I needed my eyebrows waxed & found Solar Nails online. I read the reviews & decided to give them a try.When I arrived, the door was locked, but there were a few people inside.I knocked on the door & a man opened the door.He told me that they were not taking anymore clients today, I told him that I wasnt there to get my nails done, I was only there to get my eyebrows waxed. He then he allowed me to come inside.The lady who did my eyebrows was fast & also did a good job.I will definitely go back on a regular basis.

This place will always get my money because the gentleman take their time with my nails and give me exactly what I ask for with my toes and fingers. I didnt post pictures of my feet cause I hate my feet lol. Took my 96 year old Mom for pedicure and manicure. He took his time and did a perfect job. She called everyone told them how good her feet and nails felt. Will definitely take her back. She was beyond happy. JMack

Verryyy slow had an appointment and still waited about 1.5 hour before i got in the chair for pedi, then waited another 30 mins. before i got nails done and they are too wide

My new is Elizabeth, I have been getting my nails and toes done at Solar Nails for about 6 years now . It has always been a very pleasant experience for me. Would recommend Solar Nails to any person looking for a great place to go to get pampered and feel like a lady... Always wonderful. And prices very reasonable. Not the best experience. They didnt even greet me when I entered. And after I didnt want gel polish on my toes, seems like the energy shifted. Felt like he was just going through the motions and my pedi wasnt as important anymore. Overall my service was mediocre at best. The only way I would go here again would be for convenience.

I am beyond disgusted and upset at the nail technician, MiMi, who did my nails. I came in on Thursday morning, first one in, so you would think my nails would be done properly. I was initially happy with my nails, but after taking a shower the nail polish chipped off two toenails. I went back in Friday morning, again 1st, and she quickly fixed them. No issues there. Saturday morning, I get to airport, and gel polish is lifting off my nail. I find a nail salon to fix it. I have to get it painted white, since no other colors match mine. Now, today is Sunday with more nail polish lifting off. I bought glue to try to fix this mess. I paid $69 for this mess! She should be ashamed, and this business should be as well. I will never come back, and will not recommend it to anyone. This was a complete ripoff.

Ive tried two other nail salons since moving to this area. Ill go back to this one. The prices are reasonable & the tech was efficient. They didnt try to sell you anything which is good with me!

I got a fill and an eyebrow wax. I just loved everything from this place. My eyebrows are perfect and my fill looked great plus the prices were reasonable. I think Ill go back. The only things I would like them to fix is decoration and maybe clean a bit. It was very dusty and just uninteresting. They have great nail techs. Just need to spruce up the place.

Fairly new to Lancaster and today was my first time at Solar Nails. Angela gave me the pedicure of my life!!! OMG I felt like I was in some fancy spa but only paid a fraction of the price. I will definitely recommend Solar Nails to everyone!!! Oh and when she was done with my wax I now have 2 eyebrows again!!! 🤣

This nail salon is a pleasant surprise!!! Theres nothing fancy about the place but the service is excellent! I got the $35 premium pedicure and it was like going to a five-star Spa. Wow! The technician took her time and did a really great job. Theres no wine or margaritas served. They simply focus on the service you are paying for. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Dirty utensils used, doesnt open new instruments for each customer. Salon is not very clean either

This place is horrible. I would much rather spend my money at lucky nails and that is saying something. The girl mimi is the one that did my nails, and they are a mess, they arnt even the same lengths. I came in and let her know I left lucky nails because they made me bleed. She swore she had my back and would make my experience one to never forget, and she was right. She made me bleed and left burusies on my hands. It was a rush job. They have so many people that come in and need work done that they just throw things together ans hope they look nice, not to mention the amount of time they spend talking to each other in a language no one in the shop but them could understand, very disrespectful. I will NEVER be going back here! Stay away for your own safety. There are pictures I took after a week after the bleeding and bruising was gone. Awful work!

I am so furious right now. After waiting over an hour and watching a person come in and be seen before me, I was about to get a pedicure done only for another person who came in after me to be seen before me. I called and asked if appointments were required and was told no I could come in. I asked when I came in how long the wait would be only for a woman to start talking another language to the gentleman who finally said he couldnt say. I asked the people seated how long they had been waiting and they all said they had just got there. So I knew with 4 people before me I would have to wait. However after them I expected to be next. Not the case. The first person that was seen before me was even seen before them. She looked astonished that she walked in and would be seen. The others were then being seen and a second person who stated they had a 11 am appointment and arrived at 11:18 was also seen before me. I am sitting in my car seething because had I been told I needed an appointment, I could understand being skipped over. Thats my bad. I will not be back. The only reason I was trying them in the first place is because my normal place had 6 customers waiting. I literally should have stayed there!!

The service was great... my nails were off I could see my actual nail on the sides and the Cuts were uneven... I looked passed that but what I can’t look pass is the infection in my left finger that I caught. Now this is a nice nail place and mistakes happen but, just be careful. I had no cavity in my fingers or nail bed when I went or else I wouldn’t have gotten my nails done. Do I recommend this place? Yes they are a good environment but like I said, Mistakes happen, just be careful on the trimming.

Went in for a pedicure and upgraded too the spa pedi. It was so worth it! Lam gave me new feet! Just wish they had more jewel tone nail colors. Brown girl friendly color. But you can bring your own. I will definitely be back!

I went on Saturday evening to Lucky Nail down the street and they did a poor job...the lady that usually does my nails I was informed no longer works there...by Tuesday (3days later) my nails were messed up, breaking and falling apart! The pedicures are reasonable and great, I had a full set solar pink/white they look great but one nail chipped I mentioned it she said it wasnt when it clearly was. Then she felt the chip so she filed it and smoothed it but now it looks weird theres a gap between my skin and nail...soooooo On to the next shop. Its so hard finding a good nail placeI Wont be back
