill was also quite bad - all of my nails are different lengths and are crooked, which I asked twice to have them fixed. I bought a nail file on the way home so I could t least make them presentable. They also look like theyve been growing out for a week as she didnt start the polish at the base of the nail, maybe on purpose so I have to come in sooner for another infill?The reviews are promising but unfortunately I just had a bad experience. Maybe I had the one person who doesnt do the best job? I will probably just keep on searching for another nail salon as I dont want to risk spending another $70 somewhere where I may not what Im paying for.

Ive been a customer for years. Ive tried other places but always end up coming back here despite it being further from where Ive moved to now.The staff is professional, educated me on the nail services and even talked me out of a potentially expensive service because they didnt think I needed it. Excellent color selections, their services are fairly priced for the market, and very thorough services.

Went here for the first time today and had a good experience. Julie was very nice and welcoming when I came in. She got started quickly, was gentle when doing my full set acrylics (usually have a problem where the nail tech makes me bleed happened allot before) and made them nice and flat, not bulky. She took her time doing them perfectly but didn’t waste any extra time. They look very beautiful in the end, to me they almost like they were my real nails. Had a very good first experience 🙂

Customer service and skills are zero, speaking their own language with each other criticizing customers. Literally, doesn’t know how to do a manicure. SIMPLE MANICURE. we are not talking about acrylic and designs. How simple to do a manicure. Very thick, uneven, zero skills on shape, don’t even know how to put nail polish the right away and very slowwwwww staff. After I expressed my concerns to the owner, she didn’t even respond back and let me walked away from the store without satisfaction. I have my nail polish glued with dust over my clear nail polish. Staff very slow and inexperienced, blaming the customer for been picky. I ended up doing my own shape, fixing it at home. Owner very rude to staff and customers. Please do not come in here if you are looking to get anything simple or acrylic. Treat customers with respect and dignity, if you want to keep your shop open. Hope this will be a lesson for anyone that tries to come to LA nails located at Fruitville pike.

Place took me quickly and got started immediately. Prices are good for the quality of work, it seems they have a good selection of colors and medium level designs. They have English speaking techs. They accept card and cash which is convenient. I wasnt finished until after they technically closed and my 2 year old daughter came in and my technician still insisted on painting her nails for free. (I tipped extra!) Overall lovely place.

Only giving 1star because not only did they mess up my nails, but they also messed up my daughters nails too. They also turned people away; which I thought was rude. This was the first time I got to take my daughter to get her nails done because she usually doesnt let anyone touch her nails with her having a sensory issue to certain things, but she decided to try to let someone because she wanted to spend time with me, but they made her nails look like they are sticking up in the air and they cant even do someones nail with the dipping powder either. What was supposed to be something nice for my daughter and me turned out to be a bad experience. Dont waste your time or money here.

Great prices for the great job they do. Went to a different salon a week ago and they did a bad job with the dipping powder. Jessica made sure to fix them up for me and they look beautiful and completely natural. She even made sure my cuticles were pushed all the way back and clipped of my sead skin. Shes very friendly and gentle as well. Will recommend to all my girls.

I went for a full set of nails with regular nail polish and when i came home there was 31.50 from my account i thought it was 27.00 and my daughter got the same and they took 29.50 girls be aware of what they are taking out your account before you leave there i think they are taking there own tip without asking wont go back there ever again 😡🤬
