The entire staff at Premier Dental is extremely kind, knowledgeable, $ professional. Dr. Lebowski is extremely understanding and gives excellent information for every dental process & procedure. So grateful for this amazing office that makes the dentist a great appointment!

Seriously the best! My daughter fell off her long board and cracked her tooth. I called the emergency number. The dentist face timed me and ensured it had not exposed the nerve. He calmed my daughter and myself and got us right in the next day. Her tooth is now fixed and you cant even tell anything happened. I will never go anywhere else. I love this place!

I am a cash patient. This office made it very affordable for me. Today I had to take my 5 year old for dental work. The kindness and patience displayed is not measurable. She let them work in her mouth with no issues no crying and no fuss. The trust they all have built with all 3 of my kids is unexplainable. I will never go any where else. This office is amazing!

I had a temporary crown pop off. Instead of putting it back on, she was able to put the permanent one on. This save me from making an extra appointment. I was very pleased.

Staff was great. Best part is that the whole side of my face is not numb after the filling! My only complaint is that they were running behind by a half hour and didnt let me know that when I went in. I understand emergencies happen. Would have appreciated being told that when I got there.

I hadnt been to the dentist is quite some time because of previous bad experiences elsewhere so I was very nervous/embarrassed to have my first appointment. Everyone has been fantastic! So far I have had Bailey, Erica and Dr. Lebowitz and they all made me feel so at ease. Everyone seems to have great rapport with each other in the office. Super glad I made the choice to come here! I can not tell you how much I appreciate this office( pretty sure I have even left a review before but Im doing it again!) Everyone from the front to the back of the office have always been spectacular with their customer service and their performance. I have had the worst dental experiences in my life, as a child I was completely traumatized and have been that way throughout adulthood. At least until I found this office around 6 years ago. They have been nothing but amazing!

I came in for a filling. I was nervous at first, but Carrie helped calm me down. The procedure was painless and smooth!

They helped me figure out what to do about my teeth shifting, and they were very friendly and to the point.

This place is amazing, they got me in as a new patient, same day for an emergency root canal. They were so nice, from the checking desk to checkout time. I had the best experience... and who can say that about a root canal?? Lol. Well Dr Danny and Carrie were sensational. This will be my team of people for all my Dental care moving forward. Just amazing, and will not be able to express enough kuddos to this place or thier staff !!!

The dental hygienist wanted to sell me deep cleaning. I will never agree to deep cleaning and I told her and I do not want to have that conversation again. Going to the dentist is stressful enough without having to argue about a gum disease you don’t have. Also, on one tooth she had to convince the dentist I had an issue. Seems to me it should be the other way around. I have gone here a few times and usually find it as good as a dental visit can be. I would rate this one marginal.

Ive been a patient of Premier Dental of Lancaster, Ohio long before its been renamed Premier Dental. Thanks, in part, to Sarah and the staff, I remain a patient. Amazing group. Today I had the great pleasure of meeting Jordan, a Dental Hygienist at Premier. Jordan is, by far, the best their is. Professional, caring, gental, knowledgeable, explains topics easily and throughly and excels above all others. Kudos to Sarah and the staff, with a special shout out to Jordan.

My family and I have been going to this dentist office for many many years since we moved to Lancaster. Insurance has dictated that we shop at another dentist office but when that insurance is over we always come back and enjoy the kindness and love everyone at Premier Dental of Lancaster offers. I was in there today getting my teeth cleaned and I was listening to Carrie talking with a young child. she has the patience of an angel. The Child did not seem scared one bit. I was very pleased with the manner the entire staff handled my procedure with added processes to meet the covid19 structured requirements and insure my safety as well as theirs. The actual cleaning, bone density test, and full exam by the doctor went very well. I was glad to see the continued high level of care even with the covid19 issues.l will look forward to my next visit in 6months.

This place was great! When I came in I was super nervous. Right away everyone was kind and helped to put me at ease. I need a ton of dental work. Naturally I was embarrassed about my situation. They were so professional. After a few minutes I felt comfortable enough to explain what was wrong and why.There was a problem with my insurance web page so they couldn’t log on to give me the estimated cost of the work I need. They had to call my insurance directly while I was getting my exam. I know how difficult my insurance co. can be. They had most of the information I needed before I left. Then I received a phone call the same day with the rest of the estimate. So fast!The office was very clean,and so were the restrooms. They do need some new chairs in the lobby and there are some huge,creepy black and white photos of random people smiling all over the office. But obviously that doesn’t take away from the service I received.Also,The Doctor I saw was adorable and super funny. (Yes I just called a grown man Adorable. Best word In my vocabulary to describe him. He had me cracking up the entire time. I don’t know if he was just in a good mood that day or what! 🤪

They are amazing at making sure you are comfortable and know exactly what is going on. I love that they tell you up front how much it is going to cost you so that there is no surprises. Their staff is wonderful!

Ive been going to this office for a few years now. Everyone is so nice there! From the front office staff, dental assistants, hygienists to the Dentists. They really make me feel like they care about me and my oral health! They are very knowledgeable and any questions I have they really take the time to explain everything in depth to me. I’ll never go to another office again!! Shout out to Sarah, Katie, Tiffani and Jordan. Just a few of the girls that always go out of the way to give me such a great visit every time! You can also sign up for text alerts with them to get reminders about appointments...how great is that?! Im serious this place gets an A+++ from me!

I have had a great experience with Premier Dental...well, as great as dentistry can be. Dr. Doug is professional and explains procedures clearly. He also treated me like I have a brain, which has not always been my experience with dentists. The hygienist has been amazing. I had deep cleaning and no residual pain. I would recommend these people to family and friends. They know how to schedule appointments so I have not had to sit in the waiting room past my appointment time.

I was searching for a new dentist for my family because the previous dentist we had gone to... let’s just say it wasn’t a very good experience... to put it nicely.Anyways, we had found them through a mail advertisement and decided to schedule appointments for my children. I’m very glad That I did! Everyone from the office staff, assistants and the dentists were very kind and understanding. My children no longer fear going to the dentist!Also, I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day and Dr. Doug fixed the problem very professionally and as painlessly as possible!I highly recommend this place and we will be back!😊

So, Ive been a patient for quite a few years and Ive always received quality care. The only issue Ive struggled with lately is the staff turnover. I realize nothing lasts forever, but I miss the relationships with my former hygenist Tracy and I miss talking with Dr DiNapoli. This isnt an indictment againt the current staff, rather just an observation from a patient who really liked the staff from a few years ago.
