Im giving this place three and a half stars, only because I think that they are under new ownership and they really need communication support. They do clean pretty well and other things. However, good help is hard to find. Therefore, once they get the right people then Im sure they will do well.

This is a true Car Wash like the ones back in the day. You dont sit in your car, you sit in the Lounge and rest assured, your car is going to get a real wash and a real dry, not a giant fan blowing the water off. Real people do the detailing..

Use to work here, I highly recommend you do not go here, the owner charges people for wax even when hes all out of wax and its not even turtle wax it corrodes your paint, he also lets people drink on the clock.

I only drove by Monte Vista car wash because for me as a graduate student the price was more than I could afford to pay. Therefore, I had to go to a self-service drive through car wash for a lesser price.

Disappointed. For almost $30, had to go back because they didnt do inside windows! Should have done in driveway but trying to save water. Will go back to express car wash on valley central.

Love this car wash my mom use to bring us here when I was a kid and now I come in all the time. The owner is always so nice and helpful. He is so sweet to my kids. Only car wash I will use.

WORST CAR WASH IN THE AVI took my Chevy Silverado there last week, and I was completely unsatisfied my windows were still dirty my truck had water spots everywhere and the dirt around all the wheel wells and sides never got cleaned I would not recommend to anyone

Just what I was looking for!I called a day in advance to check availability and schedule. Jusy FYI, its naive to expect a 2--3 hr detail to be completed at peak hours.I came in on Sunday. The manager (Robert) quoted me a fair price and made sure to mention the scratches that would not come out. The staff were friendly, and the manager was knowledgeable on the best methods for me to maintain the resale value of my car (in case I need to do so in the near future).This was a second attempt to detail my car, and BY FAR THE MOST EFFECTIVE detail job Ive received.Overall, Im extraordinary relieved to successfully get all the bug guts and minor scratches off of my car after having relocated (driven) across the country, while moving part of my house along with it!

My main gripe is no bucket washing, which I dont really understand. Also, its cash/change only--which is obsolete. It isnt clean and well maintained, but thats a pattern with coin-op car washes.

To pricey left my car dirty inside they didnt vacuum right or wipe the inside I paid for armor all for tires and they just sprayed half of the tires👎

Top Marks for a great business. Ive been a loyal customer for years, and they have just as much loyalty in having some employees that I am always glad to see every visit. Very mindful of doing a great job on every detail. Hand wash and detail services also offered.

Drove in, only one car in front of me. Within 5 mins I was next. I paid and only took about 10 mins to vacuum, wash, dry and detail!

Quality of works continues to decrease. Very little attention to detail is given, workers rush through the washes and I constantly have to point our areas for them to rework. I used to love this place but at this point I will be finding another place to get my vehicles washed.

They missed alot of obvious spots. I should of said something because I noticed alot of them right when I got in the car. I always tip $5 so I expect a good job. 🤔

My rating is only for how clean it is.Today was our first time and we love it. Very reasonably priced, if you poin out a problem its fixed right away. My only problem was that I felt that the staff was trying to be friendly. I cant take away from them on the job that was performed, but I will have to choose next time. If I want to spend money for a clean car with people who have selected color issues or a clean car. Hell Im 64 and can do the same thing. I just need to take my time and its free.

I LOVE this store. The husband and wife started this company from zero and became a US Citizen (THE CORRECT WAY). They waiting in LINE. And the wife who I call mama and the husband knows me and what I buy every time I come in. If they do not have an item I am looking for all you have to do is ASK. And they will get it for you. I would recommend this store to ALL 200+ apartments in Abort Grove. Mama, keep up the GREAT JOB and you will ALWAYS have a customer in me Jason

My favorite place to get a quick car wash thats decent, depends on who dries your car determines how good of job. They have a tip jar which is better than having to hand them anything. If you want good detailing go somewhere else.

The staff is great. The owner is a joke. Ive gone there a number of times but today is my last. Ive never had this level of weak and insulting customer service from a business owner as I did today. A $23 car wash ended up costing me over $150 because the boss/ owner/whatever he is tried to make it my fault that his machines ripped my valve stem off and flattened my tire. My car had a tire pressure sensor and they replaced it with a normal valve so now Im getting alerts in my car. When I asked for compensation tooi have it done right the owner guy said it was my fault their equipment grabbed the valve and tore it off. My fault? He went on to say he had done me a favor by putting the generic valve on because he could of had my pot the audacious on and drive off without a fixed tire. So now Im having to pay someone else to get my car fixed. When I asked for a refund back from the carwash he said no because I was wasting his employees time and I told him Id post on line about my experience. What a weak, unprofessional, and in businesslike attitude. Be warned... if something fits wrong with youre car there you may well end up having to come out of pocket to fix it somewhere else. Not a good morning!

My favorite place to go to get a good, mostly-quick car wash. Mostly-quick cuz they get pretty busy. Good price, respectful workers, indoor area for you to wait in will your car is being washed and dried. Car goes through machine washing area, then gets blown dried at the end by the same machine, then its driven to their front parking area and 4-6 people dry the car even more with some rags and some of them wipe down the dashboard and vacuum the inside. I always leave them a tip cuz theyve always done a good job when Ive gone.

Im very disappointed. Paid $23 for full service & made sure to mention that I needed the seat wells vacuumed. In 15 minutes they came & said my van was done. I was a bit surprised as I had this done before at other car washes & it took much longer with my van just as dirty with pet hair & such but they would do a good job of cleaning it for about $30 or less. But I will never come here again or ever recommend anyone to them. Because my van looked like it was never vacuumed & that was the main reason I brought it here. There was still dirt & pet hair all over the floor. Armoral was the only thing they did well.

Every time I go there they use dirty rags to clean my windows. They look desent when you pull out of the parking lot but later in the night, you cant see out of them. Its as if they you the same rag to apply my armor all on my windows. I had them do the interior with arm all and they not only didnt docs good job but they only did half the car. They totally missed the back seat. The armor all they used on the tires had no shine at all (WATERED DOWN) nthe wash job and vacuum is always fast and clean but everything else is 🤬🤬🤒🤒

This car wash leaves a lot to be desired. I came here based on the good reviews but was disappointed by the quality of the service. The vacuuming was poor and the exterior wash was sloppy. I also had to ask if my car was done since no one bothered to tell me. I wont be coming back.

Had the wash & wax..job was so so..had to have a re-vaccum done..rims were not throughly wipe down..staff were cool !

Workers are not being careful when dusting your car. Very dissatisfy since I have to always Show them where they didn’t clean such as the console and mats in your car. I guess I’ll have to find another one.

This car cut in front of me my son got out of the car to let the carcausian guy with the bald head and mustache know he did not do anything saying he did not see it really 😡.I have been coming to this car wash for over ten years.The white pick up truck was not even in the lane that you are supposed to be in when you pull up to the car wash .How could anyone miss that and why would anyone lie about it .I will not be going back to them again just lost a customer 😡 This happened today 8/12/17 @0930 I drove to Palmdale to get my car wash 😀
