Very dissatisfied! I went in for a recolor and basic design and my friend needed a fill and paint. The design I got was ok, but my polish was dried with some lumps. My friend had a full and one nail replaced. She was seated with one of the guys and she asked his name. He ignored her question. The mail he replaced is crooked and was done very poorly. She was going to ask about a design but by the time he was done with her fill she just wanted out. This place has one person who can do VERY basic designs. Don’t waste your money.

I have been getting my pedicures here for over 10 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Lisa the owner always takes care of me :) Damian does fantastic nails, his wife amazing pedicures!!! Highly recommend!!! ❤️❤️

I visited the nail shop on 8/6/2021 for a pedicure and a Gel Manicure. My pedicure was done by Kim. After my pedicure, I was passed on to the owner of the shop who was doing another customer at the time. So I sat and waited. Twenty minutes passed, the owner who now moved on to another customer for an eyebrow service, spoke in Vietnamese. After a couple of minutes, a male associate emerged from a backroom, headed to me. He is to prepare my manicure. A hand soak and old gel removal. Then, another twenty minutes wait. The owner then came to me and did my manicure. Am not new on manicures. I am a professional/California licensed Cosmetologist. My observation is her cuticle cutting skill is not even below average. She is only rubbing the closed-jaw nippers along my nail bed. I told her my cuticle need a real good cutting, but I was ignored. At the end of the service, my charges added up to $82.00.I was not happy with the service and definitely not coming back.

Clean & Very Spacious! Overall a Great Experience. It is Next to Petsmart and other popular retail stores.You sit on a Massage Chair while getting a pedicure.

After 45 minutes of waiting we finally got to the chair I was told that they cannot even do a basic design on a full set that I wanted. I signed us up for three pedicures and one full set my daughter wanted gel. They completely shaved down her nails and even gave her the wrong color on her toes even though she told them she did not want gel on her feet but they stay still charged her anyway for a color that she did not want or need. Also out of all three of us only one of us got a pedicure the rest of us stayed and waited for over two hours while they assisted other people. When I saw the diamonds that I wanted for my full set and asked them if they could do a design on my head they insisted they could not. And they were very rude about it even making fun about it and started speaking and their language about us do not go to this nail shop they are very pricey they will rip you off they are unprofessional & They don’t break down the charges clearly and you don’t get everything that you asked for.

This place was horrible. The wait was an hour. Only four people were in there getting services . And I counted about 6 staff. I got a mani and pedi and first . They charged me 15 extra for gel and 10 extra to get a pink holo color. They were rude the whole time . Didn’t listen to a word I said. Cut me all on my hands . My fingers were bleeding. Oh not to mention they kept making fun of me for my nail choice. I asked for rhinestones they refused to put them on. I tried to get the same pink color on my hands . I had the cheapest pedicure and for the color they said they’re going to charge me 50$ for just the pedicure. So I picked a pink color with a gold shift from the swatches. What I was left with was an ugly grey brown with a hot pink stripe. Done in gel when I specifically asked them not too. I beg of you please don’t come here . They took off all the cuticles on my hands and skin too. They were too lazy to clean up with a brush and instead filed my skin to correct mistakes . Oh and Also I asked them specifically not to buff my nails on the top. They used a power drill instead ! After I repeated myself twice. I only sat through it as curtesy ego my mom. Which they also judged for being too young.

I had ombré pink and white nails done and pink glitter design. I loved them. Although my second trip back for a fill, I got a sky blue mail fill gel set, the gentleman who helped me seemed to be in a rush and I had to return to have my ring finger nail fixed because it was way thicker and the shape was off. He fixed it promptly at no charge. I just think he was in a rush and I’m not as in love with my fill like I was with the pink ombré nails. But overall I like this place and will keep returning. Nail quality and price is good.

Horrible service. The lady with the red hair ( I believe she is the owner) is very rude. I told her what I wanted from the beginning and she kept arguing with me. At first, she treated me like I didnt know anything. She kept ignoring what I was saying and she was aggressively suggesting what I should get. I had to stop her about three times and remind her of what I wanted. This is when she threatened to leave my nails half way done. she then became very rude. the final job was definitely not what I wanted. And she finally said that she couldnt do what I asked for. My sister got her nails done by the male worker and she asked for almond shaped nails. she got round, super thick and partially deformed nails. Ive been coming here for a while and the service only gets worse.

Do not be fooled by the nice presentation if their facility. They are awful! U do not get my nails done often, but had them done at another salon a few weeks ago for my wedding. The other salon didnt do the best job, so I decided to go elsewhere to get the nails removed. I walked in and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The first lady asked what I needed, and she told me to have a seat. She brought another lady out who asked again what I needed. I told her I needed the nails removed and then just polished. She looked like she didnt want to, and so I asked if they didnt do that. She said they did but she had appointments coming in. After she talked to the first lady they decided to bring me back anyway. She proceeded to rip the nails off, tearing up my real nails underneath in the process. I got frustrated and said that I could have done that myself. She stopped and asked if I didnt want her to remove them. I said I wanted them removed, but I thought they had a gentler way to remove nails, like maybe using acetone to soften them first? (At least they have done that at other places.) She continued to rip them off, when her appointment came in. She said she was only going to remove the nails and would not paint them because she didnt have time. I said that is fine. She got most of the bits of nails off and started to go after my real nails to chop them up even more. I pulled my hands back and said I was done. I walked over to the register to pay. I asked her how much I owed for her to destroy my nails. She said 10 dollars. I put my card in and she proceeded to say that she shouldnt have done my nails at all, so I pulled my card out and said youre right, Im not paying. And I walked out. She followed me out and threatened me! She said Youre pregnant, so you better watch out for that!

It was all good until I was about to pay and saw a little polish on one of my fingers and asked if it could be cleaned up and was basically rushed to put my card in the device and then no one ever fixed my nail...it was how she did it, for me smh

I love coming here. Prices are reasonable. Friendly, professional service every time. I am EXTREMELY fussy about my nails, they have to be darn near perfect - they are every time I come here. Highly recommend . Sometimes gets busy, it is well worth the wait!

The guy that did my toes perfect! with so much care but when I got my eye brows done the lady used TOO MUCH WAX. Now I have a scar under my eyebrow. I would go back to complain in person! but I’m hot headed and I work so they’ll just see this and hear me over the phone 📲 once they open. Love the shop don’t get me wrong but she will never do my eye brows again. What happen to the nice Latino that did eye brows there ? Get her back pls !

Asked for a full set ombre... Ended up with black and red nails, no gradient. The absolute worst paint job PLUS my nails are bumpy and the acrylic was on my skin. Ill never go back. I will pay another shop to fix this.

It wasn’t a good experience. She put way too much acrylic on my natural nail. The pedicure lasted less than two mins the whole time my feet were soaking and she was working on someone else. Did a terrible paint job. Rush in and out the chair. No greeting no good bye. Bad service all around.

Always friendly and ready for my appointment. Feel very comfortable with the atmosphere in the salon. Always sterile and feel comfortable with my nail services that I have got from my male technician. He is very personable and his wife is very kind and puts up with a lot for little respect. ☹

The Lady that did my feet was absolutely perfect and amazing !!! she in the few other females were very nice. but when it came time to do my real nails the male who did it rushed through it and broke two of my nails. he also left glue all over my fingers. not to mention they overcharge the people before me. .

I got a pedicure with my mom. There were 4 people ahead of us on a Saturday afternoon and they worked it out so we werent waiting very long before my mom and I were in a chair and soaking. Their prices were fair and though they kept busy with walk-ins I never felt rushed or shorted out of any attention. Would definitely go back.

Best nail shop I have been going here for 9 years and never once have I had a problem. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming.

I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for many years for pedicures and they are quick. Staff is very friendly and I’ve never had any issues with service. I will say that during busy salon hours, expect to wait because sometimes they are understaffed but if I have time to wait I will. Keep up the good work.

I dont do reviews, but this place was the worst nail experience ever. From the start the owner/manager was rude to me. Second, I explained to her exactly what I wanted & she basically did what she wanted & approved of. When I asked her to fix it & give me what I asked for, she got an attitude.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed in her work.

Nails came out nice but it took to long to do them. And the nails came off in 2 days later and come to find out it wasnt a nail technician that did the nails it was the one that normally does the pedicures.

I have been here several times (and have never gotten good customer service or what I wanted) but this last time was the worst. The gel polishes they use dont come out opaque and they refused to put a third coat on when I asked. This last time I went to get mani pedis with my friend and they had her pedi done basically before they started mine but they called us up at the same time. Also they used a cheese grater looking thing on us both but didnt sanitize it, they just rinsed it off in our dirty foot water and put it back with the rest of their tools. I also paid for callous removal and my heels look the same as they did before I got the pedi done

This used to be my go-to nail salon when I lived in the area and when I would visit family after moving away, but from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere and I ask that you do the same.It turns out that Lancaster Nail and Spa discriminates against LGBT+ couples:The couple was made to wait nearly 90 minutes (the salon was not crowded at all) while multiple other walk-ins, who arrived well after they did, received prompt service. They kept being told that [they] were next, but were never given any service and finally left.One of these people has been coming to this shop since they opened and this is how theyre treated now? Unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly, they did very good job on my nails. Went on a Wednesday afternoon, no wait $25.00. One nail is slightly crooked but not noticeable. Would recommend.

I have being going to Lancaster Nails for years. If im not happy with something they fix it and make it right. I get the service I like and enjoy. The ladies know me by name as well as my family.

I just had the most AWFUL experience ever this past Sunday at this salon...if I could give them a negative 10 star review, I most certainly would!!! First of all, I never do reviews because I understand that all businesses arent perfect and sometimes stuff happens... that is just the way it is. However, there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for how I was treated that day especially since I had been a customer for a few years already & never had problems with anyone there. I went to get a fill & repair and there was a customer ahead of me who ended up going to Damen which is the guy I normally go to. So I was waiting for the other lady(the manager) to finish up, which she did in about 10min or so. She then proceeds to check that customer out, plus a pedicure customer who was checking out, then she did eyebrows for another customer & checked them out as well. All of which was fine since they were there first but then another 5-10min has gone by and she still did not call me...I got up to see what was going on and saw her on her cell phone. I asked the older guy with the glasses (whom I think is part owner) when I was going to get my nails done? He said something to her in their language and she then approaches me and says she thought I was waiting for Damen. I said I didnt have time to wait for him and that I didnt mind having her do them. She then tells me with a complete ATTITUDE that she did my nails before and I didnt like them so I will have to wait for him..I was surprised because I had been going there for a few years now and there were probably about 4 different occasions when her or another girl did my nails. Even though I did not care for their work, I NEVER once complained, I just went to Damen instead. Again, I told her I did not have time to wait for Damen and that its ok for her to do them for that day. She then just goes COMPLETELY OFF on me and says shes not going to do them and if I wanted them done Id have to wait. Mind you, I was caught off guard with what was happening and was shocked by it and the way she was speaking to me. I then told her I didnt understand why she was acting like that towards me when I had never been rude or disrespectful to her nor any other employees there and that was no way to run a business. She then says oh am I hurting your feelings..?? What do you want me to do about it?...EVERYONE in the shop was looking, including 4 customers and 3 other employees. I was so embarrassed and so angry at this point but I was able to stay calm and I just said WOW, this is how you handle your customer service so I dont need you to do anything for me and I left the salon. The whole time the owners nor Damen said a word... though it was clearly evident that I had not done anything for her to act in such a manner even after she acted the way she did, I still was never rude to her. Needless to say, I will never be going back there with my money again!! BAD BUSINESS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!!

Terrible. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. The woman that painted my toes and it was stuck to my skin on the top and side. It was globby and looked like a child painted my toes. AWEFUL.UPDATE: came in the next day and was coldly acknowledged by the manager because I requested they change the polish on my toes. I spent $133.00 for mani and pedi for my daughter and I the day before with $25.00 tip - I WILL NEVER COME BAK HERE AGAIN. POOR APPRECIATION FOR CLIENTS.

After 2 days my nails began to peel off. Im super disappointed. I pay $35.0 for a sad job. I went back and try to get it fix but they were to busy to fix their mistake.

THEY SUCK !!! I went there two days ago to get a pedicure and the lady with long fake eye lashes didnt do a good job, she pulled to hard on my skin leaving my toe in pain when I would walk, The painting and callus Remover Sucked!! And she asked for a tip!!! NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK THERE!!!
