I had to run to google to give this review, because I have never experienced any type of customer service the way I did at lovely nails. Steven and his wife are super friendly, careful and detailed. The minute I sat down on the chair, I noticed how detailed he was about what way he should place the acrylic on my nails (my nails grow crooked, its weird) but he managed to do it flawlessly. He is also extremely friendly and super creative. Thank you so much for servicing my mom and me. Ill definitely come back again

I’d rate 3.5 if I could. I paid $30 for a gel manicure. Price was ok, I’ve paid $20-$25 for better quality. The manicure itself was nice. The nail tech took her time making sure my nails where done well. She ended the manicure with a quick massage and applied cuticle oil.On day two my nails had already begun to chip and by the end of the week they were just a mess. I had to get them redone after one week when usually my gel manicures last me two weeks.The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. Maybe the gel polish they use just isn’t good quality. I won’t be going back.FYI: They only accept cash tips.

We were able to walk in and get our nails done. It was clean, professional, and really nice. The lady doing my full set was helpful and nice through the process. I would definitely recommend setting an appointment instead of walk-in just to secure a time.

I called Lovely nails at 6:30 and they closed at 7:30 I asked for a manicure to be done and dipping powder set for the nails. They said they could do that I got there with in 10 minutes I though I was gonna be done before they closed and I was not but they took there time and made sure they looked absolutely perfect. Not once did I get rushed and I was there 20 minutes after they closed. They were absolutely nice about everything and even gave me a few tips on things.

So happy to be back! The place looked amazing and was extremely clean and they followed all of the social distancing protocols. Great job! The atmosphere is relaxing and I am NOT overwhelmed. The facility is very nice I tried the design nails with new style. The prices are fair and as long as me there, I wont go anywhere else! It was wonderful.

Lucked up on my new nail salon! I got to choose from 5 different scents. They are so friendly and eager to please! And the massages are also amazing and come complementary with my service. They are very clean and their tools are autoclaved which means sterilized. Will definitely be back the next time I am in town! Absolutely loved this place!

Quite literally one of the worst gel full sets Ive ever gotten. I got this done on Saturday. It is now Thursday and the paint is already chipping, when I left the salon my nails were still damp and some of the paint shifted and messed up. I had somewhere to be or else i would have went back for them to dry under the lamp.The tips of my nails are already chipping after only 6 days.The man who did my nails was also and is always very rude. I asked for pointy coffin shaped nails and he didnt do the shape I wanted after explaining they dont do coffin nails like that referring to the reference photo I was showingUpdated:After one full week of having my nails and feet done the paint on my toes has chipped and I have broken two finger nails.

Came here after another nail spa turned me away saying they were closed even though their open sign was lit. I’m so glad that happened because I found my new nail place! I called ahead to ask if they could take me and was told enthusiastically that they could and they even took my name down. Jenny did my pedicure and Nancy did my manicure. They were both amazing! The quality was excellent and they really took their time even though they were closing up. I will definitely be back.Make sure to bring cash to tip!Edit:I got my nails done (gel) on Saturday and they started coming off on Tuesday. It doesn’t look like it bonded to my nail really well. Usually gel leaves my nail rough and kinda damaged underneath. When I peeled the remainder of one of the chipped nails off it was smooth and healthy. Didn’t have time to go get it fixed since I’m traveling this week.Will come back but probably won’t get gel again since it didn’t last.

This was my first visit and my nails were a mess but Steven took great care of me and did a fabulous job. The salon was very clean, everyone was extremely nice and prices were very reasonable. Make sure to call make an appointment because they stay extremely busy.

I got there and they told me to come back in an hour because they were book. (And that was fine) so I left and came back in a hour and they sat me down with in 10 min they did my nails and my toe nails and also waxed my eyebrows with in 2 1/2 hours. The lady that did my nails was very precise and made sure i liked my nails. Everything cost $52.00 which is what I pay just for my nails. I was very happy with the outcome.

Literally the worst pedicure I have EVER GOTTEN. The lady looked at me as if she didn’t speak English when I told her the water was too cold. She rubbed over my foot with a buffer once very lightly, dabbed some lotion on my heel, put my foot back in lukewarm water, AND THEN GOT UP TO GO GET HER PHONE. Stood there by her phone for 5 minutes, and then brought her phone over and was using her phone while trying to give me a pedicure (half English, half a different language). Literally holding her phone up to her face and trying to give me a one-handed pedicure. In the process, she cut my toe so deep that it started bleeding. It bled the entire time. When she filed my nails, she filed them pointy and pretended not to understand me when I asked her to fix them. When she massaged my leg, it consisted of her rubbing my legs once with the lotion and then spraying water all over my pants. After that, she got her phone and LEFT AGAIN for another 5 minutes. All in all, in the end it looks like a poorly done pedicure that I did at home by myself as if I had no skills painting nails whatsoever. The sad thing is, I could’ve done a much better job myself, or anyone off the street could have done a better job. Maybe if she wasn’t distracted, or had actually done her job, it might have looked decent, but she clearly did not. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you hate to feel relaxed and would like to spend money on a horrible experience. I was genuinely disappointed because I had come here before and never had this problem.

I went here for the first tonight. I LOVED it! I read the reviews before I made an appointment and everyone said Steven was the best. He definitely was. He fixed all the imperfections that my old nail salon did. I absolutely loved my nails. He took his time and made sure they were done right. This is definitely where Ill be coming from now on. Super thrilled with the results. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and thats what I got. Make sure to make an appointment because they seemed very busy when I was there.

This nail salon is austoundingly beautiful and they do your nails amazingly! I advise you to get the rose gold nail polish it looks gorgeous I love it! The prices were exceptional and fairly cheap.😄 They give you a foot massage with their lotion and it feels awesome👍 All of the employees were very nice! Do not go anywhere else but Lovely Nail Salon! After a horrible experience with another place in East Petersburg, I came to Lovely Nails to have a spa pedicure. Lovely Nails could not have been nicer and more sympathetic. Cindy was so gentle I could barely tell she was touching my feet, and my pedicure looks amazing! The Pearl Spa Pedicure really hydrated my skin and my feet look great. Thank you!!

I’ve been a faithful customer of this nail salon for almost three years now, because the quality of work you find in this salon is like no other. Even when busy, the shop is always impeccably clean. Appointments are a must, due to the fact that there is a high volume at this salon and he likes to ensure a non rushed, quality service to ALL of his clients. The work is always amazing & the prices are more than reasonable. He will turn you away if he’s booked, but will always try to accommodate a time for you, even if that means he needs to stay late. I have been going to Lovely Nails & Spa for about a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Steve, who is the owner, and his wife, Tina, are so absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to meet their clients need. I have never had a situation where I left unsatisfied. If there was something I did not like or maybe wanted something different, I would simply let them know and they would change it. I have gone to some salons where they get annoyed when you tell them you do not like how the nails look, etc., but not here! They are so absolutely amazing and accommodating. Other than the exceptional work that they do, Steve and Tina are so personable. We talk about work, our families, and things that we like to do! From previous experience, Ive never had any salons interested in getting to know who I was. The first thing that they ask when I am there is: How am I doing? or How is my son and husband? You would think they would forget about you but no! They always remember their clients! On the plus side too: Their salon is so clean!! I seriously love them and would not go anywhere else!

Horrible customer service. I live 45 minutes away and visited the Salon 3x in one day because they kept telling me to come back later....the third time telling me they are fully booked for the day. Very frustrating when they tell you to come back and you do for them to tell you they are booked. The guy was very unprofessional and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and willing to schedule an appointment for another day and make another 45 minute trip to their salon. Could not believe the guy was arguing with me in front of the customers already in the salon. It is unfortunate that their family member who is a friend of mine referred me to this salon and I had such a bad experience. Again....horrible service.

They do great work BUT all the employees (women) are working under one man and he is extremely rude. Anytime you speak to the women he answers for them (even if they speak English), he answers the phones and take the money.. everything. Went there twice and each time I’ve seen him kick customers out for not having appointments or making changes to their appointments. This place is REALLY strict on appointments. I actually feel bad for the women working under him because if he treats paying customers that way then I can’t imagine what the employees are dealing with in silence. But like I said, they do good work.. if that’s all that matters to you.

I love this place !! Super clean and friendly staff. Steven was AMAZING, he’s the owner. Iv never had someone master my coffin shaped nails! I think I found my new nails spot. I just loved how he took his time with me. Steven made me feel super comfortable and wasn’t afraid to spark a conversation. He also expressed to me how they go by appts and how it works around there if your late. Soooo on that note, now I know NOT to be late or it’ll upset them ONLY because it’ll bump into the next persons appt time (Which is reasonable) and there’s a slight chance they won’t be able to still see me. So don’t be late. But other then that no issue! I love this place and I will only have steven do my nails.

Horrible. Do not go here. I drove all the way from Harrisburg to Lancaster on a Sunday and they said they could not do a walk in because they were full with appointments. Mind you there were like 4 people in the shop. I consider it inconsiderate to not accommodate walk-ins that come from 40 mins away on a Sunday just because you dont want to take the additional time to collect additional money and fit a customer in. Ill never come back to them.

After traveling 5.5 hours of taveling from Albany NY to Lancaster P.A me and my sisters wanted to go to the nail salon to get a pedi. They started my two sisters feet but when I came into the nail salon they said they werent taking anymore people. After we stress the importance of us being together. The guy told use we been here since 7am and they are not taking no more customers.

Very disappointed with this place. Rude and incomplete job. I asked for a simple waxing and they did not do what I asked despite explaining it several times. The woman was rude and started talking about me the entire time. I will never go back.

Had an apt and waited over 20min. Did not have enough staff wroking. Other people had been waitting over an half hr for there scheduled apts. Actually seated people and then told them to go back and wait longer. Were very disorganized.

Would give 0 stars. Went in asked for a fill in and told me ok then I proceeded to let the guy know I jammed my nails the day before and it was still a little sore then all of a sudden they didnt have time to do my nails. And he made me walk all the way over to him and repeat myself. Will never go back
